Fantastic place to stay in Boise! Everything is within 10 minutes' drive, the place is lovely and comfortable, and we really enjoyed being able to use the community pool, just a short walk away. Jacquie and Leah were super responsive and friendly, great recommendations for local places to eat. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. Perfect for our family of 4!

Great place to stay for the weekend. Enjoyed the location, lots of activities and food very close by. Everything was as described. The single ac unit was not terrible as we visited in the middle of September but I could see how that would cause the space to get very hot in the summer. Overall, would recommend this place to stay for the price offered.

This was a wonderful accommodation nestled in the best part of Boise. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The apartment was fantastic and appointed very beautifully.

Really superb apartment - cute and quiet neighborhood, easy 10 minute walk to downtown. The apartment is extremely clean with new appliances (including laundry!). Eric was a great communicator and made everything easy. Honestly, one of my best Airbnb experiences ever.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Nick & Dawn's Green Door. We cooked at home a lot and used the grill, oven and stove with the provided utensils and pots & pans easily. When we needed to extended our stay another 5 days they honored the same rate as the first 6 days. Very much appreciated, and as luck would have we didn't have to move to another rental. When we did need to talk to or contact N & D their response time was quite fast and always helpful. Overall we had a great stay. Thanks, T n T

I had a great stay! The place was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. I especially loved the fenced yard—it was perfect for my dog, and I was able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. The location was convenient, within 15 minutes of everywhere I needed to go. I also enjoyed long walks along the amazing path by the river. The beds were comfortable, and the living space was relaxing. Lori was a great host!

We loved staying at the Sunset Gem. The house was exactly as described and the pictures were spot on!! The location was perfect for our Christmas visit. Loved walking the neighborhood and walking to the Camel’s Back/Hyde Park area. Guy & Pam gave great restaurant recommendations in their ‘house book’ and clear house instructions. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and spices and bathrooms had basic toiletries. We felt right at home at the Sunset Gem and highly recommend this property! You won’t be disappointed!!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was comfortable and easy to access. It had everything we needed. Host was available if needed, although we did not need have any concerns. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there in the future if we are back in the area.

JoAnna and her place were great. She was very accommodating when an emergency came up and we needed a later checkout. The place is really clean and perfect for a little weekend get away. The shared spaces (hot tub/fire pit) with the other guests were easier to do than expected. Hot tub was huge and clean.

Two flights of stairs, but still a great location as the Co-op is across the street. Pictures of the unit are accurate. When we first pulled up, I was afraid we would find it disappointing, but once inside, all was well. Very cozy and perfect for two. Bonus was the proximity to family we were visiting. The unit is clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked though we never cooked. Will get some light noise from the neighbors occasionally, but nothing crazy. We left the tv on low and that worked as white noise. We were rarely there as spent a good bit of our time exploring Boise, but when we were there, it was perfect.

Stayed here while visiting my daughter at Boise State. Super convenient location - about 10 minutes from campus. Was great to have such a cozy home to relax in and we had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. All instructions were super easy and I will definitely be staying here again.

Third time and still so charming. We love staying here and hope to again and again!
