Excellent endroit pour passer quelques temps à Sunderland. Tout est à proximité à pied ou en transport. C'est paisible et agréable. Très bon moment passé ici pour moi, je reviendrai volontiers. Thank you very much Kevin and Gaynor from France 🇫🇷

I really enjoyed my stay at Sara's Garden Room. Perfect size for one or two people. Sara hadmade some Ginger and Chocolate cookies, hand made and waiting for your first tea or coffee. I let Sara know what time I would arrive, so the lights and heating were on. Christmas lights on for an added affect. The room is exactly as described. Will hopefully be going back next year if it's available for the datesnext December.

The location was great for us,being in walking distance from our son and his family.The studio was perfect,Spotisly clean and so easy for my Disabled husband because everything was on one level and beautifully fitted everything was of excellent quality.

First of all, Jacinta is the best Abnb host we have ever encountered. 💜 This is an historic building full of character. It was welcoming and warm with everything we needed. Jacinta kept in touch to check out if things were ok which was so helpful. The house was cosy, beds comfy, great warm shower and a thoughtful welcome pack and fresh flowers. Thank you Jacinta.

This was a lovely stay! The house was cozy and very clean, easy to find, clear instructions for everything, & had everything that we could have needed during our stay! The hosts were very responsive as well. We had a problem with the heater but they came and helped us out the next day directly! Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay :)

Stayed here as my house flooded. Matthew helped take some stress away by making it so easy to check in and the house was like being at home. Very quiet and we are looking g forward to staying again in a few weeks. Well worth the money

This apartment is a hidden gem. Beautiful, stylish, contemporary, comfortable, and homely. The location is the heart of Alnwick - nothing is more than 10 mins walk away - yet it is tucked away on a quiet lane with no through traffic and not overlooked by other properties. It’s so peaceful and quiet at night. Loads of great pubs and restaurants and of course attractions like the castle and Playhouse are just a short walk away. It was the perfect base for our group to explore Alnwick and Emily was a wonderful host - very friendly and responsive. Thank you so much for a magical stay! I will definitely book again.

I grew up in that area so it was convenient for family but it's also easy access via bus into the centre of town. right near some nice take aways. Nice spacious property to allow room for myself and my wife and also a separate room for our toddler. Kitchen was spacious. Nice feel to the property. We'd been staying in rented apartments on previous stays to Newcastle. This has for sure taken its place as the priority place to stay in the future.

Paul’s place in Amble was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Northumbria. The property is located in a peaceful residential estate within walking distance of the town centre and Harbour Village. On site parking, dog-friendly gardens and spotlessly clean, we loved everything that this property had to offer and we look forward to a return visit. Amble is a fabulous place. Great pubs, plenty of shops for the essentials and some great restaurants - especially The Old Boathouse where we enjoyed the best seafood platter that we have ever had.

Had an absolute great stay from the hosting to the house itself. I couldn’t recommend this any higher! It’s a beautiful home and Frankie was amazing in helping with anything.

We were able to have a family get together with loved ones we had not seen for a year. The perfect location with my special people in a spacious apartment overlooking the sea, I didn't want to leave!

Great place to stay with only being a 5-10 min uber from the centre. The place was clean and zoheb was on hand in case we needed anything. Check in was also really easy with no problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend

Irena’s house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful art deco designed interiors. It is situated in a very quiet area only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Irena is a very attentive host, checking in with us after the 1st night to make sure we had settled in and had had a comfortable night which we had. I would definitely look to stay at Irena’s house again if visiting Durham.

We loved staying at the apartment, we arrived on a very cold afternoon, opened the door and the warmth hit you, it was so cosy and welcoming. Elaine was great to communicate with, really friendly too. The apartment is beautiful, clean and cosy, we hope to return in the summer to enjoy the lovely outdoor area at the back. Would certainly recommend

Absolutely great place to stay with 2 12 year old boys. Brilliant location and so much to do - Caroline gave us some fab recommendations. The flat was in a perfect location - close to the beach and loads of places to eat. The boys loved the bunk beds and I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to cook but we ate out for most meals. The bathroom is a wet room - so take crocs for using the toilet after a shower to avoid wet feet - this was not a problem for us at all and the shower was lovely and warm. Lots of little touches were great, biscuits and tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning products so if you arrived late no problem - also a shop over the road. Highly recommend as a lovely downstairs flat with parking near the sea - perfect.

We had a lovely stay at the Seaglass apartment. It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and just across the road from Seaham's beautiful beaches. Paul was really friendly and responsive to any questions.

Absolute Gem of a place, 5 minute walk into Morpeth but yet ticked out the way so quiet and peaceful. Private parking, lovely neighbours, quirky and much bigger than we anticipated, perfect set up and super comfy. Kitchen has everything you need, shower was lovely, bath was just divine after a long day out, We used the train line and went to Edinburgh for the day, great to have the train station so close. Wasn’t noisy from the trains at all, house is well insulated. Will definitely be back for our house hunting in beautiful Northumberland.

We first stayed at Elaine’s in October and it was as perfect and our second visit the same. I highly recommend this accommodation, it has everything you could possibly need. Beautiful well equipped kitchen, lounge area cosy and comfortable, outside seating area is very private and we were able to sit out this time. Beds are very comfortable with lovely sheets etc. and the bathroom has separate bath and an excellent shower. Location is perfect and Warkworth beach is very clean and dog friendly. Another perfect stay , will definitely be booking again.

What a great place to stay. It's a great location in beautiful Warkworth. We've visited many times over the years and we were very pleased to find somewhere so lovely and comfortable to stay in the village. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Warkworth in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay with Julie and Jamie. It was easy to find No. 15 and easy to park very close by. Jamie greeted us and showed us up to our apartment, which was clean and warm. He offered to help us with our luggage. They had made it feel very homely from the decor and soft furnishings, to the truly excellent human and dog welcome baskets. The immediate location is excellent, full of restaurants, cafes and pubs within 5 minutes walk. In the welcome folder is a list of recommendations on where to go with a note of whether they are dog friendly or not. Really helpful. The beach is literally at the bottom of the street and my dog loved maurauding around after the ball, Julie had kindly popped in the dog welcome box. It's about a 10 minute walk to Spanish City, along the beach/promenade or to the main street, which has some nice independent shops and an excellent craft beer tap room/bottle shop, Nord.
