We loved our stay! Ben gave clear instructions on how to find/access the property, was very responsive, and helpful. The house was spotless, comfortable, had everything you need, and the hot tub was a great perk in the cold winter. An added bonus: there is a waterfall to spot on your drive up to the house.

Absolutely loved staying here! The cabin felt secluded and private while being convenient to hiking, restaurants, and other amenities. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. I will absolutely stay here again :)

Great cabin and host. A little tricky finding the driveway by the gps but she gave instructions. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the near future

My husband has family in eastern NC and we have always enjoyed it, but we had never visited western NC. Wow! The Glass House is what comes to mind when spending time in the mountains of North Carolina. It is situated on top of a mountain that is quiet with a view of the Blue Ridge in the distance. Even in February there were warm days to sit outside with the view that calmed your senses. On cooler or colder days sitting in the hot tub with that same view put a smile on my face. The house was comfortable and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. It really was home away from home. We were so comfortable and Linda made us feel welcome and if we needed anything Linda was accessible for any questions. We stayed here a month and want to come back. Even our two dogs loved it here. Close to shopping and the plethora of hiking trails. The view, the quiet, the little bit of heaven of a house on top of mountain looking over the valley, priceless.

Fantastic cottage very close to St Paul’s Vineyard and Appalachian Ridge Cidery. The home is cozy and comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen had all the appliances we could need. The house was spotless. Location is off the beaten path but not far from anything you need for a peaceful and mellow visit to the area. The host was very responsive and helpful and accommodating. We hope to return again.

THE VIEW, the view, did I mention the view? We stayed for a month to be near a new grand baby, explore Greenville and enjoy a change of scenery. Another son & wife, with toddler & baby, joined us for a week. It is their home so has many personal items but plenty of room was provided for our things. It was spacious & comfortable for a long stay, w private quiet bedrooms, good beds & water pressure. It is an older home w beautiful wooden creaky floors. It has an unusual floor plan w the main bathroom down 3 stairs to the hall and the second bedroom connects on the other side. The second full bathroom is off an office near the 3 bedroom. A large private hot tub (up 3 stairs near the master, then up 3 stone stairs.) was the perfect modern addition. We immensely enjoyed the gorgeous large fireplace! These features all add to the charm of this unique home. Even in the dead of winter we enjoyed watching the lake wildlife, kayakers, fishermen and even a bald eagle! Thank you!

Such a beautiful quiet place! Had everything we needed and close enough to still make daily trips to town/ hiking trails. Definitely recommend!

Great location and walkable to Greenville downtown restaurants and activities. Amanda was extremely responsive and proactive to check on us at arrival to make sure everything was ok. The guidebook had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The rooms were way larger than the pictures made it appear. Nice to have the two separate living areas especially with kids. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again if back in Greenville.

We needed to get away from the city life where all of the normal life and work anxieties were bottling up. Finding this location was exactly what I sure needed! I found an amazing and beautiful spot to just sit and do…. NOTHING. The view of the mountains was amazing and serene. Very quiet. No traffic sounds at all except for the occasional resident on the road going home. With it being cold, we were able to utilize the fireplace which was very relaxing. Allison made sure that there was a good amount of amenities available such as towels, soaps, shampoos, coffee makers, etc. Any questions we had prior to our arrival, she was quick to respond. A very kind and great host! I am definitely giving this 5 out of 5 stars and am looking forward to coming back!

The place was just like the pictures. Clean, comfortable, great spot if you are attending a Furman sporting event!

The cottage was perfect and peaceful. Easy walk to several restaurants. Wonderful back yard and very cozy.

First of all, Patricia went out of her way to help arrange flowers, balloons, etc to be all set up upon arrival to surprise my wife and daughter for Valentine’s Day. Just amazing! The house itself was perfect and in a fantastic location. The yard was perfect as well. We really enjoyed the historic nature of the home, so very cozy in every space. The house is so close to the restaurants and shops in Saluda (2 min drive) and also a very short walk to a wonderful trail in the adjacent nature preserve. The covered porch overlooking the activity filled back yard was perfection. We will definitely be booking here again - for the house and the host!

This was an end of the summer getaway for my wife and I. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and activities of the are. We kayaked, did several hikes, found secluded areas that we could swim and picnic. Visited chimney rock. Had some nice meals at local places and took advantage of making ourselves some meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The cabin is very cute, spacious enough for a family of 4 or more, well decorated with the owner's own artwork of local scenery. We actually had fun and played a lot of ping pong. Nice table. We hope we can swing another trip to view the fall colors

We had a wonderful time celebrating my fiancés birthday in Saluda as well as staying at Karen and Katie’s place. It’s an absolute adorable house that was perfect for the two of us and our service dog. Location was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for! Would definitely go back!

We stayed almost a whole month and truly felt at home. Loved every single thing about this little cottage on an orchard. Pat is a superstar host in my book. Always responsive and helpful in any way. We loved the location it's the perfect mix of feeling isolated but really only 5 minutes to the grocery store. Everything you need for an extended stay is right here. We'll be back!

Jody & Shaun were very friendly and treated us like family. I traveled with my father-in-law and my uncle so in the moment of get our stuffs into the cabin we detect that the sofa bed missing a set of sheets and pillow, I was going to ask if they could give me an extra set of sheets, so in the moment I left to ask, Shaun came walking with them!! I was impressed!! We had an excellent weekend at the cabin!!!

Aramis is an incredible host. Usually we have reservations about booking an Airbnb, in the same place that the host lives in, but it was no different than booking a place without the host occupying the space. He gave us our privacy. We never saw him unless we wanted to, he always had the hot tub ready for us and the pool was always clean. He was always available if we needed him and it could not have been more perfect. I could go on and on about how great it was to stay there, how great of a host he is and how we got more than what we paid for. I recommend this airbnb to anyone who wants a beautiful, peaceful, private place to stay. We will return!!!!!!!!! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!!!

This is our second stay at Aramis's home. It was just as lovely the second time around. We were in town for a horse show at TIEC. The rental is comfortable and feels like a home away from home. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. Aramis is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and goes the extra mile providing snacks and breakfast foods. We will definitely stay again!

This was our second stay with Jody and Shaun. They are the nicest hosts and we loved our cabin with its private porch looking at the woods. Perfect for a couples romantic getaway. They were almost finished with the construction of their pool but the fire pit area was completed. They are doing everything first rate so it will be fantastic when it’s done. We hope to be back again dome day. .

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. We loved the pool and the grankids loved it too. The cottage was clean , comfy, and cozy. The cottage was very peaceful and private, located on a dead end road. We highly recommend a stay . Will book again.

Jody was very responsive prior to checkin and host lives onsite. Nice, quiet property with pretty view of sunrise. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Nice pool and hot tub. I would recommend to friends.
