The place was totally awesome for our large group. Ovidio was very helpful and prompt at responding about questions about the house and Susan (manager) was absolutely awesome. The private pool was great for time away from the beach right across the road and the place was better than we imagined. We will definitely rebook!

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

The photos are not updated, so to our surprise, the unit has been beautifully updated and we were so excited when we walked in! Rob was a great host, made check in so easy, and gave great recommendations to restaurants in the area. The food and atmosphere at Junkaroos was awesome! We went two nights in a row and they have a great happy hour! We were there over spring break, so we were told on the property to go early or the wait will be long. Great advise…we went at 4:30 one night and 5:30 the 2nd and didn’t wait longer than 20 minutes! The beach is across the street, entrance 1 block away and Rob had chairs and some beach toys which was great for our little one. The pool is huge and heated and the hot tub was a great bonus! We will definitely be back! So relaxing and fun! We highly recommend this place. Great location.

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Very clean. Very comfortable. Loved the Welcome greeting and box of chocolates. Loved having coffee out in the sunroom in the mornings. Enjoyed it enough that will like to go back next year.

This is the second year I have stayed at Connie’s. Everything is always top notch. Always feels like home. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. no better place to stay. Until next year.

The place was exactly as described! Loved the location, especially with it being just a 2 minute walk to a convenience store to take care of the basics and a cheap uber to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy! Don’t hesitate booking this place, you’ll love it!

Enjoyed the location & beach. Overall condo was nice, short walk to the water & a nice pool, although very busy. However my stay was soured by bugs & even more disappointed in their response to me asking for help with the bugs in the room. Prior to teh stay & during check in responses were prompt. When I notified them of a potential bug issue they were in no hurry to respond or help. After 3-4 days of messages, I indicated I’d send pictures & they called to say the handyman was literally on his way (we were not there so he left a can of bug killer at the door). We ended up with multiple large itchy bites from the trip. Had beach chairs, cooler, sunbrella were very nice touches! Wifi was extremely slow. Had washer/dryer, make sure to dry clothes on lowest heat-my clothes shrunk, dryer was so hot burned my hands taking clothes out. Additionally we booked a 2 week stay, be prepared you get the same ‘starter’ kit no matter how long the stay so you will need to buy TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap etc

Differently a great place to stay. If I go back for a quick weekend for sure will get it again.

Sylvie’s place was a great place to stay close to the beaches! The place was spotless, roomy, and absolutely wonderful! I would love to stay here again sometime!

If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

Staying here was perfect for my needs. Immaculately clean, very easy access, and responsive hosts. Extending my stay a day was simple. 20 mins to Sanibel Island beaches and activities. Lots of parks and natural spaces everywhere. Very close to grocery stores and other necessities. Overall a great experience!

We loved this place. It felt like home right away and the owners were very attentive, even though we stayed a short time. We had concerns about handicap access which were responded to quickly. We brought our kids here to see it, so they know they now have a short term place to stay on their yearly winter stay in Florida. Very clean, with everything we needed. They even provided condiments and butter....butter, that was unexpected. How nice. We have already recommended this place to several friends from Iowa, so they have a known place to stay when they visit.

Everything you need is there. Nice kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome space! Very quiet,despite being near the road to Siesta Key. The patio is a great bonus. Looking forward to returning next season! Brad

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Wow! What an amazing week at this property. The hosts assisted with any questions we had. The property was perfectly located for access to the beach and local restaurants. It was a perfect size for a large family and the pool was beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect home in SK!

Suzette and John’s place was a great place to stay for our vacation. It is next to the Legacy Trail, which we used almost every day to walk, run or ride bikes. The condo complex is quiet with a nice pool. John was very responsive to any questions we had and met with us upon arrival and showed us around. This is a great unit and we would definitely stay here again.

Te was an amazing host. I had a couple questions before we even checked in, and she answered us very promptly. I loved the Zen Boho very chill spot looking out at the little garden oasis was very peaceful. We took advantage of the hot tub, which was nice very tranquil setting. We would definitely return..
