The location of Sam's place could not have been better. It is within walking distance of downtown Royal Oak, so it is easy to experience everything this town has to offer. Sam was very proactive in addressing any issues that came up and really showed that he wanted our stay to be as pleasant as possible. We would certainly stay again the next time our travels take us to Royal Oak.

My husband and I loved our time visiting family at the Rock House. The home is beautifully decorated, closed to shops and restaurants. I felt right at home. The master bed was extremely comfy. This home was probably the most well stocked home I’ve visited. My wife also loved all the nature around. Truly a beautiful stay at the “Rock House”, we will be back soon.

Enjoyed my time here! Lots of space and the fenced years was great for my little dog. Good location near downtown Ferndale on a nice, quiet street. I had some trouble getting into the house at first, but the host was very responsive and found a solution.

David's place is very cozy and a great place to stay if you have dogs. Getting to a great selection of restaurants and U of M is easy. I would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at the Little Yellow House! The space was so clean and inviting and looked just like the pictures. There was plenty of room to spread out, unpack and make ourselves at home. Not to mention that it was the perfect location for walking to bars and restaurants, all about ten minutes away! Would love to stay here again if the opportunity arose! Thank you Liz & Zach!

This is a great house for a group of friends. The pool and garage, specifically the sauna, were fantastic amenities. We enjoyed our stay. We felt safe inside and around the house.

We had family in Amherstburg and a hospital in Windsor we traveled between. This location was perfect. We traveled with a pet and there were good walking paths less than 5 minutes away near Golfview Road. Views of the river allowed us to see some boats right from the home, and great views of the river during commutes and neighborhood walking. Groundskeep was a kind gentleman who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety during snowstorm and icy melts - thank you!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Amherstburg. Convenient location, responsive host and lots of fun in the pool. We hope to be back soon!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Ms. Glenda’s property. The house was beautiful , offering a welcoming and family-friendly environment. Our 6-year-old and her friends had an unforgettable girls’ night, especially enjoying the basement and movie theater. Ms. Glenda’s communication was excellent, providing clear instructions that made our stay seamless. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely home; we look forward to returning soon.

As you can likely see from the pictures, this place is very unique. You will definitely not get bored. Everything is clean and approachable, Greg is an excellent host who is always quick to respond and very friendly. Close to local shops/restaurants and minutes away from the US border. Check it out!

Hey thanks very much Kyle, sorry for the late review, it was a great stay, nice locality with a great river trail nearby, has quite a few stores and a shopping plaza nearby with walmart, Panera bread and other eateries. A convenient stay with neatly maintained apartment. I would highly recommend the place and Kyle is an amazing host. He helped me with a few requests and was always responsive. Thanks very much for hosting us. Looking forward to visit soon. :)

Nancy was an AMAZING host! I have never felt so welcome to someone else’s home and that is a HUGE thing with kids. A lot of people still aren’t accepting of having kids in restaurants, etc just because, naturally, they aren’t ALWAYS easy, good listening kids. Nancy made us feel so welcome and ACCEPTED, even with our kids. She is definitely one of a kind. She is also incredibly responsive and will go out of her way to help and assist with anything you need. Highly recommend.

Maylinn’s place was a perfect home away from home on a family trip to the Detroit area for Thanksgiving. The home is cute, with lots of nice updates, and was the perfect size for our family of three people and one dog. Everything was exceptionally clean — above expectations. Our 11 year old daughter enjoyed her room and thought the trundle was cool. Our dog loved having a yard to play in. We were glad we brought his tie out, as only three sides of the yard were fully enclosed. But it worked out just fine. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinner and make breakfast. There was a washer/dryer. One thing to note is that there was no dining table. There is one eating bar with two bar stools and another table with two bar stools. We would definitely stay here again. Great place for the price and really wonderful to have our dog with us. (He does give a “snort” for not being allowed on the furniture. But we explained it was better than being left at home. He agreed.)

The house is roomy, clean, and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The backyard is lovely for sitting and observing the birds, squirrels, deer. We had lots of local activities so didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as usual. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you

Everything was as described and pictured. It was perfect for our needs over a two week work trip.

We spent 2 weeks at this property. The house was equipped with literally everything we needed. It was totally clean and sparkling. The house is located in a very private neighborhood adjacent to Lake Chemung. Must be nice in the summer but we were there in February. Snow removal was handled by a service although I had to do some touchup shoveling. Audrianna was very proactive and helpful. Our few questions were answered almost immediately. I would rate this property as outstanding. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return!

Such a charming space in a beautiful house! I love the character of older homes and this one is great. Radiant heat kept the place plenty warm. Host was a great communicator. Bed was VERY comfortable. I’d definitely return.

Sarah is such a great host and person in general! If I had any questions she was quick to respond and went above and beyond as a host. The cottage was spotless and had cute little touches that made it super homey. I would stay here again and again.
