Located about 1.5 km from White Town and the beach, Peaceful Pondy Homestay is a spacious 2BHK apartment on the first floor of a residential building. The home is spotlessly clean and gives off a positive, welcoming vibe as soon as you enter. It is well-equipped with essential amenities like a water purifier, refrigerator, gas stove, utensils, and more, making it a comfortable stay for both short and long visits. The living room has a TV with Tata Sky, and both bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay. The owner is highly supportive, frequently checking in to ensure a comfortable experience. While the homestay has two-wheeler parking, guests with four-wheelers need to park about 200 meters away on the street. Overall, a great stay with all necessary comforts, a peaceful ambiance, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay and worth the money paid. No disturbance,can really enjoy the stay. Host Dhara was very friendly and helpful.

My family had a wonderful time and tantofar team accommodated our request even though they were double booked and gave another room on similar lines of the booking. My kids loved it and all of us loved the beach, which is what we were looking forward to. The rooms are cozy, we were in AC cottage for 3 nights and 1 night in the challet. The cottage has a lawn in the front perfect for my toddler,the later has spectacular views of sunrise but only for nature lovers as you wake up to birds like Myhna, sparrows, crows and others, squirrel and other animals frequent by as it's more like a tree house and you should only choose this if you love animals and have lived close to nature.

Tanto Far è un'oasi di verde, di tranquillità e di mare. Il personale è disponibile, sorridente, oserei dire amorevole. Le varie sistemazioni possono soddisfare le esigenze di tutti. Si tratta di un piccolo paradiso informale, in cui è richiesto un minimo di adattamento agli standard indiani. Se cercate un Resort in stile occidentale non fa per voi. Ma se lo sapete apprezzare, ve ne innamorate. Il motivo principale del nostro soggiorno è stato il mare. In spiaggia si può stare in bikini. Il personale pulisce regolarmente la spiaggia. Se vi fermate diversi giorni, vi conviene procurarvi un ombrellone a Pondicherry o portarvi un telo con pali, tiranti e picchetti, come abbiamo fatto noi. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è ottima, a buffet. Burro e marmellate di qualita, frutta e pietanze indiane. Abbiamo usato poco la bella piscina. Nella proprietà sono presenti angoli di giardino curati, grandi alberi, orti e una bella stalla per le mucche. Negozietti nei dintorni lungo la statale.

The homestay was very neat and clean, well organized, location was also good. The bathrooms could have been better with normal bathroom tiles which could have given it a clean and neat feel. The color and decor of the rooms were a bit loud and gaudy, may be because of the Chettinad theme. The wall paper of one room had come out, it needs to be stuck back. Overall good to stay. As I am a very down to earth person I couldn’t adjust myself with the overtly colorful and gaudy surroundings of the rooms. The terrace was beautiful and very peaceful.

Host was Good! Excellent host. Sandhiya was excellent in receiving us. Very Courteous and polite. Raj Mahal was Excellent with three bedrooms with good theme.

Very good stay! The room was great, the outside area was amazing and it had great facilities as well. Mannu was very friendly and helpful, he took care of everything for us. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Pondicherry and Auroville!

I highly recommend this place for couples. For sure, won't be disappointed. Room's architecture was mind blown! Kudos to the owner.

The stay was really nice . Didn't face any issue . The area was very peaceful and pleasant. We were provided with even the simplest of things. The helper was very humble and friendly. Didn't face any issue with checkin and check out . Thank you soo much for having us . ☺️

I had very pleasant stay in Kiran's home. She is very welcoming and will make sure you feel at home. The whole house is spotless clean, comfortable bed, in a very quiet area so I could really rest well there. Kiran has given me some great tips for special events taking place in Auroville and Aurobindo's ashram which made my stay even more special. She also helped me rent a scooter from a trustworthy person which I recommend to have as it's a bit far from the main road. I shared the common spaces with her family but they were very respectful of my privacy. I definitely recommend staying there.
