My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

I was in town solo for just one night. I had a very small hiccup using the code when I arrived, but Iggy responded immediately and got me squared away. The space was appointed with everything I needed and spotless. Although I did not have time to use it, the outdoor common area looked like a great place to relax and unwind. I’ll definitely check availability the next time I’m in town.

Good place to stay to go to Honeymoon island. Free laundry on 3rd floor. Friendly cleaning staff on site. Please know Daily room cleaning is upon request. great communication from Host Jeremy !

Super nice condo. Well-furnished, high end touches. Great views!! Many luxurious amenities and walking distance to so many restaurants me bars, shops, museums, pier and parks!

Dave's guesthouse is a great place to stay in Tampa area. It is in a peaceful neighborhood close to the famous Clearwater beach. Dave provided us everything needed including beach gears to use! The rooms were crisp clean and beautifully decorated. We are very impressed during our two-night stay. Thanks so much for the arrangement and hospitality!

This home was perfect for the 2 of us, very comfy and felt like home! Quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities. Hoping it will be available if we ever get back down to Florida!!

We enjoyed our stay - comfortable apartment, walkable neighborhood with a wide variety of restaurants and shops, friendly host. We would return and highly recommend a stay here. Convenient location to both downtown and nearby beaches.

Audrey’s Airbnb was one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in- & I’ve stayed in many! The house was the most well equipped I’ve ever stayed in, with things like laundry detergent, fabric softener, all the kitchenware & utensils you could need, bath products, some drinks, etc! The place itself was so clean and so cozy, loved hanging on the comfy couch and watching tv and hanging out in the backyard and going in the pool:) The bathroom was super cute as well. The neighborhood was super cute, and was in a great location! Only about 15 mins from DT and around 20 mins to most beaches! Audrey was an awesome host! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

This place was awesome! It reminded me of “old school” Airbnb before the quality of accomodations seemed to have gone down over the last few years. The property and house were exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and stylish, and the pool was fabulous. We visited in early April and the pool temperature was perfect. Lots of sun in the back outside, too. Communication and accommodation on the part of the hosts was top notch—they even offered to get us a pack and play for our infant, which worked out great. The neighborhood is quiet and suburban—good for a peaceful getaway. I wish there were restaurants within walking distance (there are not), but there are many options within a few minutes drive. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to be back someday!

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

My Airbnb stay was fantastic! The place was just as described: clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area, with its island-like atmosphere, is breathtaking - it's easy to forget you're in the Tampa area. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Alison is a great host! Fabulous communication and excellent place. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and swimming in the pool most. The bed and couch bed were comfortable. We also liked the modern lock - much better than a key! Thank you Alison!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Summer's place was perfect for families. I have three children (8, 6, 3) and they were thrilled with the location. It was the perfect size for us. The closest was stocked with kids toys, games, kids beach gear, even a small folding stroller. The location was perfect and accessible. It is a quieter neighborhood but everyone was polite. The highlight of the trip was seeing a whole pod of manatees off the neighborhood boat dock. Summer was so responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect for us. Highly recommend!
