Island Sunshine was the perfect place for myself and my daughter to get away during her week off from school. The unit was spotless and beautiful. The private patio for our little oasis was the best for reading, napping or having a coffee. We enjoyed the pool each day and liked to sit there after a day on the beach. Angie provided coolers, towels, chairs and wagons which we used daily. There was a great game room but the weather was so nice that we stayed outside morning to late evening on the patio, beach and pool. Island Sunshine is the perfect distance from the beach. We went into town once on the free Lee Tram that was right at the corner. We ended up not using our rental car except once to make a grocery run at the nearby Publix. This unit was perfect for making all our meals. There were grills that were provided for the unit, too. My daughter and I didn’t want to leave as Angie really has provided a piece of paradise at Island Sunshine! We will be back to enjoy again!

Beautiful clean place short walk to the beach

This home is splendid on every level! The Hosts were super responsive, very nice people, and the house is even better than in the photos! Both inside and out. From the furniture to the kitchen to the absolutely beautiful, and Very Large balconies…this special home is surrounded on 3 sides by Water!! So you get a Sunrise and Sunset view each day!! Pretty Magical! Nature is everywhere…so many different bird calls, and the Osprey Family Nest with Mama, Papa and Baby Osprey is in full view from inside of the house and on both the Upper Balcony off the Main Bedroom as well as the Lower Balcony off the kitchen and screened Patio. It provided hours of peaceful entertainment! All of this surrounded by manicured lawns, with golf course views. It’s the best of both worlds! I very much look forward to staying again!

Sady earned her title as a SUPER HOST. She was efficient, extremely responsive to any concerns or questions, very accommodating and a lovely person. The home was immaculate, well appointed and equipped !! We chose a single dwelling home with a fenced yard over an apartment, condo or hotel simply because we prefer privacy and security for us & our pet. Our only issue was the initial shock upon arrival to learn that during our stay others would be occupying the attached garage converted to a suite. This should be disclosed in advance with the description so potential guests could make an informed decision.

Felt right at home and Federico was quick to respond. House was cozy beds were comfy and I would definitely stay again.

Awesome house with beautiful yard to enjoy the local wildlife.

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The house had everything you will need to enjoy your time there. The pool and hot tub were very inviting and were enjoyed daily. The view just can't be beat. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Plenty of things to do within a few minutes of the house. Kenneth was an excellent host, easy to reach if we needed anything but we felt completely at home from arrival until departure. Our family can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Elizabeth was so helpful when I needed anything. I had trouble getting into the house, but she quickly offered an alternative solution. The house was exactly as pictured/described and even better in person. I hope that I can reserve this place again in the future. 10/10 recommend.
