The Wine Lodge was overall an amazing place to stay. Perfect for two people looking for a nice, peaceful getaway. The wood-fire sauna was the star of the show! We definitely took advantage of it and used it as a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The back patio felt very private and was surrounded by beautiful nature. We also added a wine tasting to our experience, and were so glad we did! The wine exceeded expectations and the tasting experience felt very personal. Quinn was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend this stay!

This is a charming place, beautifully kept with lovely furnishings. We really enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as we cooked every day. The yard and gardens are beautifully kept, peaceful and serene. Oranges growing right outside the house! We were in town for a wedding, and Santa Rosa is right in the middle of so many enjoyable things to do. We hiked on the CCT out past Bodega Bay, enjoyed restaurants in Healdsburg, visited the redwoods and shopped at the Barlow in Sebastopol. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely home. We had a fabulous time!

This was a perfect spot for a personal retreat. I loved everything from the decor to the comfy bed to the private hot tub and well tended garden. I would love to come back again.

We really liked this place. The free breakfast was homemade carrot bread, fruit, hot beverages, etc. The place was clean and within walking distance of restaurants. Quiet at night. Bring an eye mask because there is a sky light over the bed. Would recommend.

We loved our stay at this riverfront cottage. Beautifully remodeled space in a peaceful setting. We enjoyed morning and evenings in the hot tub, biked the neighborhood and walked to a nearby boutique hotel for riverside beverages. Short drive to the ocean or redwood forest and local restaurants. We LOVED our stay. Thank you for sharing your home Beer Family. We hope to be back to take advantage of river activities during the warmer months!!

Wonderful country side retreat. We’d love to come again

A perfect getaway for our family and dogs, beautiful view, lovely and cozy home to spend the days away in. Impressively clean, and clever use of of the space. We felt right at home and are excited to come back again.

The accommodations at Linda’s home were amazing! My partner and I truly loved the comfort and convenience of her home. We were able to book last minute and received a quick response from Linda for checking in. The space was super clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

My spouse, parents, and I were looking for a quiet, last minute local getaway for NYE. I saw Diana’s listing and it looked perfect for a mini weekend. I highly recommend the space; it’s as advertised, easy to find, and very cute as well as clean. It felt like home away from home, which is something I always take into account. Plenty of space for 6 people. There’s also a nice, private back space you can hang out in. I would definitely stay again or recommend to friends and family that would like to experience Alameda. There’s no cleaning up needed when you check out so that’s a bonus too! Thank you again to Diana, what a wonderful and responsive host :))!

Colin was a great host and the place is really nice. having a wine or coffee on the deck with the stream is wonderful.

Overall we had a good stay at Susan’s rental. She was very nice and communicative. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Large refrigerator. Regular drip coffee pot. Very close to downtown Mill Valley so you can walk into town easily. There seemed to be a few other renters on this property, and our rental was the very back unit. The walkway down the length of the front house was a bit tight, with 2 gates. It was farther than we expected to load/unload bags. Just a heads up - Parking was a bit tricky because this property is on the main avenue (Blithedale).

We had a lovely stay at Momma K’s beautiful home. It is comfortable, peaceful, and quiet. Momma K created a beautiful setting that is perfect for enjoying the river and nature. We can’t wait to go back for another stay!

This is such a sweet cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the view from the kitchen looking right at the river among trees, foliage and bamboo. Such a pretty yard and it's winter! We enjoyed a quiet lunch under the flowering jasmine, relaxed in the adirondack chairs facing the river and soaked in the pristine clean hot tub while gazing at the stars. Adam is very quick to respond to your questions! You can really tell that he cares greatly about his place and about YOU having a good experience. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, the beds and linens are comfy (firm mattress fyi) and there are small notes here and there so you find your way around easily. Love the Siri speaker for music. We would love to come back in the summer and take the kayaks for a spin! This property is a win for sure!

This was a beautiful, peaceful cottage. Absolutely gorgeous views and quiet country sounds. It’s about a 15 minute drive on an old country road but absolutely worth it if you want a place to just relax. I will say the big front window in the cottage didn’t have curtains, but it’s so isolated and not sunrise facing that it ended up not bothering us like we thought it would though. It was just such a pretty cottage.

Jodie's place in Bodega Bay was the perfect spot for an overnight on our road trip. It was easy to access, had parking, was in a beautiful location, and included all the amenities we needed. Jodie provided lot of information ahead of time, but when we had a question she was quick to reply over text!

A beautiful studio in Bolinas with easy walking access to beaches and the town. So peaceful hearing waves from the deck. Truly relaxing and lovely.

Booked Pat's place for our Babymoon since Bodega Bay is a special place for both of us. We were immediately so happy with our booking because Pat's place was SO CLEAN! We loved all of the amenities that she had (hair ties, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil...we felt right at home). We also loved that all of the dishes were clean and tidy. In the morning we saw otters swimming in the rain and it made for such a magical moment! We loved watching the sunset and being able to walk to the beach. Thank you again Pat for making our stay so wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay so much! This place was everything that we expected and thoroughly enjoyed the location. The house were incredibly responsive and were even willing to mail my charger that I left. :)

A real gem with spectacular ocean view and serene backyard garden. A much needed peaceful getaway. Can’t wait to return.

My mom and I stayed here for a few days as I was in town for work and we both needed a reset! The cottage is absolutely perfect for 2, it is very intimate and peaceful. The cottage is stocked with so many fun things and an amazing book selection. Please do the hike out the back gate as much as you can, it is so healing ❤️‍🩹 so many amazing plants on the property to enjoy and just an overall amazing trip. It definitely gives writers retreat vibes so if you have a project you’re working on or looking to be productive while in the midst of natures beauty, look no further.

A little piece of paradise

Very nice place in a grove of Redwoods. Easy to navigate and the cottage is wonderful for a couple of people.

Joshua’s place is amazing! It’s comfortable and clean, but the views, the stars! Wow! It’s so peaceful and there is lots of room to explore. The home is decorated so cute and was very cozy. We really enjoyed the wildlife that roamed the property. This really is a special place and we look forward to returning.
