Renta de villas vacacionales en Bogliasco

We (5 adults, 1 dog) stayed at Marcela and Niels' beautiful countryhouse over New Year's and it was absolutely as described: very peaceful with beautiful surroundings and views over the Piedmontese valley. We arrived to a welcome basket of local delicacies and a brochure with recommendations of things to do, see and where to eat. The house was tastefully decorated, paying attention to small details (candles, scented hand soap, high-quality linens, blankets to sit outside), a cosy living area and fireplace to sit around in the evenings, large fridge/freezer and even super fast wifi. There was even a game/bar room. It was a little too cold to play ping pong though, but that would be for the next visit! Also, because of the spacious garden our dog could roam and run around freely without us having to worry and keep him on leash. Niels was always super responsive if we had questions. We can warmly recommend staying with Marcella and Niels and I am sure that we will be back! Thank you!

Unser Urlaub war super schön. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Der Grundstück ist sehr groß und somit super für eine größere Gruppe. Die Kommunikation mit Luciano war super und unkompliziert. 🌞

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist&gerne mitten im Geschehen nicht das richtige aber wenn man wie wir Ruhe und Entspannung sucht dann definitiv die beste Wahl in der Umgebung. Wir konnten uns nicht sattsehen an der Aussicht von dem wunderbar großen Balkon, zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit wirkt das Tal anders. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die vielen süßen Katzen die ständig zum Kuscheln vorbeikommen (vielleicht ein Problem wenn man keine Katzen mag). Mit dem Auto liegt die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen zwischen den Orten und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Rapallo, Camogli Portofino etc. Einkaufen muss man allerdings vorher, da in der Nähe kein Supermarkt und nur ein einziges Restaurant ist (das aber sehr lecker!). Die Wohnung selbst ist groß und unglaublich gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich wie Zuhause fühlt. Alles sehr urig italienisch. Orsini war ein toller Gastgeber der nebenan wohnt und immer schnell geantwortet hat. Wir würden wieder kommen!

This was a lovely home for a family vacation. We enjoyed being right by the water and watching the boats early in the morning. We used the kitchen to cook a few meals, and used the washing machine to do our laundry. We wish we could have stayed longer. Portovenere is lovely, has lots to discover and taste, and we did take the boat to visit several Cinque Terre towns. We travelled with a toddler so this location was perfect for us. I did pay extra attention every time our toddler would go up and down the steep creaky stairs in the house.

We stayed in Marta’s place for 3 nights - and I wish it was longer. The house oversees the city of Camogli and has a direct view of the sea and hills. The interiors - I am speechless. You can feel the soul and care in every corner, you feel right at home. It was perfectly equipped, we had everything we needed. Marta as a host - very responsive, extremely friendly and always there - a definition of a perfect experience.

La maison est impeccable et la vue sur la mer hallucinante. Nous avons passé un séjour au-delà de nos attentes. Remo est un hôte extraordinaire. Je recommande vivement cette villa.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza in tranquillità casa molto bella e pulita. Mia figlia su sedia a rotelle ha avuto la possibilità di muoversi tranquillamente all'interno della casa in quanto la signora Danielle ha fatto in modo che tutto questo potesse avvenire. La signora Elena che ci ha accolti è una persona dolcissima e molto disponibile a risolvere le nostre richieste.

This was a highlight of our Italy trip. The view was absolutely beautiful…and beyond our expectations. Marta was so lovely…and easy to deal with. The washing machine was broken unfortunately, but Marta had all of our laundry done for us offsite, which worked out well. I would stay here again if we come back…and our daughter just loved exploring the garden.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

Grazie Salvatore, siamo stati benissimo a Villa Perla! Comoda e spaziosa per noi 10 con tante camere e pulizia impeccabile in tutti i locali. La camminata per il centro di Varazze ci spaventava un po' e invece si è rivelata piacevole e più veloce del previsto. Salvatore è stato costantemente disponibile, reattivo e veramente gentilissimo.

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Paolo and Silvia were wonderful hosts and very helpful explaining the area. The location is more picturesque than any photo can show. The house is charming and historic with a warm lived in feel to it. As others have said there is a small grocery store about a minutes walk away. They sell food and wine, and have a tasting area and bar for coffee in addition to an outdoor seating area for an apertivo and charcuterie plate. The town of Zoagli is close by but it is a significant downhill walk to get there and more significant uphill walk home if one chooses not to have a car. It is a small town but very nice with restaurants and a gelataria that is excellent. There is a train station in town but also a bus stop near the villa that takes you into Chiavari where you can get a train to the Cinque Terre. Going east there are other resort towns close by that are nice. Overall our group loved staying here and would stay again if back in that area.

Grande villa en hauteur avec deux terrasses avec belle vue dominant Lavagna et la mer. Très agréable, propre, décorée avec goût. Barbecues et tables de jardins appréciés. Parking dans un terrain en contrebas. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rentrer la voiture sur la place intérieure pourtant disponible. Quelques saladiers/plats manquent à la vaisselle.

What a wonderful place with a spectacular view. Plenty of room but steep stairs to each level and a bit of a goat track to get to the property. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. Nicolo's was very helpful with ideas and recommendations and the instructions for the property were very well communicated. If you do not have any physical restrictions, then this is the perfect place to escape, especially if you have a big group.

Casa perfetta per gruppo di amici o famiglia numerosa. É ben fornita da lavastoviglie a forno a legna e BBQ. Il pezzo forte é la piscina e il terrazzo.

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Byliśmy z żoną, 2 dzieci i psem. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy dużo informacji odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji, restauracji, jak zwiedzać Cinque Terre i Portofino. Davide sprawił że od początku pobytu czujesz się rewelacyjnie. Czujesz że ktoś dba o to żebyś czuł się tutaj dobrze. Dom jak na zdjęciach w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, dwoma łazienkami i klimatyzacją w pokojach na górze. Czysto i domowo. Po tygodniu wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Basen z cudownym widokiem. Pomidory i bazylia z ogrodu do dyspozycji gości, super. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje i odpoczynek. Polecam wszystkim a gospodarzowi bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt. Już chcemy tam wrócić.

Unsere Aufenthalt in Isabellas Haus war wirklich sehr schön. Der Blick ist atemberaubend. Um zum Haus zu gelangen ist ein schmales Auto wichtig.

We stayed at Andreas for 3 weeks. This was a beautiful location. The House itself was clean and well furnished. The gardens were lovely and well equipped with lovely gazebo to relax or eat in, a pool with great poolside furniture and bar b q and table under the shade of a vine. We bought our little dog with us and the garden is completely enclosed so we didn't have to worry about him escaping or getting lost. Beds were really comfy. The kitchen was really well equipped, the large balcony was a great place to eat breakfast. The village in a 5minute walk away and we went to the bakery every morning to collect breakfast. The bakery is also a locate shop a massive bonus. There is also a bar in the village which was another bonus. The Pizza restaurant in the village was brilliant you could have a 5 course meal or a pizza using all local produce. All in all this was a great place and we will definitely come back. Wir haben mit unserer Familie (2 Kindern, 5 und 8 Jahre) und unseren Schwiegereltern eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Gastgeberin sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, vollständig ausgestattet, charmant dekoriert und mit vielen kleinen und großen Dingen so gestaltet, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Die wichtigsten Nummern für Taxi sind ebenso vorbereitet, wie Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Nutzung der Küche,… Wir haben sehr viel selbst gekocht, was in der komplett ausgestatteten Küche viel Spaß gemacht hat. Der Garten ist bezaubernd. Top gepflegt, viele Sitzecken und Liegemöglichkeiten, ein sauberer Pool, Spielzeug für die Kinder (und Erwachsenen),… Der Ausblick ist wahnsinnig schön und lädt zum gemütlichen Glas Wein am Abend genauso ein, wie zur entspannten Tasse Kaffee am Morgen und einem ausgedehnten Frühstück. Solo fuimos por dos dias, pero fue ideal como lugar para establecernos y salir a pasear por la zona. Si bien no toco buen clima, es muy comodo y tiene una vista excepcional. Cuando llegamos habia un canasta con alimentos y agua que nos ayudaron mucho ya que llegamos tarde.

This place is wonderful. We had 5 adults and a toddler in our group and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The views are incredible, the outdoor space is great, and the villa is very comfortable. Paolo went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. He is a gem. The villa is a 10-15 minute walk to town. If you have children, there is a nice playground in town that our little one really enjoyed. I definitely recommend staying here!

Monika’s villa is beautiful and the views are stunning. Nestled high above the town, you can see down the mountain to the sea. The place is quite large with plenty of space. Her sense of design throughout with lovely furniture and artwork is very nice. The kitchen is fully stocked. She left us fresh bread, fresh jam, veggies and fruit, butter, drinks, etc which was very welcome after a long travel day. The pool is incredible, even better than the photos. Monika and Nicoletta were very responsive to our questions. Monika helped arrange a pesto making class and chef made dinner at her place one night. We had a truly memorable stay!
