We had an amazing stay at Alfs Guesthouse. The host was super helpful in organizing our transportation and tour of the island. They also arranged rental scooters to be delivered to the apartment. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The host was absolutely amazing—extremely responsive and proactive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. I made a last-minute booking for my birthday, and the host went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The property’s amenities were well-maintained and safe to use, providing a comfortable and worry-free experience. I highly recommend this wonderful host and their place!

This place is close to the ferry that goes to Cebu. Great to visit Cebu and go back to a quieter place. the guards were friendly. I stayed here for Sinulog. Great location. The host was accomindating and highly responsive by messaging.

I’ve been booking Jason’s airbnb since last year. I even stayed here for a month or 2 before finding ny rental unit. I love the furnishing and it feels like a hotel all the time! I even wanted to rent it actually! I highly recommend Jason’s units. I recommend hin to all my guest all the time.

We had our high school barkada Christmas reunion in the house, and our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house had all the amenities we could possibly need, with plenty of rooms to accomodate everyone. It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and had a truly cosy atmosphere. The caretaker went above and beyond to assist us. I would recommend this place to my friends and colleagues for any furture gatherings.

It was very easy to communicate. We arrived to Cebu late after midnight and still managed to easily get in the house, since the host prepared the key and handed it to a guard that guards all area with houses. House was already prepared and all AC’s were running by our arrival which is amazing act of service, since it’s hot outside. House had necessities like cups, kettle, blankets and pillows, and free parking in front of house. The village itself is very safe since is guarded and surrounded by wall. Thank you for amazing stay.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans se logement. l'hôte ma très bien accueilli dès le premier jour. Le logement est situé dans un endroit paisible et très sécurisé. il a un petit magasin à seulement 50m du logement pour les petit achats de base. la piscine est très bien adaptée pour les enfants et adultes. Un jour j'ai eu un soucis et l'hôte a très vite réagi pour régler le problème. on m'a même mis un barbecue et un vélo à disposition qui est très pratique pour faire des balades où pour aller au marché qui est à même pas 5min du logement. très bon rapport qualité prix. Je ne regrette pas d'avoir choisi se logement et si je retourne dans cette région je loue au même endroit sans hésitation.

It was a truly relaxing stay. The place is very nice. All things that you will need during your stay were provided without even asking for it. The host are very accommodating, they allowed us to check in early since we arrived earlier that the listed time. They even assisted us in securing transport for our country side tour. Will surely recommend to our family and friends who will visit Panglao island. Thanks Nenita and her sister Susan for hosting and assisting us.

Great location, nice amenities, host Maria Ave was very engaging and attentive, she gave us pointers about the location as we were first timers in Cebu. Will surely come back and book with her again.

The unit was worth the money I paid for. The owners' father was so accommodating to my family and I. Proactive in communicating with us. If you want a home away from home then I recommend this place. P.S. if you're planning to bring your car then let them know ahead of time so the owner can communicate to his father to get you a parking slot reservation.

Located right across SM City Cebu, and near PUV and bus terminals. The place is so cozy, clean and feels like home. Host is responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Pleasant stay and very close to the airport!

The complex is beautiful, well kept, great pool, helpful and friendly staff and security personnel. I can't say enough good things about our time there. Close to great indoor and outdoor dining for every budget. Taxi service at the gate, and bus service walking distance. Grounds and buildings very clean. Thanks everyone at San Remo for a great vacation.

The place was amazing, clean, peaceful. The only problem I encountered was the parking area. They were very seldom in the parking (visitors can only park for 4 hours and don't have enough space so limited but you can rent a parking space for 300 pesos a day). Guard was so strict in comes of visitors and made sure your name should be listed or otherwise, you would not be able to come in. Plus, Before you use the swimming pool, make sure you have your invitation code or otherwise you will not be able to use or swim the pool.
