This is one of the best villas I’ve stayed at. The location was like paradise with the private beach just for the villa complex being spotless and had crystal clear water. Our host was very accommodating and him and his wife- Denise were just wonderful people to be around. The atmosphere was out of this world and the edition was right next door allowing for some music! There is also many many rooms (4) so it’s perfect for a family just like we did.

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

Il soggiorno da Hikmet é stato al di sopra delle aspettative. Il bellissimo appartamento immerso nella pace della natura ci ha regalato 5 notti di relax. La proprietaria é molto disponibile per qualunque esigenza degli ospiti: all’arrivo ci ha fatto trovare verdure fresche del suo orto e il frigo pieno di delizie locali. Il calore di Hikmet e dei vicini di casa ci ha fatto sentire come a casa vivendo un’esperienza a contatto con la vera essenza della Turchia. Consigliato a tutti!

Hatice Hanım sayesinde inanılmaz güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. İlk kez Airbnb i kullanıyorum böyle temiz bir ev ve böyle bir ev sahibiyle karşılaştığım için kendimizi çok şanslı hissediyoruz. Eve ilk girdiğimizde dalından kopartılmış mandalinalarla karşılaşınca çok mutlu oldum evimde hissettim,bu ince düşünce için ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum.Her soru soruşumda hızlıca cevap verdi ve yardımcı oldu. Bodruma bir başka baktım sayesinde . Herşey için teşekkür ediyoruz.

Alev thank you so much for the lovely stay. Coming from Dubai to Bodrum area during the “off-season” for respite from our heat was beyond incredible. My 2.5y old toddler loved the little backyard, as well as the beautiful flowers and nearby little park, and my 4 mth old baby and I thoroughly enjoyed your outdoor balcony swing where we read and napped every afternoon. My husband and I loved your big kitchen for cooking all our meals. Your place was exactly what we were looking for, thanks for your hospitality!!

We loved this house. House was clean and all AC machines were working. There were so many towels alao for beach. There was always hot water. Host Mehmet was very kindly and friendly. If we will have a chance to come Bodrum again, we will select this house again for sure. We highly recommend this house.

Biz gayet memnun kaldık. Araç gereçler, konumu bulma, iletişim konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadık. Geç saatte rezervasyon yaptırmamıza rağmen sabah onaylayıp, evi temizleyip teslim ettiler. Konaklama sonrası arayıp, ‘bir sorun yaşadınız mı?’ diye sormaları güzel bir davranıştı. Her şey için teşekkürler 🙏🏼

Öncelikle harika bir 4 gün geçirdiğimizi belirtmek isterim. Rezervasyon konusunda tarihlerimiz tutmayınca Aleksandra bize kendi geleceği günü verdi. Kendisinden iletişim konusunda her zaman hızlı cevaplar aldım. Ve bizimle orada ilgilenmesi için teyzesi de çok ilgilendi. Ev 2 katlı ve bir de terası mevcut. Evde 3 adet klima var. Ev biz alırken cok temizdi. Mutfak, banyo ve barbekü için her türlü araç gereç vardı. Süpermarketlere ve Marina'ya 2 dakika yürümede, evin hemen arkasında otobüs ve minibüs durağı var. Site sakinleri de aşırı sempatik insanlardı. Son gün valizlerimiz kalmasını rica ettiğimizde de anlayış gösteren Aleksandra ve teyzesine çok teşekkür ederim. Kız arkadaşımla harika bir tatil yaptık, her şey çok güzeldi. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle, hoşçakalın :)

Thank you Yilmaz for being a lovely host; super responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved Yilmaz’s place! Stunning house with stunning views! Bespoke furnishings and very well maintained! The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

Our stay in this house left only pleasant impressions! 🏡✨ The house is very cozy and the panoramic view is just magical - every morning started with stunning scenery that lifted our spirits. 🌅 There were some minor comments on the quality of cleaning upon check-in, but the host responded instantly and organized a re-cleaning, so the issue was quickly resolved. Overall, the host was incredibly responsive: promptly helped with any issues, ordered extra blankets and comforter covers, cleaned the pool and even fixed the air conditioning. Was always on call and responded almost instantly. 📞 All in all, the vacation was comfortable and we were pleased with both the house itself and the attentiveness of the host. Долго выбирали виллу с бассейном, вариантов было много, остановились именно на этом и не пожалели. Отдыхали с 22.07-11.08 очень понравилось, уезжать не хотелось, думали продлить до конца месяца, но не получилось, нашу маленькую собачку не с кем было оставить, она ждала нас дома. Описание полностью соответствует, когда мы приехали,нас встретил человек, который присматривает за домом. Он всё показал и рассказал.На вилле было чисто, на территории растут прекрасные растения, великолепный бассейн. Если будет желание готовить, на кухне имеется вся необходимая посуда. Очень красивый и незабываемый вид с террасы! Общение с собственником всегда было положительным, на наши просьбы быстро реагировал и всё решал. До пляжа идти мин 7, но нас это не смутило, так мы любим пешие прогулки. Пляж ухоженный, вода в море прозрачная, с красивым изумрудным цветом. Мы были приятно удивлены, какие приветливые отдыхающие турецкие семьи на этом пляже, всегда поздороваются, спросят как дела.Находиться было одно удовольствие! На территории очень хорошее кафе, всё что заказывали было вкусно, если чего-то нет в меню, то можно попросить, всё приготовят индивидуально. На виллу также можно заказывать , всё доставляют быстро. Мы провели прекрасные три недели!

The house was exactly as described. Koksal could not have been a better host so accomodating and helpful nothing was a problem. Made suggestions and advised on what to do, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I have used Airbnb throughout the world and Koksal and his house is one of the best experiences we have had both in the accommodation and hosting.

The villa is in the perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and the infamous Yalikavak Marina. Selçuk and team were extremely accommodating - our son got sick and we needed to extend our stay and he was helpful in ensuring we were able to stay at his place and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would recommend this villa for a family vacation or a friends holiday. We hope to be back next season.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour avec mon groupe d’amis, la villa correspond totalement aux photos proposées. Agréablement surpris par la piscine, par contre attention au voisinage qui est un peu sensible au bruit. L’hôte est toujours à votre service et surtout très réactif pour toutes demandes. Je vous recommande très fortement cette villa et cet hôte.

Gio’s villa/townhouse is located just outside Bodrum center (marina) in a community with small 2-unit villas and this one is on the top floor (two levels) with bedrooms downstairs and kitchen, extra bathroom, living area and balcony upstairs. It is a clean place and well-maintained. Note that it comfortably sleeps 5 people (2 double and one single bed), but for 7 guests, the sofas upstairs would have to be used (not sleeper-sofas). For a group of young people, this may not be an issue, but for more settled travelers, this could be.. Also note that the view outside is limited - you will not have sea view from Gio’s villa, but look at the villas in front and next to it, although that is fairly reflected in the price. Beach access is on a small strip between 2 hotels (Azka and Salmakis) or through 2 beach clubs nearby, left and right of the hotels. Gio is easy to communicate, reliable and went an extra mile to address concerns.

Sağlıklı, mutlu ve huzurlu bir tatil gecirdik. Evin konumu, hijyeni, ihtiyaç duyulabilecek mutfak gerecleri, ve pek cok sey evimizde mevcuttu. Fazla söze gerçekten gerek yok sadece bavulunuzu alip gelebileceginiz harika bir ev. Barkın bey son derece ilgiliydi, kahve makinasi olmasina rağmen frencpres istegimizi bile karsiladi kendisine inceligi icin ayrica tesekkur ediyoruz. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle sevgiler

Prachtige woning met zeeuitzicht vanuit de gehele woning, net of je de hele dag naar een schilderij kijkt. De zee hoor je de hele dag door, vanuit je slaapkamer wordt je in slaap gewiegd. De locatie vd woning biedt veel Privacy en zorgt voor veel rust. De woning is goed voorzien van al het nodige apparatuur om je verblijf comfortabel te maken. Cemil en Nilgun zijn lieve zorgzame behulpzame huurders. Staan via verschillende kanalen ( fysiek, telefonisch) klaar om je verblijf op allerlei vlakken zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Wij hebben ons zo thuis gevoeld, it was a homecoming. Erg jammer dat we er niet langer konden blijven. Privepier is voorzien van een kleine cafetaria gerund door een vriendelijke familie, de zee komt in verschillende kleuren Azure blauw, het is er schoon en verzorgd. Baai is omringd door Prachtige tuinen en wooncomplexen. Je kijkt je ogen uit op het strand. Foto's schieten te kort omde beleving weer te geven. Dank je wel Cemil & Nilgun, jullie zijn superhosts.
