Great place to stay in Bodden Town. Great small beach and pool. Had everything you need in the kitchen from a blender to potato peeler. We were able to go left or right out of the condo and just a bit down the road to a beach access to great walkable beach. Close to a 24hr Gym and a school with a track. About 30 minutes to 7 Mile beach.

Condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Complex was extremely quiet and peaceful. The beach is pretty rocky and not easily swimmable. This did not bother us as we had a rental car and explored all around, but just be aware. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Really nice and well equipped studio. Everything was new, as I think this is a new place / new listing! Judith was great and very friendly. The minus is that you must have a car, if you want to go anywhere on the island. The only "swimmable" beach is really Seven Mile Beach, which is a 25 min drive away, or maybe Rum Point, which is a 30 minute ride away. So expect to always drive to get to places. However, house was super quiet, we were the only guests at the time, and everything was very clean / well equipped!

Trying to get in the condo was tricky at first. However, it was our own fault. We were so busy before we left, we did not read the email. When we arrived, we had no Internet. It was quite concerning until we were able to get to a restaurant where we could read the email and figure out how to get in the condo. Emma-Jane was very patient with us. We loved everything about the condo and the location! Would love to return someday!

Livia’s beach property was exactly what my family and I were looking for! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Everything was so clean and efficient. Our families favorite part of the Villa was the pool and easy access to the beautiful beach! We noticed people snorkeling everyday! We can’t wait to come back!

Great space for two families visiting this wonderful island! Walking distance to the beach and thoroughly enjoyed the new year at Peter’s getaway! It was a nice touch to have the kids beach accessories and games available. Would definitely stay here again!

Je suis vraiment satisfaite de mon expérience aux îles Cayman. J’ai adore le logement je l’aurais acheter pour y vivre , l’environnement est calme, c’est très propre, il y a tout ce qu’on a besoin, tout est pensé et réfléchie pour notre confort. Les chambres sont belles et la terrasse est parfaite. Les instructions sont très claire et Patricia est patiente et tellement charmante. Je recommanderai ce condo à tous mes amis qui désirent expérimenter les îles Cayman et je recommande cet endroit pour les gens qui recherchent un voyage calme et reposant. La plage est en effet sauvage mais on s’habitue très vite à la nature et il y a de beaux bassins bleu turquoise et chaud ! Les journée à la plage privée était très reposante. Mon conjoint et mon fils on fait du kayak tous les jours et mes 3 enfants ont fait du snorkeling, tout était disponible et en bon état wow!! Les serviettes de plage sont parfaites grandes et moelleuses ! Les nombreuses piscines et les maisons colorées offrent un paysage

Wow, what a place to stay! Thank you for opening up your piece of paradise. It was extremely clean - with all the sand around, that's impressive! Quiet, beautiful beach, comfortable bed, beautiful view. The couch was comfy too, but we were on the patio looking at the view most of the time. The beach is close and private. It's a very quiet area, which is what we wanted. This place will not disappoint. A fully stocked kitchen was nice too. By the way, I love that floor! It's perfect for the place. I know that we will stay there again whenever we go back. Now for the con - it made us sad to leave!

This is a beautiful, very spacious home in very quiet/private area. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We had such an incredible time bbq’ing, enjoying meals together on the patio, sunbathing on the beach loungers, and taking in the amazing snorkeling right in front of the house near the shipwreck! We saw stingrays, a huge puffer fish, and the largest rainbow parrotfish I’ve ever seen. We were surprised how many beach amenities were included- kayak, multiple paddleboards, portable lounge chairs, beach towels, and hard side cooler. The house was clean, well organized and the beds were so very comfortable. The hosts are very kind, accommodating and gave us great local recommendations for dining. Highly recommend the sunset house for dinner one evening- great service, food and amazing sunset views. Thank you Nick and Kate for an incredible stay, we hope to return again someday!

This place is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Owner was super responsive. Snorkeling was top notch. Recommend Crystal Caves, Starfish Point, and Kaibo restaurant by Rum Point 5-15 minutes away. There aren’t many Airbnb’s we would go back to but this is one of them!

We loved our stay at Brooke’s; the first Christmas out of our recently sold home of 31 years. Our adult children loved it as much as we did. Highly recommend our host and her stunning home.

Abraham’s place is a gem. I feel so fortunate to have found this beautiful home. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, yet private and quiet on a side street. The home was spotless and the space was perfect for our family of 7. We traveled with our 3 young adult kids and two of their partners. We loved the open kitchen, living room, pool area for us to all be together, and then we equally loved the fact that we could all go to our separate bedrooms for down time. We watched the fireworks from the rooftop and enjoyed swimming in the lovely, clean pool in between our activities of exploring the island. We want to continue to build memories in this lovely home and will definitely return !

We had a party of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids and this was perfect. The home is a little older so there are some quirks but the location is perfect for an east side trip. The walks down both ends of the beach are beautiful and we used the Morritts resort for restaurants and diving. If you are looking for perfect clean manicured beaches and a lot more people then stick to 7 mile. We loved our stay and we will be back to the island again! Also we used DandE rental for the car and it worked out great, just STAY LEFT!

The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and markets. The unit is exactly as described. The pool area and grounds are well kept, and the beach area is much less crowded than other sections of Seven Mile Beach. I would highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing vacation

Don's condo is wonderfully located with amenities a walk or short drive away. The condo itself is perfect for families, clean and is in a great location within the complex. The screened in balcony is excellent. Due to the erosion and currents, the beach isn't in great condition but a short 6min walk up to Coral Beach provides easy alternatives. Being next door to the Marriott provides very convenient access to tropical drinks, a coffee shop and a great restaurant. Overall a great place we'd love to return to.

The place actually was bigger and nicer than the photos. Amy was very responsive to any questions. The location was not bad. Large construction site right next door yet was not noisy or disruptive. Disappointed that the beach right outside the place was not really useable due to the rocks. The nicer beaches were a couple of miles away and easy to access via public busses. Public busses are great, only $2-3. Come frequently, flag them down anywhere and will let you off anywhere. In walking distance was Peppers Restaurant which was good and had live music. Kirk’s supermarket was also in walking distance.

We loved this condo and the location of it. It was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Thank you!

From check in to check out, our stay was excellent. It was a bonus to have the screened in living space to enjoy meals and morning coffee while watching the cruise ships arrive and depart, the snorkelers enjoy the Gamma wreck and the sunsets. The pool area was pristine and I appreciated how cold the water was after a busy day in the sun. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed speaking to the gentleman who was working on them one morning as we left for our day. The gazebo area was great too. Lots of places to sit, relax, read, nap and just gaze about. There is a major resort being built beside the condo. There is lots of construction noises from about 7 am to 6 pm, so bear that in mind. I did, however, enjoy several pool-side afternoons despite the noise. The noise did not bother me, but may for others. The condo is so well built that you do not, however, hear any noises when you are inside the unit. Having said the above, I would book Rob’s unit again in the future.

Wonderful stay! This condo offers gorgeous views of the ocean and comfortable furnishings. Lana’s place is clean, well appointed, and stocked with anything you might need. She is very responsive to questions. We were happy staying here. Thanks, Lana!

Lovely unit and so much space for our family of 4, we felt right at home. There is a stunning public beach across the street and short walk down seven mile are chairs and nice restaurant options. Well stocked for cooking and had basics in bathrooms. It was very loud at night on Friday and Saturday with locals hanging at the public park until early morning and cars drive very fast on the road you have to cross to the beach so be careful. A bit of a blind driveway so recommend Turing left only and looping back if needed.

We had a great time in the Cayman Islands staying at Sunset Cove! The pool and beach were perfect for our young grandchildren and the condo provided beach toys, which were a plus. Coffee and breakfast on the deck every morning looking out on to the pool and ocean was amazing. It was easy to walk to a number of very good restaurants, a liquor store and food market. Bill was so easy to work with and the condo had everything that we needed. We definitely recommend this condo and would come back in a heartbeat!
