A welcoming place with the little extra amenities that make it feel friendly. The books and games were perfect for our 7 and 8 year olds. We loved walking to the beach every day and being so close to Golden Gate Park, where we visited lakes, casting pools, bison, Blue Boat playground which is nearby and the big Children’s playground closer to the east end of the park. Having the driveway to park the car was handy. We didn’t bother going downtown. The best parts of San Francisco are the neighborhoods.

This is our third time staying at Bird Watch and it is always such a peaceful place to recharge. Close to all the restaurants and the tasting room!

My husband and I had a great start to our Cali vacation at Sigwards home. He had great recommendations of things to do nearby, many of which we did and he was always very responsive. The house was small, private, peaceful, and romantic. The views were incredible and it was so nice to soak in the hot tub and then enjoy a fire in the fireplace. My husband had fun driving the super curvy roads to get to the house. We definitely did not want to leave.

My husband, our daughter and her partner enjoyed a fabulous weekend at Barbara’s place. The views and sounds of the ocean were amazing! We strolled across the street for a long walk along Portuguese Beach, enjoyed cooking meals together, reading, hiking, soaking in the hot tub, the fabulous steam shower! The beds were quite comfortable and the layout of the living space was perfect with expansive views from the living room, kitchen and main bedroom. The 2 additional bedrooms and separate baths made it super comfortable for 4 adults and could easily imagine as well for 6. Not an issue but for awareness - when it rains the storm gutters are noisy, but otherwise it’s a super peaceful and serene experience. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its location and will definitely return!

I have nothing negative to say about our week at Vivien’s in Point Richmond except that we would have appreciated more sunny days. We were caught in the Atmospheric River with strong enough rain, wind and fog to keep us inside wondering if there really was a panoramic view of three bridges and distant SanFrancisco. Fortunately, we had a few clear, sunny days when we enjoyed sunning on the deck & walking on the pebbly beach. The place is aesthetically pleasing with several tansu and Asian flavor accents. There are two regular Q beds & two couches which make less comfortable beds. The bed that looks out to the Bay is in a semi separate part of the living room with no closet or place for suitcase or clothes. There are two separate conventional bedrooms with closets but no views. The extra WC made sharing the one big bathroom easy. We appreciated the beautiful garden we walked through to reach our front door and though it was cold, the banana & bamboo made it feel tropical.

We loved our stay! Peaceful and beautiful. There were a few issues with the electricity during our stay but we were made aware well in advance and everything was done to accommodate us during our stay despite the electrical issues. Curtis was responsive and communicative! The house is beautiful, well-stocked, and right on the water. We will be back!!

Really great place to explore San Francisco and Marin Country. Great weekend activity: Walk to Sports Basement, rent bikes to cycle across the Golden Gate Bridge, have lunch in Sausalito and take the ferry back to the Ferry Building in SF.

The property was very nice, had a great vibe and the views were stunning. Very peaceful and quiet. One bedroom door stuck a couple of times and we had to leave the door open to avoid getting stuck. There was an ant problem in the kitchen the next day as we left food on the counters. Beautiful location! Very relaxing stay!

We have always been drawn to the seaside, especially Sea Ranch, for the natural and exquisite beauty. Kevin's place lent an unexpected and delightful dimension in that the furnishings and appointments ran parallel to the beauty outside. Whether we were inside or outside we always gazed on something that stirred a smile, including a bobcat, which was definitely outside! Kevin's binoculars were readily available for us to see the wonder of that animal. We thank him and Svetlana for our stay. Brad and Corine

Mark’s home is an absolute dream, from the use of the space, to the well stocked chef’s kitchen, to the vibrant solarium, to the open common area, and last but not least, the beautiful collection of books along the wall. The primary bedroom has an amazing view of the ocean, the loft was so cozy, the separate guesthouse with the additional guest rooms was thoughtfully designed and had all the amenities needed. The patio was a perfect place to lounge after a long day or to take in the views with your morning cup of coffee. We loved the breezeway that opened into the solarium, the crisp air flowing through the home was so refreshing. The home felt like something out of Architectural Digest! I cannot recommend this place enough! My friends and I loved our stay so much that we’re already thinking about coming back next year!

Words can't describe what an amazing home this is. We loved it so much it was so hard to leave! Easily one of the best AirBnB experiences we've had over many years. Beautifully designed with thoughtful amenities. We enjoyed looking up at the stars from the hot tub and relaxing in front of the fireplace followed by peaceful sleep in the comfy Casper bed. Everything was perfect and Stephanie was fantastic will communication. HIGHLY recommended!

Pauline was an excellent host who communicated proactively and thoroughly about staying with her and taking advantage of the surroundings. Her house is amazing with beautiful decor and a breathtaking view of the sunset over the ocean. Everything is perfect for a relaxing stay in Sea Ranch.

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

Beautiful home in an idyllic surrounding. Amazing view of the ocean. Sizable hot tub and we appreciated the glassed in patio. Family of four with a small dog. My youngest daughter loved taking over the loft. The house was well-stocked with anything we needed. Walked along the bluffs to the beach. Quick trip to Gualala where you have to eat breakfast at Trinks, and get books at the Four Eyed Frog bookstore. Perfect, peaceful getaway.

Most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Gorgeous quiet cozy retreat in Sea Ranch. Loved the natural light and felt like we were staying in a treehouse. Beautiful views of the ocean and nature throughout the home. Absolutely loved it!

Beautiful place and location. Looks just like the pictures. The views are spectacular from the home, overlooking beach. Home very nicely appointed and decorated, lots of kitchen utensils and pots/pans. Bathrooms nicely done. Home very clean and cozy. Very easy to find. Beach is just a short walk from the home, and Bodega Bay restaurants a short 5-15 min drive from home. Highly recommend for a nice relaxing escape.

This is my second time staying here! And the only time I've ever gone back to an Airbnb in my many stays — so that should speak volumes. The setting is unreal, truly one of the most beautiful places in the world. A stunning and perfect view accompanied by the soothing sound of the tides. The home is well appointed and comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. Kathleen is a great host and easy to communicate with. There are many amazing hikes nearby, I recommend Owl Creek. It's also worth making it up to Point Reyes. Chimney Rock Trail, Elephant Seal Overlook, Lighthouse, and the Cypress Tree Tunnel. Then eat at the Saltwater Oyster Depot. I just gave you the perfect day. Stay at this home and experience the magic of Marin!

The house is in the most beautiful and dramatic setting. We didn’t want to leave! The kitchen was a bit tight for group cooking but it’s super well outfitted with plenty of plates & glasses and every gadget & serving piece you could want. We had a great time here & I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful views, wonderful host, great proximity to a local resturaunt that is owned by the host. Great wildlife watching. Perfect getaway for any occasion and great spot to view the stars because minimal light pollution. Hot tub was also great. Kitchen was lovely. Panoramic views. Also there is a lovely neighborhood cat that is incredibly friendly and will visit you outside the house :)

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cook ware. We enjoyed being such a short walk to the beach but we equally enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Its a beautiful place and people were very friendly. The host gave very clear, easy to follow instructions. Instructions were so good that there was no need to contact her during our stay!

Charlie is a great host and very responsive. You have a great view of Dillon’s Beach and the ocean. The family loved staying there, just be aware that you have some stairs to go up to get to the house. For most people, that should not be a problem. My 3 year old grandson loved to go up and down them and hike to the beach(definitely with in walking distance). Beautiful location and we saw plenty of wild life in the area. Thank you for great experience.
