We certainly enjoyed Daryl’s hospitality and beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised with bakery items and flowers upon arrival. The apartment is close proximity to restaurants, stores, transportation and easy access to Golden Gate Park, museums, and Japanese Tea Garden. Great walking trail along the ocean and safe neighborhood streets. We definitely will return to this delightful home in San Francisco!

This is a very well located property within walking distance of the beach, multiple coffee shops, and spectacular parks. We were able to go on multiple hikes on the Lands End Trail and rent an e-bike to cruise through Golden Gate Park. There aren’t a ton of restaurants immediately around the property but you don’t have to walk more than 20 mins to get to some good options. The property itself was comfortable. Loved being able to sleep with the windows open in the middle of the summer and the patio out back was nice in the evenings. My only “complaints” (if you can call them that) are that the showers are a little cramped (probably not unusual in urban SF), and the place is noisier than I’m used to at night being on a corner lot (nothing that ear plugs and white noise didn’t drown out). All in all, great value and location.

We had a wonderful stay in Bodega Bay and this property met all our needs. The views and sunsets while sitting in front of the fire pit were amazing! The house was well appointed with comfortable beds and lounging areas. The pool room area was a great second space for recreation along with the outdoor spa. The location was in a great location and the staff was very quick to respond to our inquiries!

Amazing location able to see the beach from the deck so can keep an eye on your kids playing. Fully stocked with comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. No beach chairs so make sure to bring those. The dishwasher is really old but worked. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. would definitely stay here again.

I can highly recommend this property without hesitation! Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! It was very clean, bright, and pleasant to spend our free time. It felt very safe, as the neighborhood is small and quiet, and the doors have solid locks (including a rod in the track of the bedroom's sliding glass door, which was very reassuring). The fireplace, which you can turn on with the flip of a switch, came in very handy on chilly mornings and evenings. There are just a couple of things for potential guests to be aware of...Other reviewers say it's a 5-minute walk to the beach, but it's actually closer to 10 or 15, which might make a difference to some renters. It's downhill there but (obviously) uphill back. Not bad, just something to be aware of. Also, the house has high, east-facing windows, so it was hard to sleep late. Dawn broke around 5am when we were there last week (June). Just bring eye masks if you hope to sleep in some mornings.

Great house on the river. All of the provided amenities add to the experience and value. Wasn’t able to enjoy the kayaks, but that was thanks to Mother Nature and not the host. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area

We’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs in Dillon Beach, but this is closest we’ve ever been to the water. You can’t beat the view from this house, and the waves lulled us to sleep every night. Would definitely come back.

We have always been drawn to the seaside, especially Sea Ranch, for the natural and exquisite beauty. Kevin's place lent an unexpected and delightful dimension in that the furnishings and appointments ran parallel to the beauty outside. Whether we were inside or outside we always gazed on something that stirred a smile, including a bobcat, which was definitely outside! Kevin's binoculars were readily available for us to see the wonder of that animal. We thank him and Svetlana for our stay. Brad and Corine

This is my second time at Henrick’s place and I can’t stress enough how great my experience has been in both times. Not only the apartment itself is great but the peaceful location and the beautiful surrounding adds much more value for anyone who is looking for gate away from the city. It is also very walkable to nearby attractions in Emeryville like the public market and Bay st for great food and shopping spots. And lastly throughout my whole stay Henrick was very communicative and professional making sure my stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it and would consider coming back again!!

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

Beautiful, well-appointed home at iconic development in spectacular Coastal Sonoma. Very comfortable. Enjoyed walking the bluffs, whale watching and star gazing. Great access to tennis and pool in community rec center. No shopping nearby so remember to stock up on supplies before arriving.

This home in Sea Ranch was amazing! Not as updated as others, but everything worked just fine and the location was unbeatable. A nice 10 minute walk to the Lodge with trails leaving right out of the back door.

Breathtaking views, a huge wall of windows looking out to the sea, amazing deck, and walkable to Muir Beach. Yeshi was responsive and extremely helpful both before and during the trip. Visitors should note that the walk has steep inclines and stairs (as does Yeshi’s driveway). The unit sits directly above other residents. For the cost we expected more privacy, but for us it was an amazing way to join a larger party at Muir Beach, which was priceless.

Wonderful time at this home. Host was responsive and helpful. Gorgeous view and meticulously kept, my husband and I commented that this was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Don’t tell anyone about this hidden gem 😊

Perfect location. House has everything you would need for a great getaway. Very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back when it’s not raining all weekend to take advantage of the outdoor space and amenities. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Gorgeous setting! Excellent place for us, our friends and our doggie. The place is very well appointed and maintained. We love to cook ! Toni had every kind of cooking utensils and pots and pans we could have imagined. Beautiful dishes! Toni was always available for questions and needs of our party we will definitely come back ! The hot tub was lovely and relaxing while watching the sunset!

I have nothing negative to say about our week at Vivien’s in Point Richmond except that we would have appreciated more sunny days. We were caught in the Atmospheric River with strong enough rain, wind and fog to keep us inside wondering if there really was a panoramic view of three bridges and distant SanFrancisco. Fortunately, we had a few clear, sunny days when we enjoyed sunning on the deck & walking on the pebbly beach. The place is aesthetically pleasing with several tansu and Asian flavor accents. There are two regular Q beds & two couches which make less comfortable beds. The bed that looks out to the Bay is in a semi separate part of the living room with no closet or place for suitcase or clothes. There are two separate conventional bedrooms with closets but no views. The extra WC made sharing the one big bathroom easy. We appreciated the beautiful garden we walked through to reach our front door and though it was cold, the banana & bamboo made it feel tropical.

Bodegastay, as we affectionately started calling it too, is absolutely perfect. It feels like a once-in-a-lifetime getaway space every time we go. The bed is super cozy, decorations on point, beach private and peaceful, with a binder provided full of instructions and recommendations if you need them. We walked in to a chilled bottle of rosé on the counter and the thunder of ocean waves all around us. We spent time in the hot tub, sitting outside watching the sunset, and investigating the tide pools. The green sea anemones were a fun sighting. If you need anything, Pierre is responsive and kind. I cannot recommend this location enough, and I tell everyone I know about it.

My friends and I were looking for a relaxing getaway and this cabin above and beyond delivered. Hot tub worked perfectly. Heating the home, while a chore, was fun! So much character. Toni/patti were super helpful and responsive. They cover…everything in their house tips/rules sheets lol you’ll see what I mean! Would come back in a heart beat
