Dette er en meget skøn lejlighed i en charmerende, gammel bygning og i et område der er i gåafstand til alt. Selve lejligheden er godt indrettet og ideel til to venner eller to par der rejser sammen. Desværre var vi ret støjeksponerede i de dage vi besøgte lejligheden, men det er det man må forvente når man bor så centralt. Desuden lå vores booking i eksamensfejringsperioden og weekenden (der var ørepropper på badeværelset). Paola er en fantastisk vært. Meget sød og enormt responsiv. Hun sendte blandt andet gode anbefalinger og gjorde os godt tilpas i boligen. Jeg kan klart anbefale Paola og denne skønne lejlighed.

The accommodation was great and exactly as described in the listing. The place is beautiful and very cozy. It's a bit remote, and depending on your car, getting there can be a little tricky — but it's absolutely worth it once you arrive at the house. We had a wonderful stay!

La casa di Elisa è perfetta sotto più punti di vista. Esternamente lo spazio per il parcheggio dell'auto è ottimo e c'è un angolo giardino molto gradevole. Internamente la casa è pulitissima e ordinata. Dispone di tutto l'occorrente. Letto comodo. La location è ottima per la vicinanza dal centro (poco più di 2 km a piedi). Nei dintorni si trovano ristoranti, bar e un grande supermercato a poche centinaia di metri. Elisa è un host impeccabile: gentile e sempre disponibile a supportare con consigli. Istruzioni perfette per l'accesso a casa. In conclusione consiglio fortemente l'alloggio di Elisa e non escludo di tornarci in futuro.

L’appartamento della signora Fiorella è molto bello, lei gentile e accogliente. Pulizia fantastica e letto comodo, belle lenzuola e temperatura della casa buona, non è scontato. Mi capita di tornare a Bologna di tanto in tanto per cui spero tanto di poter tornare in questo bell’appartamento.

Francos Apartment ist ein Nebengebäude welches komplett genutzt werden kann. Es ist alles vorhanden was auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Küche ist klein, trotzdem enthält auch sie alles was man braucht um schnell etwas zu Essen zu machen. Es ist eine schöne Terrasse vorhabende, die wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht benutzt haben. Die Heizung hat schön warm gemacht, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ausserdem haben wir gesehen dass für heisse Tage auch eine Klimaanlage eingebaut ist. Die Gegend um das Apartment ist ruhig und der historische Kern auch zu Fuss zu entdecken. Alles in allem eine hervorragende AirBnB Erfahrung und sie hat unsere volle Empfehlung.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole. L'alloggio si è rivelato come da foto e descrizione. Il parcheggio incluso è una chicca da non sottovalutare a Bologna. Il piccolo giardino antistante è davvero comodo per un po' di relax dopo una lunga passeggiata al centro. Area davvero super tranquilla, si sentivano gli uccellini cinguettare al mattino. Lorenza, l'host che ci ha seguito, disponibile e super reattiva nelle comunicazioni. È un posto che consiglio sicuramente!

Federica’s family home was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It is so beautiful, full of personality, and remarkably clean. Federica was splendid as a host — she went out of her way to give us recommendations for the area. We had a truly wonderful time at Casa Barbieri.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Francesca war außerordentlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

Really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the very heart of Bologna. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has a fab terrace space out the back with seating. I’m learning Italian and I find watching the tv really helpful, this one had lots of channels so bonus points from me! Alvise and Maria Giovanna were kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any queries I had. Thanks again for a great stay!

Comfortable and well liocated for a visit to Bologna. Walked easily to everything from the apartment all week. Lucia is friendly and responsive. Views from windows attractive. It is 5th floor walkup and the bathroom is small, so just want to make sure people know that. Some good restaurants within 2-3 blocks, but neighborhood is quieter than the central tourist area. Altogether a good place for 1 or 2 guests.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Bologna! The space was comfortable, clean, and fashionably decorated, offering everything we needed for a perfect visit. The location was quiet. Both the train and the bus were nearby and relatively straightforward to use. Franca was incredibly helpful and attentive, always quick to respond. Great stay at Mirko’s place! The flat is really cosy & centrally located, it felt like a home away from home for us. Would definitely recommend it. In fact we are already planning to come back next year : )

What stood out was his thoughtful hospitality. He provided water, juice, fresh fruits, bread, jam, butter, and both Italian and American-style coffee, which made us feel truly pampered. The accommodation was cozy and inviting, with Asian-style fans, paintings, and antique plates, making it feel like a local’s home rather than a hotel. Despite my sensitivity to noise, it was surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed. Mr. Aldo assured me he would handle any noise issues, which gave me peace of mind. If I visit Bologna again next year, I’d definitely stay here again. The warm hospitality made it feel like I was experiencing the local way of life. Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

Appartamento come da descrizione, rifornito di tutto l'essenziale. Zona comoda per visitare il centro storico nonchè molto vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Josefina è stata da subito molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

We loved staying at “Mum’s House”. It is spacious, comfortable and well situated to explore Bologna. Ms. Franca was very attentive and knows the city extremely well. As such, she is a wealth of information. Our car was secure in the driveway the entire without incident. We would not hesitate to stay there again should we return to Bologna.

Enjoyed the traditional apartment with high ceilings and wood floors. Bathtub helpful for the children. Felt safe and at home. Overall the space was good for 3 children/ 4 adults, and very close to supermarkets. Italy doesn't allow heat until later in October and we were unprepared for being chilled (66 F indoors). After some back and forth, Antonio raised the heat for a night. He's a steady communicator; he helped with restaurant suggestions and accommodated our departure needs. Grateful for our stay.

Francesco was a wonderful host and very friendly . His apartment was comfortable and we found ourselves feeling at home . I recommend it if you want to be a bit outside the center but still close.
