We had a wonderful experience staying at Erin’s property. The house is very well stocked with anything you would need during your stay from extra towels to kitchen supplies. Everything was clean and well maintained and the hot tub was great! Erin was a great communicator and was willing to help with any requests we had. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

Michael’s cabin was a great place to host my best friend’s bachelorette party. It offered a peaceful place with tons of fun things to do including the hot tub, a walk to the river, fire pit, board games, movies, pool, foosball, darts, and more. Furthermore, the smart TV allowed us to easily screen share from our phones, making it the perfect way to play personalized games that we had created. The cabin is a short drive from many wonderful restaurants, including the Canary grill, which offered a beautiful view and delicious food for the bride to be and her party. During our trip I was already planning the next time I’d be able to visit with my significant other, as I loved the space and all it had to offer. We had a great stay, thank you Michael!

This cozy home was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. The feel of the house is relaxing and cozy and things were clean and organized. The hot tub was definitely a plus!

The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making it feel just like home. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer any questions and offer local recommendations. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this house and we plan to return. The surroundings and property are peaceful and comfortable. There is plenty to do with the game room, TVs and fire pit. Several upgrades were made from our last visit including a new top floor bathroom remodel and a new living room sectional that was so comfortable after days of hiking. The kitchen is well appointed and blankets and towels are plentiful. This was the perfect getaway spot for our group and dogs.

My boyfriend and I love this airbnb!! James and Mary are kind, responsive, and accommodating. The cabin is exactly as advertised. Toiletries, snacks, and breakfast food are provided. The homemade cinnamon rolls and granola are DELICIOUS! The cabin seems close to the house at first, but there are many features that allow privacy. Super duper cozy, wonderful, nature-esque. Love love love!

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's cabin. The place exceeded our expectations. There are so many thoughtful touches that made the place feel extra cozy. The wifi is a little spotty but that wasn't an issue for us. It was so nice to enjoy coffee on the front porch in the mornings. Barely any cars drove by during our stay which made it feel extremely private. We definitely would love to return when it's warmer to enjoy the firepit and more time outside. Highly recommend!

This is our third time staying here. We love the peace and quiet, easy access in the mountains that doesn't require a 4x4 vehicle. We stock up on groceries from home or the local Food Lion in downtown Berkeley Springs, then make all of our meals. Our kids enjoy the sleeping loft upstairs and the main floor bedroom is quite comfortable, we all slept quite well on each respective bed. The view outside is great, the screened in porch is so nice to have, ensuring a bug-free, relaxing time out in the cool mountain air. The wood burning fireplace helps with the cozy factor when inside, and even though we go there to get away from all the fast movement in the city, it is also nice to have satellite TV just in case you are feeling up to watching a movie by the fire. We will definitely be going back again in the future.

The place was great, peaceful, comfortable. Amenities were as described. Great for a cozy girls weekend!

Beautiful little cabin in central PA- we were here for one night for a little get away for my husband!

Katie’s cottage was great! There was plenty of space inside and out. We loved the screened porch, deck and hot tub! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We especially appreciated the healthy snacks, electric fans for bedrooms, charging cords and provided wood. The checkout chores were very minimal and Katie was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Great stay!

Me and my girlfriend stayed for a weekend. The home is beautiful and in a very peaceful area. Was an awesome time would hope to revisit one day!

My mom and I came to Berkeley springs to get away for the weekend and this cabin was just what we needed. We very much enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoors! My dogs also enjoyed the space to get away and explore all of the smells! Even when our car broke down Micheal had extended an offer to help us get back on the road and extended our check out time. We are grateful for you! The cabin was clean and spacious, yet very homey with all of the appliances and helpful cookware you could think of if you wanted to host a dinner! Thank you for such a beautiful stay!

Husky’s Hideaway is the perfect cozy cabin that feels like a home away from home. The peaceful surroundings were exactly what we needed to get away from our busy lives in the DMV. We loved sipping our coffee on the deck while listening to the peaceful sounds of nature….a calming salve for my nervous system.

What a beautiful and serene spot to stay! We had such a relaxing weekend at the Red Cabin, and would definitely return one day. The view of the mountains from the deck is amazing all times of day, but especially at sunrise. Rhonda was a great host as well, and we appreciate her responsiveness! ☀️

We love Jamie’s home! It’s our second year in a row staying there for a reunion weekend with another family, and it’s a perfect spot for getting together. We’ll be back!

The drive up into The Woods was beautiful(4x4 recommended 😄)& once we got into the community, we felt safe. When we walked into Cedar Loft we were welcomed by fresh baked cookies, snacks,& a sweet, hand written card.The cabin smelled like a cabin in the woods & was so cozy & warm. There was low music playing on the TV too which just all in all felt so warm & welcoming. I was with my mother, daughter, & niece-the girls slept in the loft which they absolutely loved. Everyone wanted to stay longer. Our purpose was to get away, relax& be in nature. That was definitely accomplished staying here. There were many throwback CD movies that brought me back to my childhood. We laughed& cried &really enjoyed that nostalgic touch. Everything was clean& comfortable, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, being out by the fire pit& swimming at the pool. The cabin was stocked with everything you might need. Thank you for such a memorable stay. The journal was so special. There were tears on the way out.

House was perfect for our needs. spacious, lots of beds, and even toys for the baby. the house looked exactly what the pictures looked like. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would really recommend this house.

I’m not one who typically leaves a review but Olivia definitely deserves a review. It was for my son’s 18th birthday and when I tell you, everything was so flawless. She was nice enough to help me decorate one of the cabins with happy birthday balloons, and a banner! this gesture really shows me that she goes over and beyond for her customers. I truly appreciate that from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for making our stay fantastic!

Tylere was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and addressed all of our concerns in a very timely fashion. There was a lot of snow while we were there and he had the driveway cleared twice so we were able to get out. Thanks!

The place was perfect tucked away in the woods with plenty of its own space. We absolutely loved it as we needed a place to recharge and get out of the norm for a few days. Everything was as explained and clean. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back again
