Perfect for my travel needs. The place was in between Bolinao Falls and Tondol Beach which was very convenient for a motorcycle vlogger. The apartment felt like it was new. Very well kept. Convenience store below the unit was also a plus! Also, Sir Rommel and his wife were very accomodating. If you need a place in Anda, I can't recommend this enough.

First time at Bolinao and we felt right at home. ❤️ Only thing is there was a power outage on the next day when we are about to checkout, but they said it's quite normal in Bolimao and they also had the generator opened for an hour before we checkout. So all good! We love the place, and we'll definitely recommend it and come back!! ☀️

We recently stayed at Florida Place and had a wonderful experience! The room was impeccably clean, and we were especially impressed by the incredible staff. They provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay, right up until we checked out. A special shoutout to the girl with short hair who was so helpful—unfortunately, we forgot to ask her name! The only downside was the road leading to the resort, which is quite narrow, and the pin location wasn't exactly accurate. However, these minor issues were easily overshadowed by the perfect service and hospitality we received. Overall, Florida Place is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding staff. We highly recommend it and would love to return!

Location was very convenient, it’s just a few blocks away from the public market and the bus terminal. Check-in and out was easy too, host is responsive and accommodating.

Jovita's place was home away from home. She accommodated our requests. The breakfast was a plus. And although the host stayed in one of the room in the house, it did not disturbed us at all. The place was very peaceful. We had a bit of problem with leaking bathroom but the host was responsive enough to deal with it. All in all a nice experience. Thank you for sharing us your place!

Pros: •The host provided pics and GMap directions. Checking in was a breeze with clear instructions and labeled keys. •The house was clean, and the Christmas decorations added a festive touch • The kitchen was well-equipped with essentials for cooking. We loved the proximity to Dampa, where we sourced most of our meals, including Noche Buena. • The house is spacious, with gated parking that fits up to five cars. • A big TNX to Kuya Arnold, the next-door neighbor, for being helpful. Cons: • The house, surrounded by well-maintained plants, attracted mosquitoes at night. Adding insect repellents would improve the experience. • While the beach is only a short walk away, the one across the highway isn’t open for swimming. Overall Experience: We had a great time and appreciated the host’s understanding and responsiveness to our requests. The place is spacious, clean, and secure, making it an ideal choice for families.
