Our family of three plus a couple extended family members stayed here for a wedding and it was the best fit! Not only close to the venue and downtown Maryville but a lovely house. Our favorite parts were the sunroom, finished basement apartment which was a great place for our little family to stay and our son to nap, ample parking, and a dog-friendly house. The house was cozy and had plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or have their own space. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for our family Christmas vacation with 10 people and we loved it! The location is extremely peaceful and quiet, and you feel tucked away and yet you’re close to so many things in the surrounding towns. Brendan was extremely responsive and always so nice and gracious. I would definitely stay here again with my family and I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Aaron’s place! We were on a roadtrip with the family and stayed for one night. The little play area was enjoyable for the kids to break up the car ride along. The baskets of extra toiletries were also a nice touch. It was a pretty cold outside and Aaron came right over with a few space heaters that took the edge off. He was very responsive and a great host! We would definitively stay on our next trip up north!

This has been the best stay ever. We felt at home. Well stocked kitchen, clean and charming home. Love the location. Jason and Tonya went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. We were very impressed. Can’t wait to go back in Spring to use the screened in porch!

We had a fantastic stay at Brandon's home in Knoxville. The home was comfortable, and in a nice, quiet location. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. It's a nice place to bring the family if you want some privacy and don't want to be in the heart of the city.

Had everything we could possibly need for the month we had to work in the area and never had any issues. Super reliable and cozy place to stay. Would stay here again.

If I could only use one word to describe this place it would be "Cozy." This property is PERFECT! The decor is straight out of a magazine, all the utensils and appliances were SO NICE! Also, the beds? Phenomenal! Everyone remarked about how much we loved our pillows! I know that sounds weird to mention in a review, but they were that impressive. I need to know where they got them!!! The ceiling fan situation was also super great and easy to use. I want those in every room of my own house now! Checkout was super easy and the instructions were clear. Kim was super friendly and informative, leaving no need for additional questions! Plus, there were a lot of little items to make our stay more comfortable and convenient such as a make-up mirror in the bathroom, nice soaps, easy to find utensils, and comfy throw blankets galore! We all loved our stay and would highly recommend this property. I would go so far to say this is the best rental property I have ever stayed in!

Beautiful location. Not too far from the busy areas but far enough away to feel secluded. It was a great place to spend Christmas. We loved the car port, which made it extra easy to move in and out.

Great cabin for our family. Plenty of space and things to do inside the cabin for the family such as pool, games and the theater area. Very clean and spacious and easy to locate.

WOW, just WOW! We could not believe how beautiful this cabin was. The sunrises and sunsets were just breaktaking. It was so peaceful and everything we were looking for. We will definitely be staying again!

To say we had a wonderful time is an understatement! The house was so clean, warm and inviting. We grilled out the first night and stayed in with popcorn and movies! Woke up refreshed and ready to shop! Relaxing, peaceful and Laura was fantastic answering all my questions. We will book again on our next girls trip! Thank you Laura!!

We enjoyed our stay. We loved all the games that were available. It kept the kids entertained. The cabin was very clean.

The cabin matched the description very well! The views were great and all amenities worked well. It was very quiet and peaceful during the stay. Everything was a fairly short drive from the cabin and the backcountry was a sight to see. Only improvement would be the pool table area as there was not enough room to play on each end.

The pictures and description doesn’t do any justice . I loved everything about the home , especially the top floor and bathroom up there . Before check in you’ll receive driving instructions which were very helpful . Will def book again

We spent Christmas at Dallas and Courtney's home (5 nights) and what more can I say then that it felt like home, away from home! The whole place was cozy and I loved the great festive touches they put up for us like the Xmas tree, mistletoe, many dec items, and even Xmas lights outside of the house! Courtney was very responsive with any questions /concerns I had which were directed more about our dogs possibly breaking a string of lights outside (we didn't see them so we didn't know if it was the wind cause there was some windy days, or if the dogs accidentally tripped on it). In any case, she was gracious enough to say it was fine and that they were getting new ones! By the end of our stay, I felt like the Stoddards were friends of ours! It was an easy 5min drive to the grocery stores & restaurants. PF/Dolly was a fast maybe 25-30 min drive? The bonus was the firepit (we watched the sunrise and made smores) and the gaming system! We definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much!

The place was clutter free. Which is so helpful when traveling with a very active, curious one year old. It was as baby proof as it can get! I usually don't love our child walking, crawling, laying on floors in airbnbs/hotels but this place was so clean I didn't mind it as much letting our child to play on the floors. Beds were comfy and sheets/blanket were too. Everything was great. We all enjoyed our stay there. When we come back to Tennessee, we hope this place is available again! Also the communication was great. We loved the details on where to park, what to expect, etc.

Quality cozy cabin. Cozy cabin vibes with the nice touches of being recently renovated. Easy drive into Knoxville. We were even able to get an Uber to downtown, though we walked down to the main street instead of having the driver brave the driveway. 🙂 A great weekend away.

We had a great time at Virginia’s place! The place was clean, easy to find, we had a great time in the Game room,which is located away from the house which is nice! We spent a lot of time in the hot tub, and by the fire making smores and such. Virginia reached out asking if we needed anything, which is so nice! We would definitely come here again!

Loved our stay here with four adults and four teens and our dog. It's a steep drive up but not too scary compared to many in the area, we made it just fine with both a huge SUV and a small CRV. You would likely need four-wheel-drive if it was snowy though. The house is nestled in a small little neighborhood, but the lot is mostly private as it is at the top of the hill. It is decorated in a log cabin/lodge vibe. Our dog had fun roaming around outside and the decks were beautiful with breathtaking views and comfortable and plentiful seating. Fireplace was a nice touch indoors, kitchen was fully stocked, and all of the bedrooms were wonderful with comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains in the two downstairs bedrooms. We also enjoyed the hot tub! I have already sent this link to another family, as this is a rare gem! Only friendly suggestion is adding an arm for the TV wall mount as the family room is large and some had trouble viewing the game from the recliners. Would stay again!

We recently stayed at Windy Ridge, and it was an amazing experience! The host was friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions and ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, Windy Ridge is the perfect spot! We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Had a lovely stay at Richard’s cabin. The cabin is cozy and quaint and has all the amenities we needed. The property is beautiful and we saw deer in the pasture almost daily. Very quiet and peaceful place to spend our time, and a lot of good restaurants within a 20 to 30 minute drive. Richard was a great host and very responsive. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

This was a great AirBnb for two guests! It's in a beautiful, peaceful location that's a close drive to nearby Knoxville & Maryville. The house & hot tub were great too. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
