This home was beautiful and functional in a great location. It was very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen had all the basics - coffee supplies were greatly appreciated! I also appreciated the dog friendly park and beach. I wish we’d had more time to just hang out at the house! Only issue was the body wash and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty which we didn’t discover until too late before departure. (Short stay). There really wasn’t time to notify anyone so I’ll just knock one star off cleanliness because I’m sure they would have corrected it if we had been there longer. Irritating though given the high cleaning fees - better service is expected on basic things like that. Aside from that it really was a wonderful place to stay.

We had a lovely time staying here while we visited Quartzsite. It was exactly what we needed, quiet, and clean. We enjoyed the river and our dog loved all the grassy areas to walk. We’ll be back for sure!

Definitely a great place to stay if you’re driving to LA and need a convenient stop for some rest, as it’s right next to the I-10. The property also offers great amenities, with its location right in front of the river this is perfect for camping and outdoor activities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. No issues at all so highly recommend!

The park is clean and very organized, with plenty of employees to keep it that way. The cabin was clean with all necessary linens. I stayed busy during the day sightseeing and enjoying events in the surrounding communities. In the evening, the clubhouse was filled with activities which was the most fun. Enjoyed my stay.

Nice home. Clean and comfortable. Full kitchen. King bed and room for your stuff. Short walk to the Colorado River. Good value for the money

The home was charming. The owner was responsive and friendly. The only downside to the whole trip was the unfriendly cleaning lady. She arrived 20 minutes before check out to inform us that check out was at 11am Arizona time "NOT CALIFORNIA TIME". So if you plan on staying there be ready to leave by 10:45 Arizona time. Other than it was a very nice stay.

The tiny home was exactly as described. It was super clean! All amenities were described perfectly. The neighborhood was very quiet. there was a bit of traffic noise in the morning but not bad. Check-in was very easy. Check-out instructions were provided as well.

A comfortable and affordable stay, and a vey nice price for what you get. I had booked this place as a mid-roadtrip rest point and ultimately decided to power through the night to my destination, but I stopped in to take a shower and catch a breather - I was almost tempted to stay anyway! The distinctive look of the building made it very easy to spot - even as the sun had just gone down - and getting in was very simple.

This is the best organized air bnb i have stayed at. everything is labeled, functions, and the essentials are easily found. beds are supportive, great patio and the garage was a big bonus. The location is just outside of central blythe, but feels remote and safe because it is a quite street surrounded by fields and canals.
