Alex is an amazing host. She made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very Tuscan quaint and the location was wonderful for driving around Tuscany.

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Un appartement atypique, artistique et unique, un magnifique endroit dans un village exceptionnel. On peut se garer à quelques centaines de mètres et il vaut mieux ne pas être trop chargé ou être un petit peu sportif. Peut-être que nous aurions encore plus apprécié aux beaux jours mais Caleb a vraiment tout fait pour que tout se passe bien. C’est un hôte vraiment attentionné et très réactif qui fera tout pour que votre séjour soit parfait. Il mérite a lui seul les meilleures recommandations. Les chats du village sont vraiment adorables !

Nonostante il poco tempo ci siamo trovati benissimo, se ripasseremo in zona sicuramente faremo un altro passaggio nel suo appartamento!

I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. Il casale è un bellissimo "rifiugio" in mezzo alle colline umbre dal quale si scorge la bella Orvieto. Ha un'ottima visuale sulle colline, un ampio salone con camino e addirittura una stanza forno a legna/barbeque. Il tutto in mezzo al verde, con piscina e diverse postazioni per pranzare nel boschetto dietro al casale. Certo, la strada è piena di curve e non si arriva immediatamente, quindi è un posto ideale per trovare pace lontano dalla città e non per fare ripetutamente sali/scendi. Noi l'abbiamo usato nel periodo di capodanno come base per visitare l'Umbria e siamo stati più che soddisfatti.

Severino ci ha indicato dove posteggiare e ci ha accolto col sorriso. È stato piacevole chiacchierare con lui e ci ha dato utili indicazioni per dove andare a cenare. Bella esperienza, grazie!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Het was een fijn appartement en alles was aanwezig. Fijn dat er ook een gemeenschappelijk zwembad is. De mensen in het dorp waren ook erg vriendelijk. Erg leuk om Sagra del Ravioli te hebben meegemaakt! Het is een mooie plek om van daaruit de prachtige omgeving te gaan bekijken!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Posto molto carino e ben curato, la casa in ottime condizioni con prodotti di prima necessità (shampoo, bagnoschiuma sale ecc.) che risultano molto utili. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Situato nel verde e con ampio giardino e 3 cani simpaticissimi. Ottima esperienza

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! Siamo stati a Todi per lavoro, ma grazie alla bellissima casa e l’accoglienza di Adele ci siamo sentiti in villeggiatura. Casa perfetta e pulita in ogni suo angolo anche per un gruppo numeroso come il nostro. Un bagno per ogni stanza, stanze spaziose e cucina bellissima! Dovessimo tornare non esiteremo a prenotare qui, magari in estate così da usare la piscina!

Alina was extremely helpful and always willing to help. The house was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. We would definitely recommend it and looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Sabrina and her family were very accommodating and amazing host! The whole stay was superb In every way and my whole family as well as myself noted it couldn’t have been a better experience. From the amazing home cooked breakfast, to the cleanliness of the house, and the well thought out and led cooking class/dinner we enjoyed every aspect. Sabrina was very welcoming and made you feel like family :) I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful farm style stay that wants to experience Tuscany.

Cet endroit est le paradis sur terre ! Cette région est une magnifique découverte ! Le lieu est paisible, agréable et fabuleux ! La maison est confortable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue est merveilleuse et le coucher du soleil sur la piscine est extraordinaire ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, nous n’avions vraiment pas envie de partir. Perdu en pleine nature, ce lieu est époustouflant! Nous avons été accueillis par Paolo qui a toujours été très réactif et de bons conseils. Souriant et serviable, c’est agréable d’être reçu aussi bien. Merci pour ce moment hors du temps 😉☀️🇮🇹

We had a lovely time in the tiny house. We felt at home straight away and enjoyed every minute. The inside of the house is very comfortable and provides everything one needs for a longer stay. The view to the garden and the olive plantation was spectacular and very relaxing. There were many places around the house to enjoy it. Alessandro was very friendly and helpful and reacted very quickly to messages. There are many historic places near the house. Also for walks in the nature the surrounding offers many opportunities. All in all we can recommend the accomodation.

Villa dei Tigli is the perfect base to explore Umbria and Lazio. Letizia was a wonderful host, warm and responsive, excellent communication and local recommendations. The private pool was fantastic with stunning views across the valley. Carla's food was absolutely delicious, she was also so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend a meal at Poggio del Bolognino, suggested by Letizia, stunning views and gorgeous food and service. Don't hesitate to book this place, it won't disappoint!

La casina rosa è stato uno dei nostri soggiorni più piacevoli. Immersi nella bellezza della maremma ,circondati da tutti i suoi odori e panorami. Svegliarsi circondati da tutta quella meraviglia mette di buon umore sin da subito. Elisabetta è super disponibile e accogliente. A darci il benvenuto oltre a lei abbiamo.trovato dei simpatici gattini, super affettuosi che ti fanno sentire più coccolato. La casa è veramente un gioiello immerso nella natura. Abbiamo trovato il posto molto facilmente anche perché Elisabetta è stata veramente molto precisa. Ci ha, da subito, dato degli ottimi consigli su come muoverci durante i giorni di permanenza, di cui abbiamo fatto tesoro e che abbiamo seguito rimanendo estremamente soddisfatti.Era tutto estremamente pulito e ordinato e noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e oltre a consigliarlo lo prenderemo come punto di riferimento visto che abbiamo intenzione di tornare in quelle zone.

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

Soggiorno meraviglioso! Il Casaletto è un luogo accogliente, curato nei dettagli e immerso nella tranquillità. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, grazie anche all’ospitalità e alla disponibilità dei padroni di casa. Un posto dove si torna volentieri, e infatti… speriamo di tornare presto!

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.

La casa si trova nelle vicinanze di Saturnia e altre località della maremma...un posto strategico per visitare questi posti in un contesto tranquillo con un giardino recintato dove abbiamo potuto lasciare libero il nostro cane e rilassarci a leggere un libro al fresco Massimo e sua moglie super precisi nell'accoglienza il posteggio è nel giardino di casa comodissimo
