C'est mon 4e séjour dans cet appartement où j'ai toujours un extrême plaisir à revenir. Le lieu est idéal, paisible et plein de charme dans le quartier de Rome que je préfère. L'accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux avec de petites attentions laissées pour l'arrivée. J'apprécie aussi que les provisions de base - sel, huile, épices, sucre, etc - soient présentes à l'arrivée, ce qui est à la fois pratique et agréable. L'appartement est très confortable et spacieux. J'y reviendrais volontiers une 5e fois, mais hélas, son prix devient malheureusement inaccessible.

This amazing apartment in Rome was a fantastic base for our stay during the marathon. The location is incredibly convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby and many attractions within walking distance. It’s perfect for exploring the city on foot. The apartment itself is well-equipped for relaxation, featuring good heating that kept us comfortable during our downtime. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere after long days of sightseeing and running. While most aspects of our stay were excellent, we did find the bed to be very firm - worth noting. My friend stayed in the sofa bed and she said it was good! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this apartment to others visiting Rome, especially those participating in the marathon or looking for a centrally located, comfortable place to stay. Would stay again easily :)

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen in einer ruhigen Gegend zwischen dem Vatikan und Trastevere, man kann die Stadt von dort aus fast vollständig zu Fuß erkunden. Alles sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche ist relativ klein und minimalistisch ausgestattet, größere Kochprojekte sollte man dort nicht planen, aber für den Alltag ist sie völlig ausreichend. Großes bequemes Bett, schönes Wohnzimmer. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut ab, wir bekamen steht's schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten.

We spend four days at the apartment. It was perfectly clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is great especially for morning coffee. A walk to the city centre takes about an hour but there is a bus station nearby (the trip by bus takes about 40 minutes). We didn’t fell comfortable with the materace on the bed but these can be our personal feeling.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Coup de coeur pour ce logement qui donne l'impression de poursuivre la visite des musées dans l'appartement. Le logement est très propre, lumineux, bien équipé. Les lits sont grands et ultra confortables. La décoration est superbe, oeuvres d'art, marbre, très belles mosaïques au sol. Il est agréable de se promener pieds nus sur les différentes textures. Hôte très réactif. Instructions claires pour le check in/check out autonome. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu déposer nos bagages avant l'heure du check in. Un peu éloigné du centre (ce qui permet d'être au calme après les bains de foule) mais très facile d'accès en métro qui se trouve juste à quelques pas de l'immeuble. A recomander +++.

Mooie accommodatie. Ruim opgezet. Blijft lekker koel in de hete zomer. Vlot contact met de host. En Engels is daarbij geen probleem. Vooraf duidelijke instructies met een route om bij het huisje te komen. In het huisje tevens een schrijven met tips in de omgeving.

Great little apartment. Coffee shop , pharmacy and little supermarket type shop downstairs really useful. Fantastic area to be in for restaurants and for proximity to the centre. Everything in walking distance.
