This was my second stay at Evelyn's place, and it was just as fantastic as I remember it! It feels luxurious, comfortable, and homey all at once. Evelyn and Chris are so quick to respond, and they love the Pitlochry area so they have lots of recommendations. Bed is very comfy, the TV is huge and easy to stream Netflix on, kitchen is fully stocked and very clearly labeled, instruction manual is clear and organized... I could go on. As for the neighborhood and location, Pitlochry is a charming town with lovely shops and restaurants and a train station within minutes' walk of Evelyn's place, and it's an amazing base from which to explore the Scottish Highlands! Very centrally located. You cannot go wrong with Pitlochry or with Evelyn's place.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location. The whole place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Very nicely furnished. Bathrooms are great with powerful showers. Lovely outside space to sit out when the sun shines. We’ve stayed in lots of properties in Ballater and this is our favourite.

Jane was just great, so helpful and accommodating. The flat was beautifully clean and worked brilliantly for us visiting our friend. We had the most fabulous weather and loved our early morning walks on the beach. We will definitely be back!

excellent accomodation, very comfortable, clean and close to a beautiful beach and a great forest just off the beach. All amenities, bars, restaurants, ice cream shops are close by. We didn't eat out in Lossiemouth, but we did get a couple of takeaways. The Ocean Pearl, takeaway, was delicious and an excellent standard of food. the Galley fish and chip shop, near the accomodation, offered us a brilliant, crispy fresh, fish and chips - we definitely recommend a visit there too. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate in returning to this apartment. We have also highly recommended it to our family and friends.

We truly loved our stay here. The place was spotlessly clean, warm, and incredibly welcoming - it immediately felt like home. Every little detail had been thoughtfully taken care of, which made our stay completely stress-free. Coming from a rural area ourselves, we felt a deep connection to the peaceful surroundings - it brought back a sense of home in the most comforting way. The hosts made us feel genuinely cared for, and that famous Scottish hospitality shone through from start to finish. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back. Haste ye back!

This place is fantastic. The house is mega, and can’t beat the location. Jack and Guadalupe were top notch hosts. Will hope to have this place again next time we’re in the highlands.

The Garden Cottage was lovely. There is the ruins of a castle built in 1179 in the backyard. Katie was friendly and responsive. I can't say enough good things about the cottage, the land, the espresso machine and the surrounding nature. I hated leaving.

Great little house for us, a couple and a wee dog. Spotlessly clean and would stay again if we return to the area.

We were very pleased with the place. The owners did nice special touches to show they put thought and care into your stay and feeling welcomed. The little things (treats, the sign, the pre-arrival message, the decor, the juice/milk in the fridge, etc) were nice touches. The photos don't actually do the place justice as we thought it looked even cuter in person. Very stylish rooms and it felt like a home. We were there for a short time but I could see how it would be nice for a family or small group. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Sian gave clear instructions on how to find the accommodation and was always willing to help in anyway. The accommodation had everything you need to make you feel like you were at home. The covered area in the back garden was a place where you could relax after a busy day travelling or looking round the local area. We had a great week at Sian’s home and it was a good base for seeing the local attractions. Many Thanks Sian

Our stay was seamless here, really appreciated how much detail the owners provided for getting in and other house rules/information. The area was easy to find and appreciated the easy street parking. Was a perfect base for exploring Inverness and the highlands! Is a little bit of a walk into the city center proper, but there are quite a few restaurants and pubs nearby as well.

We stayed in this property while we were working in the area and had a nice stay. The property is very nicely decorated and in great condition. You get a wonderful view of the beach especially on sunny days. There is also a couple of restaurants and pubs in walking distance from the property so if you’re looking to go out for something to eat and a few drinks you don’t need to look far. We were very happy with our stay.

Grant and Jody’s place is in a piece of paradise, near the River Spey. Hosts were communicative and reassuring. Honestly this is a place I’d love to live. If circumstance allows I’d love to stay here again while taking photos of minke whales. WiFi is fast, perfect for doing remote work and writing a novel. Bed is cosy and soft. Apartment is warm in the cold weather. Until we meet again beautiful apartment by the river and the sea.

Number 124 was all and more that we expected and we hope that there will be other opportunities to stay. We would also not hesitate in recommending the apartment to other visitors.

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!

An absolute gem, definitely a home from home feeling. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, had all the facilities that you needed, quite location, would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Alyson was very friendly with lots of local knowledge.

We had two nights at the apartment during the Winter Words festival at the theatre. Beautiful location, extremely comfortable, quiet and spacious apartment. Easy 10 mins walk across the river to the theatre & very well located for the town centre. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was neat, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful, with nearby amenities within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and made the process completely stress-free. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay!

We were looking for a cosy getaway from the city and we knew it had to be Pitlochry. The Wee Glangarry was the perfect setting for our holiday, and Jenny and Steve were brilliant hosts. The location was perfect and less than 5 minutes walk away from the centre of town. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The wee studio was perfect for our stay and came equipped with everything we needed we really appreciated the loaf of Sourdough bread from the local bakery along with butter, orange juice and access to a coffee machine it made our breakfast extra special. The patio was perfect for watching the birds and enjoying a visit from a pair of Red Squirrels. We can't wait to come back to Pitlochry and we will definitely be visiting the Wee Glangarry again. 5 ***** all around!
