Stayed here for a weekend at the Park with my husband and toddler. It worked out great. Short drive into town and the park. It was nice to be able to have some meals at the place. We also liked that there was parking right in front of the room, which made unloading with the little one very easy.

We had a great stay with 17 of our family members. The houses were very comfortable with lots to do inside and outside. The views of the mountains were great as was the sunrise over the ridge in the morning. It is a short drive into Townsend and not too long into the national park and over to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Helene was very responsive to all our questions and requests and made us feel very welcome. We'd highly recommend the properties to anyone looking for a place to stay during their Smokies vacation!

First of all I would like to say Josh And Michelle were extremely helpful. Upon arriving to the cabin we the Gps were a bit off but Josh & Michelle made sure to send better directions as far as arriving. The home was spotless and had plenty of space.

The cabin was amazing! So much to do for everyone in the family. Very clean, very spacious. When we ran into any minor issues, they were always so quick and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The view off the back porch is amazing. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the hot tub.

I am new to ARBNB and could not find the welcome letter! I panicked. But They responded very quickly to my questions and were so kind. We loved the place. Super cute. Just like the pics! Just close enough to Pigeon Forge & G’burg. No traffic! Quaint little town. Everything you need within 10 minutes! We are really looking forward to going back in the summer.

Had an amazing weeklong stay at the Appalachian Villa! It was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the National Park but in a more quiet, small town setting than the busy Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (but close enough to drive there if we wanted). The cabin was really clean, modern, cozy, and well-kept. The view was breathtaking; I can’t imagine anywhere with a better view. Right now is the off season so many of the trees are still bare, but even then the view is beautiful! Hot tub was amazing to relax in. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is a LOT of natural light because of the big beautiful windows. So if sleeping in the loft, you will get all of that light as soon as the sun rises. In the main level bedroom there are nice blinds, but the sunlight is so bright that there is still a lot of light that comes through, which had our 1 year old waking up at 6am (3am our time!). Vino was really friendly and responsive! Would love to stay here again during the summertime!

Spacious, clean and comfortable home! We have a 5 person family so it was great for each boy to have their own room and a master room (with a very nice, large bathroom!) Cynthia was very responsive, we had a few issues pop up but she got back to me right away and mostly they were out of her control (seemed weather related).
