Peaceful spot along the river. We were visiting grandkids in the area, so we did not spend as much time as we would have liked at the cabin as would have liked. We will definitely try to book this location again in the future.

This was a last minute getaway and it completely blew us away. The location is peaceful and beautiful, and the locals at the Pub were incredible as well. Highly recommend. The walls are thin, but no one disturbed us. The river is loud; that’s all I could focus on in the absolute best way possible ❤️ Wendy even helped my partner surprise me with rose petals and flowers the day of arrival. Wonderful host and spot. Absolutely will be planning a trip here again.

Just what I needed to decompress. Quiet, peaceful, and serene. The host and staff really do pay attention to detail, and are proactive. For the rainy days they left special towels for my service animals. Although it was 30 degrees outside at times, the suite was the perfect temperature. They even had a small space heater for the bathroom. The bathroom is very modern with a fan/speaker/light changing combo. The kitchen area sink is to die for! The only small thing for me was no tv in the bedroom. I'm not a big couch sitter to watch, I like to kick back where I might fall asleep so my sleeping pattern isn't interrupted. Bed knocked me right out as well. If you're going to be near Townsend Tennessee, I would highly recommend checking this place out!

Exactly what we were looking for on the quiet side of the smokies. Loved our stay here. Super comfy bed and spacious place.

Well appointed rental in a great location on the river. Close to GSMNP and all that Townsend has to offer. Short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, we would definitely recommend and would rent again!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a great place to end our night after being in the city all day around so many people. The creek, bonfire were super peaceful during this season. LOVED the room, it was very comfy and just enough space for the 3 of us. thank you!!

We came down to jet ski on the Tennessee River. It was the perfect place and location. Very spacious accommodations for our group. Jes was very responsive to our concerns and was a great host. Beautiful view of the river! The host provided everything we needed!

We loved every minute of it - hiking trails with 360 degree Mountain views, open field for play & dog romping, beautiful creek and fire pit area for roasting marshmallows, then inside for fires in the fireplace, movie watching and cooking yummy meals in the well appointed kitchen. Slept well, followed by coffee bundled up on the screen porch by the creek. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in the outdoors & indoors! Thank you Adrienne and Sam! We’d love to come back!

We truly enjoyed our stay. By far one of the most accommodating hosts I’ve ever had. It’s difficult to come across an Airbnb with a 3pm check in time, which is a huge plus! Having a personalized note with our name on it made us feel cared for, not to mention some snacks provided for during our stay! The place was very clean and the property itself is very well taken care of by the hosts. We wish we would have been able to take advantage of the fire pit during our trip, but this just means we will have to come back 😉 nonetheless, the view is beautiful right by the lake and is peaceful. Thank you so much for having us!

The Little River Farmhouse is a true sanctuary. We have had the pleasure of staying here twice and each time Jennifer is always kind and responsive. Lots for the kids to do. They never want to leave. One of cleanest AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed in. Has everything you could need for your stay.

It was our second time to stay here. Quiet, not all the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to attractions when you want to.

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, centrally located place to relax, this is it! Sheila was very accommodating in finding us dates that worked with our schedule. Check in was easy. Her place was spotless and very well decorated. It was a very relaxing place to stay and we were made to feel welcome. Go to Townsend and relax in the quiet side of the Smokies!!!

Beautiful location on the Little River. The host was very responsive and quick to accept my reservation on very short notice. Such a nice condo with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!!!
