The farmhouse was exactly what we needed for a quick "meet in the middle" get-together with our kids that are now living in Ottawa and Toronto. Denise was an excellent host and the farmhouse has absolutely everything, really. It is the most well equipped Airbnb that we have stayed at. Denise was very accommodating as we had left the birthday cake behind and had to return well after our checkout to retrieve it. It was just too bad we only had the one night!

We found out the medical procedure we were coming to Kingston for was going to be much earlier than expected the day before we checked in. When I messaged Sami he changed our dates right away so we could stay an extra night and even had the place cleaned within two hours of my message. He really helped us out.

This is our second time at this Airbnb. It’s in a wonderful location, so close to downtown. The house is clean and spacious, and you can’t beat having 2.5 bathrooms.

The stay at the dragonfly was amazing. Sherry has a wonderful home and we enjoyed our stay. She is super friendly and welcoming. She welcomed us with a smile and made us feel right at home. She also took out the time to show us her rabbits and chickens and had a chance to play with her dogs! Also, she bakes bread that’s so delicious and we also had farm fresh eggs! Lovely hospitality! Great overnight stay and a lovely home for a wonderful time away from the hustle bustle of the city!

We loved the quiet, peaceful surroundings, the spaciousness of the cottage, and the beautiful views from every window. We love music and spent a couple of evenings just sipping wine and listening to music through the sound system routed through the ceilings. The kitchen was beyond well equipped! Further, Donna delivered extra pellets for the stove before we had to ask, and Erik generously mitigated the problem with the hot tub. Truly special hosts who care about their guests and their comfort.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

The girls had a wonderful stay at the North Sky Retreat. Julie was very helpful and her house was just perfect for four people to stay, each with their own bedroom. The house was exceptionally well stocked with supplies, linen, towels and those extras you may need. Julie accommodated the dog that accompanied on this trip as well. The fresh eggs were a bonus and the free range chickens were fun to watch. The grounds were lovely and the walking path was a perfect was to take in the nature around the house. Hopefully this stay will become a tradition! Thank you!

We booked Martin's cottage for rest/relaxation during the holiday season with our growing extended family. Tats place was great, well maintained. There could be additional seating in the lounge to accommodate more people. There was a small issue with water but Tat was quick to respond and resolve. Overall our stay was comfortable and would recommend

This home was exactly what we needed for our family reunion. It was large enough to provide everyone space to relax in comfort yet intimate enough to spend quality time together. Davids place was beautiful and made for an enjoyable stay for our group visit. He was responsive and provided all additional details both in our chats as well as leaving a small booklet in the cottage itself highlighting places of interest nearby. The firepit and the gazebo are the most impressive parts of the property. Wifi coverage inside the cottage was fantastic and was very useful for any further research since the cellular network coverage is spotty at best. Bon Echo is just about a 20 minute drive away and there are more places within a 1 hour radius though we chose to mostly have a leisurely time on the property itself. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, private fun time in the middle of nature.

Iryna was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and allowed for a very seamless experience. When we arrived at night there was a full driveway of snow and Iryna got the driveway shovelled that night very quickly. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our team. This allowed our sports team to spend time together bonding and perform at our best with its close location to Queens University. Overall Iryna was a lovely host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great! No issues whatsoever, host was accommodating and friendly, house had everything we needed, we stayed for work, so didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit with wood provided which I thought was very nice of the hosts! Water was not potable but the hosts leave you lots of drinking water, and water to make coffee!!

This was such a phenomenal place to stay. The access to the river was lovely, and the entire house had so many great touches and details. The kitchen is very well stocked, beds and pillows so so comfortable. Location was fantastic and close to everything you need. I will definitely be back to stay here again !

Melissa sent a series of welcoming messages with step by step instructions. The cabin was a cozy little treehouse with a wood stove that had already started by Melissa to warn up the little place before we checked in. Everything was clean and clear and ready to go. It was obviously Melissa had prepped it as if we were guests or family and did not at all feel like customers. The space was amazing and peaceful and we'll definitely go back. FYI although the cabin has only a wide stove, it keeps you warm. We stayed during a -20C night and got through it just fine. Melissa checked on us multiple times with plenty of firewood to make sure we stay cozy!

We had such a cozy and relaxing girls' weekend at this beautiful cottage! Even with a winter storm rolling through, we stayed in, made the most of the space, and especially loved soaking in the hot tub. It was the perfect way to unwind. The cottage had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway, and the atmosphere was just what we were hoping for. What really made our stay special were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, so accommodating, and quick to respond; truly amazing and thoughtful hosts. We felt so welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. We’re already talking about coming back in the warmer months to enjoy even more of what this spot has to offer. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot for a quiet family getaway with our geriatric mastiff. They had everything we needed for wet March weather with a 145lb dog. We look forward to going back in the summer as it looks perfect for lakeside fun as well!
