Enjoyed our time at the unit. Could have used a few wine glasses, only one was in the unit. Balcony furniture with table to eat at was very nice. Sterling Reef is a perfect location. And the elevators worked the entire stay. We’ll be back. Thanks for making the experience pleasant.

When we got there the back porch was covered in bird poop and feathers but as soon as I told Carol she got someone to clean it. I wish the patio furniture was better. It’s seems a little old and not comfortable to sit on. Carol was a good host and I would stay there again.

Condo was clean and spacious and exactly as described and it’s located in a great location. Right across the street from Sharkys and Senor Frogs and beach access. Will definitely be booking with Lev again in the future

Beautiful place! Great location! Several walkable restaurants & Pier Park is super close. Jodi was very accommodating & responded quickly when needed. Condo looks just like the photos. The view of the ocean & the beach from the balcony, is AMAZING!!

Nik’s place has breathtaking views of the golf, a walk across the street to the beach. He recommended some great places to eat. We stayed here for a week of baseball at Publix Park, which was about a ten minute drive. Pier park is right down the street. We were here during the “off season” so not every place was open, but there was plenty that were. Nik was extremely accommodating for our stay with early check in and late check out. We needed extra supplies as we stayed a week, he had items to help our stay delivered. Myself and family would definitely recommend Nik as a host and his PCB Airbnb!

My stay here was great, very spacious and accommodating for my family. I loved that every room had a view of the beach and I loved the large bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

We come back to Destin during Christmas the 2nd year in a row and we love it here. John’s place was perfect for me, my wife, and our pet. It was very comfortable, had all needed amenities, and exceeded our expectations. In addition, staying here you have access to the best Florida beach few steps away, great walking paths, restaurants, and shops. We will look forward to come back here this year.

Amazing location, easy to walk to shops, great neighborhood. The condo was tidy and comfortable. Perfect for two people and our corgis.

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

This was the perfect place for us to take our two dogs to the beach for the first time! It was very dog friendly.. I feel like everyone staying there had a pup with them! It was only like a 3 minute drive to the dog beach and very close to the dog park as well. Also very close to shopping and food options. The bed was very comfortable!! Everything about their place is very intentional!! Jeff was also very responsive and helpful getting the tv logged into YouTube Tv one night! We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to PCB!!

Stay was great! The unit itself was great. You really can’t beat an oceanfront view! The upgrades in the unit were nice and it was perfect being on the 5th floor, same as the skyway to parking so that you didn’t have to potentially use 2 sets of elevators. I’ve enjoyed Grand Panama itself each time I’ve stayed. Guest are respectful and it’s generally pretty quiet. There were lots of dogs during the time we were there but it wasn’t an issue. Jeremy was also great and super responsive to everything. We’d definitely stay again!

Pelican 1106 is EXACTLY as described and the pictures represent. We stayed 22 nights and enjoyed every aspect. The view is incredible and the beach is amazing. We used the well equipped gym every other day and had daily long walks on beach. You can walk miles, in sugar sand, in either direction. We met many friendly people while beach walking. The condo is super clean and Tufan has put much thought into every detail. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Usually my wife and I both miss our bed at home and comment on that. The bedroom is very quiet, has perfect blackout shades, and GREAT bed. I over analyze everything, it’s my nature. If you want a bright , super clean, comfortable condo with fantastic views on a perfect beach THIS is the PLACE! Tufan is a fantastic host. One example, we reached out regarding an extra beach chair. Tufan responded in 10 minutes and had a new Tommy Bahama beach chair delivered. Great vacation. Thanks Tufan!

Stayed for one month. Easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in a 15 minute radius. Host was particularly helpful and responsive when we had an issue with one of the TVs not connecting to the cable company.

Jill was very responsive host and easy to work with. We had a lovely time. Went for the NYE fireworks and this was the perfect location to see them from the balcony

The condo was just as pictured. We had plenty of room for our large family. Best of all was the huge balcony and being only steps from the beach. It was lovely to sit of the morning and evening soaking up the sounds and sights of the ocean from such a perfect spot.

This was our second time staying here! It was just as beautiful and Megan is an amazing host. She is very thoughtful and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay was all you hoped for. I would highly recommend this stay for your next PCB Trip!

This place was great for me and my 4 friends during spring break. The 2 beds and pull out couch was all we needed. The building itself was also really nice, some of the hot tubs and pools were a little cold, but with 3 options of each there was always something to use. One downside about the building itself is that their Bar by the pool was supposed to be open at the start of March but didn’t open until the 8th. That being said it is a beautiful place, and close to plenty of different things to do. I would definitely stay here again, they did not disappoint!

Stayed here multiple times. Plan on going back again. My favorite place to stay when I’m in PCB. WE WILL BE BACK SOON! Highly recommend it. Great communication with the owner.

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!
