My second time staying with Susan and just as good as last time. Susan is a helpful host, responsive and her annexe is a great place for a self contained private stay in the area. Will be coming back for future stays.

Comfortable, clean, tidy and well equipped apartment, easy check-in and a free allocated parking space under the building (watch the introduction videos) – a well stocked Budgens is a few steps away, the park is across the road and MK shopping centres ten minutes’ walk away.

My stay overall was very relaxing and comfortable, a home away from home. Finding the check in instructions was easy and the spot/flood light above the front was very helpful. The locks and doors were a little stiff and needed a little bit of pressure to get opened, however once you did it the first time the rest was easy. A lovely welcome to a clean and bright living room, including some basics like bread, milk and butter. such a good touch especially as I arrived a little later in the evening. Very good location with transport links into central Oxford. Local shops not too far away either (all within 15min walk). Very quiet place despite being on a bus route and local community centre, as I hardly heard the bus go past. Communicating with Angela was easy as pie, she was proactive, friendly and very well informed. Instructions pack in the apartment was also very helpful.

This is the second time for our workers staying at this property as they requested to stay here again due to how nice it was. Our workers confirmed it was clean & tidy, and great location. I booked again last min and they were very accommodating and answered all questions asked. I am sure if we are working in this area again we will use the same property

Lovely Annexe, so much storage, lots of cleaning products, Host friendly and very helpful. Area peaceful and quiet, free parking. Area lite well when returning in dark, felt safe. Could cook own meals which is great. Host gave me a large bag and was happy to wash bed linen and towels. Lovely local pub, food great. Local to family and friends. Would definitely recommend. Could’ve asked for a better location - as it’s a city centre spot everything was walkable which is exactly what we wanted. If you’re after peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Spotlessly clean, friendly host, comfy bed, with all amenities you would expect. Highly recommend!

Louisa is a wonderful host. She was happy to accept my enquiry to stay at her accommodation at very last minute. The annexe was very nice and modern, and a nice private space for a couple to stay in. Booked for our contractors to stay - great location

The property is in a great location on a quiet cul de sac so there is no traffic noise which was great and it is just a short 15 minute walk into the town. Off road parking on the drive outside the property is a bonus. Everything was clean and tidy.

Last-minute booking due to a work trip and the house was brilliant. Everything clean, clear and easy-to-follow instructions, great value and a lovely house to stay in with two nice bedrooms and good living room space. Thanks, Matt!

My family and I had a brilliant two weeks stay at Gareth and Adam's house in Hitchin. Gareth and Adam were both brilliant hosts who made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond our expectations, which made the experience feel more like a five star hotel than an AirBnb. The house is well located, a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We really enjoyed spending the summer evenings in the garden. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The neighborhood is lovely, with a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. My son absolutely loved the woodland area and nearby parks, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun and exploration. The house itself was very well-planned and organised, making our stay incredibly comfortable. There was ample parking space, which was a great convenience. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully arranged, contributing to a truly homey and relaxing environment. Toby was an exceptional host—very approachable and always available whenever we needed anything. His responsiveness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay.

House was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels left for us with hand wash in bathroom and kitchen. Quite a peaceful stay with places of interest to visit. Shopping for food was within 5-10 minutes drive so was great for us. Would stay there again if we decide to visit places of interest in surrounding areas.

We had a lovely weekend away at Danessa’s place. We were very grateful for the early check in to accommodate our travel plans, and the Airbnb was clean, spacious and very peaceful. Just a perfect place for usjto stay for a few days to catch up with friends and family in the area. Feels just like home with everything you need for a stay. A short walk to M&S and close to lovely cafes, restaurants and local walks.
