This house was perfect for our spring break trip. It was beautiful and clean, in a great location and close to the beach. Aaron was a great host, very communicative and reminded us about important things. The wagon and beach chairs were very handy, and the private back yard pool was awesome! We walked to many places to eat and even to the grocery store one day. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Cape Coral, you have found your vacation rental here. The pictures do not do it justice for how clean the house is and how much space you have. Anita gives clear instructions on checking in and out to make it very easy. Have you ever gone to a house and overpacked because you just don’t know what they have at the house like I do? The kitchen amenities here that are not listed are AMAZING. A few include spatulas, knives, scissors, towels, trivets and potholders. Plastic & glass cups & dishes and even a few disposable for that last morning u don’t want to clean. Plenty of Tupperware, pots and big bowls. Coffee pots include both Keurig and drip brew. We loved the outside area with pool, hot tub, large umbrella, clean grill and plenty of beach/pool toys and towels. Garage area had fishing poles, golf clubs, foosball table, & extra coolers. I would say to read the rules so you are aware of everything and book it now if available.

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

We loved staying at Elle’s house!!! The pool and the park was ideal for my kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The area was so peaceful but yet only a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous stay and wished we would have stayed longer. Ele was very friendly and helpful. There was a plumbing issue in the bathroom and she came promptly to deal with it. The double beds were a little soft to our taste but other than that we had a great experience. Thank you Ele!

Jose was a wonderful host, responded quickly and the house was beautiful, and clean. And the pool was warm, private and also clean. Just note that the “crib” is a pack and play not an actual crib. We were provided a bassinet on the second morning although our baby was too big for the bassinet.

Great place! Kevin was very responsive and helpful anytime we needed anything. The house was beautiful and perfectly located. There were a ton of great restaurants close by and it was very easy to get around. We will definitely be coming back!

Overall, a really great experience staying at this place. The house was a good size for our family of six, the pool area was a nice. But In my opinion, the pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures. Great seating options outside. I do wish the area had more to do. We had to drive 45 minutes to go to beaches, restaurants and any family activities. I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice home with quiet surroundings.

We had a fantastic week stay on kids Spring Break! Beautiful property, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious well equipped kitchen. Amazing pool and hot tub, canal and yard. Mini golf, pool table, foosball table - added tons of fun to our stay. Thank you!

One of my favorite Airbnb rentals to date. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed/wanted. On top of the space being great, Ken and Becky were amazing hosts. I usually stay in different places each time, but I'll be staying here anytime I'm in or near Fort Myers it's that good. 100% recommend booking with them !!

Dennis’s proactive communication left me with no questions preparing for our stay. He provided helpful and clear information. The place was wonderful, very clean, great location. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the area.

loved Lisa place! The location was perfect for all our activities, all within 35 minutes! The Villa was very clean and full of useful housewares so it was like being at home. Our dog loved the park 3 miles away and Fort Myers Beach allowed pets on leach. We will definitely use Lisa again, very nice lady!

Karley’s place exceeded our expectations. Very peaceful neighborhood. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. The condo had everything that we needed. The lanai was my favorite spot! We even got to fish just a few steps from the door. Very comfortable and super clean condo. We rented e-bikes just a 5 minute walk away. They were great for passing backed up traffic going towards Times Square at the beach. We also rode them all the way back on the shoreline. It was awesome! We would definitely not hesitate to stay there again. Any questions that we had were answered super quick. Great host and co-host! Thanks again Karley and Kelly for letting us stay at your place!

Chris was such a great host! Very responsive and went above and beyond in sending information for things that we were interested in doing and even helped to secure a parking spot for the rented golf cart. The place is as described and is so close to the beach, and there were plenty of beach chairs and even a beach umbrella. The beds were super comfortable, and we felt right at home. We also spent some time at the pool, and it was very nice with available chaise lounges and some tables. The pool was never too crowded, and we were always able to get a spot.

This is a great apartment with large bedrooms and comfy beds, a very very well equipped kitchen and a garage full of surprises including a gas grill and beach stuff. Stacey was great from the beginning and was very helpful and immediate with any question. We’ll decently stay again when in the area. Thanks Stacey!

We loved our time at in Fort Myers Beach and this space made it even more enjoyable. Ed was so helpful with everything we needed, highly recommend this spot!
