I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

Beautiful home, check in was easy. Glenda is an amazing host. The home was spectacular spacious and clean.

This home was perfect for our family! It was super clean and cozy. We were traveling with our toddler and they were very accommodating and brought us baby gates for the stairs. The labels on the doors and cabinets were also very helpful. They even had waters and snacks for us. The location is great and near lots of shops and restaurants. We were staying close to family nearby. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

My stay was everything I hoped for. Descent and pleasant ppl who are on top of there business for starters. The house was very accommodating. Game room, hot tub and bar area was invigorating. Id recommend this Airbnb with no hold up.

Good sized space. We particularly enjoyed the long dining room table, and had nice conversations in the living room. It is in a nice neighborhood, close to where our activities were planned, and met our needs very well. Thank you!

G was a great host. Responded quickly and helped us out when we needed it. After a scheduling mix up he did everything he could to accommodate us. He was very friendly but left us alone unless we reached out with questions. The sunroom was bright and cheery (could use some blinds so we could see the tv, we hung a blanket one afternoon). Bathrooms, towels and linens were clean and the house was tidy and roomy! Walking distance to some good restaurants.

Stanley was so amazing and responsive! The place was very easy to find and luckily since it was April we had plenty of parking at the Airbnb and also on the road! The location was amazing also! Everything was walkable, very safe, and LOTS to do around the area! The house was very clean and organized when we arrived and instructions of leaving and arriving were very clear. I would 100% recommend and will be coming back in the future!

Matthew was an excellent host and very responsive. Having a 5 bedroom home to stay at in Royal Oak is a rare find. Perfect house for a large family to stay. I would definitely come back.

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

the stay was nice, the kitchen had most everything to cook, bathrooms were clean, we accidentally broke a cutting board while cleaning it and he was very understanding of it. was great to work with him and will definitely book again in the future if I'm in the area again :)

Everything was great for our family trip to Plymouth. House was well appointed and located in a very convenient, quiet neighborhood. Had some great conveniences very close by like CvS, Burger King, chipotle, pie restaurant, firehouse subs, etc. Exactly what we were looking for. Thanks again.

Krista was very accommodating with a short notice check in, and she was very responsive during the process. The house was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the private deck with a view of the lake. Kitchen had all the items we needed to cook meals. and the grill was an added bonus. Beds and furniture were very comfortable.

We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this lovely house while getting to know Rochester. Gabe was super responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space to enjoy extended family time. Wooded trails out the back door and an amazing neighborhood park were added bonuses! The kitchen had everything we needed. A great home base for experiencing all that Rochester has to offer!

Quiet home, easy for us to get to and near the highway. We were able to get groceries delivered through Shipt without issue, and the kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, and dishes to cook some meals. A basket of snacks was provided. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed, except we had to buy more dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher daily as only two were provided. With fall some beetles found a way into the house, but that is not too remarkable considering it was an old historic home. Our group of 6 had enough space. Communication was proactive and helpful. We had a wonderful visit and would stay again.
