We loved our stay at Michele’s condo at Sunset Cove! We are a family of 5 with kids ages 6, 8, and 10. They loved the pool just as much as the beach and loved that both were right there. Walkable to great restaurants. Comfy beds. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time in the Caymans and CP3 was one of the highlights. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We could easily find everything we needed. David was very responsive leading up to the trip and gave some great local recommendations! Highly recommend this place for any trip to the Caymans!

This is a great location. The pool and pool bar are fun and reasonably priced. There is some snorkeling right off the beach. We walked to several restaurants, camana bay, the cruise ship port, and the south half of 7 mile beach. The buses are inexpensive and easy to use right from the condo. The condo itself was very clean, had nice views, and a great balcony that we used frequently. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend the place. At the Lazy Lizard Bar we met soooo many locals. It was very entertaining. We will definitely come back. Thanks so much Livia 🥰😘

We absolutely loved our stay at Campbell’s place!! It was quiet and very nice, exactly like the photos. There was a kiddy pool for our 2 year old daughter and the beach was very private and not crowded. Campbell was very responsive when we had a problem and had a quick fix for us! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place for family. The kids were able to roam freely in a safe and family friendly environment. Restaurant was a few steps away. Dock space for the boat feet away! Excelente location for disconnecting from traffic and the crowds. Felt at peace and well relaxed.

The location was great. Right between George Town and Seven Mile Beach. While the apartment wasn’t anything special, the location definitely made up for it. Great price point. Walkable, which we loved. Pretty private beach spot. Other guests staying in the apartments were friendly and helpful with information about the island. Millicent was amazing. Always available, friendly, and accommodating. I appreciated Cline’s quick message response and willingness to call us a cab the morning of us leaving for the airport.

I've stayed in Island Pines prior, so there were no surprises for us there. The complex is lovely in that it's a quiet haven when the beach is busy with the cruise ship visitors early in the day. The pool is clean and warm and generally very quiet. The beach is exceptional. The location can't be beat...right next to Royal Palms and Coral Beach Club and you can easily walk to most any restaurant and the grocery store. The added crosswalk in front of the complex was a huge bonus this year. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-appointed. There are some beach toys, towels and snorkel gear. You can use Royal Palm's chairs for free if you let them know you're staying at Island Pines. I prefer to move a bit down the beach when it's busy, so I do wish there were beach chairs and cooler provided in the unit (you can rent and have them delivered, so it worked out). Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

This is one of the best AirBb’s we have stayed in. Anthony went above and beyond to make sure our vacation and our stay in his house was perfect. The pool area, outdoor kitchen and outdoor patio were so nice to use and relax at after a day out exploring the Island. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. Anthony met us at the house to show us around and he and his wife left a delicious homemade meal consisting of chicken, a large salad and a slow cooker of rice for us. Anthony was very responsive and very helpful and a Super Host. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and a 3-5 minute walk to a grocery store, liquor store and restaurants. We rented a car and were able to easily drive around exploring and saw many of the Island’s hot spots, and stopped to swim and snorkel at a variety beaches. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Grand Cayman.

Location, Location, Location! Blue Bay Hospitality was exactly as advertised in a convenient location for the peaceful trip I was wanting. It is just a short walk to both the beach and the grocery store, and walkable to my favorite snorkeling, Cemetery Beach. Tricia was very responsive to all my questions. I wanted a quiet chill vacation, and the apartment had all I needed for a convenient and comfortable stay. I can’t wait to return!

My stay at Blue Bay Hospitality was great! I would recommend this place! Also Tricia was super friendly and made sure I had everything that I needed for my stay in Grand Cayman.

We had a great stay. The condo is in a great location, central to most places. The host was very helpful and responsive whenever I sent any questions over. The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. Excellent value. Thank you Carrie, I hope to return one day soon!!

Nigel's property was an outstanding experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable & inviting. The beach & water behind the home were the perfect setting to relax at . While these items DID NOT hinder our experience at all, they would be helpful for future guests. 1. when using the lock /unlock feature on the front door, apply a slight amount of pressure to the door above the lock. 2. When using the back screen door, the lock sticks just slightly so you must pull the door slightly harder than you would anticipate. The interior of the home was pristine. The A/C was perfect, the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the Lanai was everything 1 could hope for on a tropical vacation. There is even 2nd floor access from the bedrooms that allow for straight out of bed access Nigel was communicative, helpful and friendly from start to finish Final recommendation for this property, GET A RENTAL CAR. Rum Point is a distance away from most points of the island. 5***** stay Thank you Nigel!

Great house. Great location. Other reviewers are correct - you cannot just walk into the water from this beach and swim due to the rocks. We could snorkel by entering the water at the end of the dock. However, Rum Point beach down the road is an awesome swim-able beach and we went there almost every day. Chairs and umbrellas are free there. Kaibo had a really pretty restaurant that we went to twice. We drove all the way to 7 mile beach one day and actually preferred Rum Point. We also stopped at Spotts Beach and Smith Cove and still preferred Rum Point. The house was clean, plenty of beds and space for 11 of us (4 adults, 5 teens, and two kids age 5 and 2). The arcade games are a nice touch. The house feels very private due to the tall shrubbery. Neighboring houses are pretty close but it didn't bother us since we couldn't even see their yard. Had a great time and would definitely come back

Our first time in Grand Cayman. Great location, peaceful and private. Great value for cost paid. 4 minutes away by car from Seven mile beach and about 3 minutes away from Foster's, the nearest grocery store. Jacob's unit has everything you need for a beach vacation from breach towels and chairs, to a comfortable home. We'll definitely be back.

Communications were great, plenty of parking with easy access to some restaurants and shopping at Camana Bay and other areas. Beach was nice and not crowded, unfortunately it is still recovering a little from the storms, but it was still accessible and relaxing. The house was very clean and had plenty of needed items for the stay. I would definitely recommend.

This was our first trip to the Cayman Islands and we were thrilled with the experience. Gary's home was perfect for our family. The neighborhood felt safe and the little market just 2 minutes was perfect for our grocery needs. This is definitely a restful location. Rum Point is close by and a great area to visit but if you want 'activity' and 'nightlife', it's quite a drive over to 7-mile beach area. Snorkeling off the 'front lawn' for kids and/or adults that don't swim well is perfect and we LOVED it! This is definitely a 'do over'. Thank you Gary~!

This place had great location! Loved being walking distance to cemetery beach. We even walked to a great Italian restaurant. We rented a car and could get to other places very quickly and easily. The house was spacious, large bedrooms, clean. Quiet and friendly small townhome complex. Very kid friendly. It was so nice to have beach gear too - chairs, towels, snorkels, paddleboard. Denis was very responsive when we had questions.

The place actually was bigger and nicer than the photos. Amy was very responsive to any questions. The location was not bad. Large construction site right next door yet was not noisy or disruptive. Disappointed that the beach right outside the place was not really useable due to the rocks. The nicer beaches were a couple of miles away and easy to access via public busses. Public busses are great, only $2-3. Come frequently, flag them down anywhere and will let you off anywhere. In walking distance was Peppers Restaurant which was good and had live music. Kirk’s supermarket was also in walking distance.

Well situated if you have a car. Close to Georgetown and 7 mile beach, but also along the road to the East and North Sise. Lots of amenities for the kids (pickleball-tennis, lots of pools, play room, etc). The apartment was super clean. The appartment was well set-up (we were a family of four and did not feel too cramped). The gated community feels super safe and the people we met (permanent residents) were all very friendly!
