This place was spacious & beautiful! The outside area & dock was perfect for all of us! The kitchen was stocked w/ many plates, pots & pans. Would definitely come back !!

The stay at the dragonfly was amazing. Sherry has a wonderful home and we enjoyed our stay. She is super friendly and welcoming. She welcomed us with a smile and made us feel right at home. She also took out the time to show us her rabbits and chickens and had a chance to play with her dogs! Also, she bakes bread that’s so delicious and we also had farm fresh eggs! Lovely hospitality! Great overnight stay and a lovely home for a wonderful time away from the hustle bustle of the city!

We loved the quiet, peaceful surroundings, the spaciousness of the cottage, and the beautiful views from every window. We love music and spent a couple of evenings just sipping wine and listening to music through the sound system routed through the ceilings. The kitchen was beyond well equipped! Further, Donna delivered extra pellets for the stove before we had to ask, and Erik generously mitigated the problem with the hot tub. Truly special hosts who care about their guests and their comfort.

Our six weeks stay at Heathers place was amazing. She is one of the most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The house was supurb, well heated and cozy for our winter stay. The kitchen modern and well equipped. The two bedrooms we used were a little small but more than adequate for our needs and the yard spacious. We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful, cozy, and private home. The rustic farmhouse feel made it the perfect place to relax. We especially loved having access to the many kayaks and canoes, which added to the overall experience. Julie was incredibly quick to respond to our messages and very accommodating when we ran into some minor issues. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come back again!

I had a wonderful long weekend here. The environment is fantastic, and my friend and I felt very comfortable staying in the house for two days. Even though we encountered a snowstorm, we were able to relax comfortably in the house. I highly recommend the hot tub; it was amazing to enjoy the snowy scenery while sipping on a warm drink. Most importantly, the host was very thoughtful and responsible. Not only did they treat us to a bottle of white wine, but they also promptly fixed the hot tub the next day when it wasn't heating up properly. I feel that booking this house was excellent value for the money!"

Such a lovely location and beautifully decorated apartment. Enjoyed everything about it from sitting out on the deck watching birds, boats etc to firepits in the evening and walking to the local Tikki Bar for food, beverage and socializing. We found the people in this area to be the friendliest we've come across in our travels. Oh yes and the bed is heaven.

This home was one of the most relaxing Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. You can tell the hosts have hospitality experience because there wasn’t one thing we felt like we were missing while we were there. Example: we forgot toothpaste and found it easily right in the amenities basket in the bathroom. We highly recommend this spot for a staycation. It’s 2 hours away from Toronto and just the perfect spot for a weekend away. It’s definitely on our list to go back to!

It is a lovely apartment that is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. It is just off the main street but it is in a very quiet area. We found some great restaurants in the village which is just minutes away. And it doesn't take long to get into Kingston. We had a good visit and would stay here again.

The town of Clayton was a second home to my husband’s family. We went down decided to stay at K’s motel and had a lovely time. The beds were incredibly comfy and the place was spotless. Thank you for hosting a few Canadians in this wonderful community!!

We absolutely loved our stay here for Valentines Days Weekend. It was our last Valentine’s Day as a family of 2 and really need a getaway and Rob and Shari’s place was the perfect spot. We fell inlove with their air bnb instantly and would instantly love there if we could in a heartbeat. Rob and Shari are so friendly and very welcoming. Always checked in during the snow storm to make sure if we go out to let them know so they could get the snow all cleaned so we could get out and all. Their place is insanely beautiful and very high tech which we love and very large . Perfect location. We plan on coming back again and hopefully next time it will be with our little one :)

Dee's place (and Dee herself) is a true gem. She put so much care and thought into preparing for our stay and even left the sweetest birthday gift for me! She is very personable, friendly, and accommodating. My friends were impressed with the find and said "the pictures didn't do it justice". The space was clean, homey, and she went above and beyond in providing helpful instructions and all sorts of creature comforts for her guests. We felt like family!

We had an excellent stay in the A-Frame. It is peaceful, cosy, thoughtfully-appointed and incredibly well-laid out. Rachel is very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Absolutely amazing, we had great plans, but the ice storm and the cozy fireplace changed those plans. Hermann and Tracy were an absolute blast! Super chill, and super friendly, we would come back just to spend time with them! We had a cute visitor to come check up on us as well! We hope to be back, thank you hosting us Hermann and Tracy!

We had a fantastic stay for a long weekend (birthday) getaway. Nice private location with a view. Enjoyed the hot-tub while watching the first snowfall of the season, wood stove and the well stocked kitchen. Host even left some treats for my pup, which she really enjoyed and was very responsive/helpful. Pros: private location, right on the water, kayak/canoe/hot tub for use, well stocked kitchen, responsive host! Cons: (only 1!) mice! My dog could not stop hunting the cabin throughout our stay lol (she is dedicated, like a cat!) , and we did find some droppings on the dishes in the cupboards, before use. Overall - we had a fantastic time. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back soon!

Arriving at the cottage was how the pictures were. We went in March and it was cold, but walking into the cottage part the heat was on and we felt right at home. Kitchen & bathroom well stocked. The fireplace was great to have to add warmth. Beautiful scenery looking over the lake from a chair or sofa. A place we would rent again.

Our retreat at the cabin was just what we needed. The walk to the waterfront was a beautiful easy hike on the path/road on the property!e found the kitchen stocked with everything we needed, s as was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable with quality linen. We loved the homey feel of this country cabin and enjoyed the atmosphere and property! My favourite part was the photo album of the restoration of this historical building. You did beautiful job respecting its history while bringing it into this century😊 Thank you so much for opening this treasure up to us.

What a wonderful escape! The water nearly surrounded the cottage and every direction you have a gorgeous view. Our days were spent on the lake in the kayak exploring the area. The water was so clear that you could see all the fish. Our dogs loved the area and the swimming. The area was private, and had everything we needed. We hope to return next summer!

Had a very quiet and peaceful weekend away. We purchased some jams and salsa with the stay and I’m very thankful to of bought them. The peach jam has been delicious.

Such a peaceful, beautiful location hosted by very friendly, easy-going people. We enjoyed the setting in amongst the trees with open sky views and were blessed with a clear sky on our second night to see the magical array of stars! We will definitely be back!
