Wie een heerlijk verblijf zoekt met een super attente gastvrouw, is met Kasa Azul en Joy zeker op zijn plek. Het huis is werkelijk van alles voorzien en heeft een heerlijke tuin met jacuzzi. De centrale ligging in een rustige woonwijk tussen locals vonden wij heerlijk. We kunnen dit goed uitgeruste verblijf van harte aanbevelen.

Had an incredible stay in Bonaire. We rented the entire house and loved having our meals outside. Couldn't recommend this location higher, the photos don't do it justice. Also the convenience of the dive shop next door cannot be beat.

Wij verbleven 10 dagen in de mooie villa met 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Wij hebben genoten van het ruime mooie huis. Heerlijk het grote zwembad voor ons alleen.(Wij hebben 2 opblaasbeesten achtergelaten) Het huis was schoon, genoeg badlakens en handdoeken. In de keuken zijn allerlei kruiden, koffie en thee aanwezig. En ook nog heel attent van Sarah een mandje met lekkers en een drankje. Ook is er voor kleine kindjes een badje, schelp, emmertje/schepje. Kortom van alle gemakken voorzien. Dank je wel Sarah voor de hele goede zorgen, je bent een fantastische host.

De woning is qua locatie zeer goed. Het centrum, winkels, restaurants etc. Alles is beloopbaar ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Alles in de woning qua voorzieningen zijn er. De interieur van de woning vond ik mooi, met de hoge plafonds. Evenals de ruimtes in alle kamers zijn groot. Ik heb een ontspannende tijd gehad in een rustige omgeving. Dank je wel Ruthgainy.

We spent a week at Gerts and it was perfect! The large patio is nice to relax on after diving! Full refrigerator and kitchen! The split king bed( 2 twin longs) was comfortable and made for good sleep as well as the AC in the bedroom. I would stay here again!! Thank you, Gert!

Het rustige, prachtig, onlangs gerestaureerde verblijf is centraal gelegen in het authentieke Rincon. De foto’s spreken voor zich. Je verblijft op een historische plek temidden van vriendelijke locale bevolking. Vele locale restaurants en twee winkels voor dagelijkse levensmiddelen op loopafstand. John’s ijszaak is een must. Het huisje bevat alles, inclusief wifi en tv met vier NL zenders. Airco. Prima douche . Tuin is goed toegankelijk voor auto en kent drie zitgroepen, waarvan er één altijd in de schaduw ligt. Leuke, mooie attracties zijn: Washington Slagbaai, 1000 steps ( snorkelen/ schildpadden), Magasin di Rei , karten met surfzeil/ karten/ Kralendijk (winkelen/ eten/ Klein Bonaire). En vele natuurlijke hotspots op het eiland. Eigenaar maakt gebruik van vriendelijke beheerders. Deze mensen zijn per app bereikbaar en wonen ook in Rincon. Tijdens ons verblijf GEEN stroomstoringen in Rincon, terwijl rest eiland regelmatig stroomstoring kende Het is dus voor Bonaire:The place to be!

I found Ann & her Property Management team very kind, helpful, responsive and welcoming. They went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The house is more beautiful than photos can even capture. It’s nestled in a quiet area but also close to restaurants/bars and activities. It has a gorgeous & relaxing pool area! If you are a redhead (like me) or have fair skin, there aren’t umbrellas by the pool but there is a large palapa I was able to move my chair close to. Also, swimming at night with the pool area lit up looks & feels amazing! The Property was so sweet to answer questions and respond in a timely manner. She also made sure that when we were able to reach her by app, she emailed us. She even came to the house to check on me when I was hurt and Ann checked on my welfare after, which was so sweet. An exceptional home that is a beautiful & relaxing gem. Loved it so much I hope to return with different friends to share it! Absolutely worth every penny & a remarkable home!

From the moment we exited the airport upon arrival, Fenna was there to assist us with any questions we had. So nice to have a friendly face meeting us, and it was very helpful to follow her to the house, and have a quick tour. The place is so tastefully done! Don’t let the fact that the home is made of two sea containers dissuade you. You can’t tell! It’s cool and decorations were top-of-the-line. The location is within 1.5 miles of the main area of the Kralendijk. We rented a truck and were so glad for this as the roads are rough on the island, AND we wanted to tour Washington National Park. Grocery stores are plentiful, and several are a quick drive/walk around the corner. We loved the early mornings sitting by the pool, watching the sunrise. We found it very private as the landscaping is quite lush, and growing fast! We did hear chickens, donkeys, and a neighbor kid’s motor bike, but we brought a sound machine, and had undisturbed sleep. We SO look forward to returning!

Amazing Stay – Thank You, Junny! I had a fantastic stay at Junny’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but I highly recommend renting a car or you can call for taxi if you don’t want the hassle , Yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Junny Husband was an excellent host—super responsive, thoughtful, and made sure I had everything I needed. The little touches, like water in the refrigerator was a good touch : a cozy bed, well-stocked kitchen, great decor, really made a difference. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again, Junny & husband sorry I forgot your name . Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Tanja was wonderful. We had a couple of minor issues. She was very responsive to solve these soas to maximize the comfort of our stay. She was warm and friendly. The apartment is upscale and beautiful. Nice outdoor area with kitchen and sitting area. The pool was smaller than we expected but we likely didn't check the listing carefully enough. We were at the ocean most of the time anyway, so not a big deal. We highly recommend Villa Carina. Thank you, Tanja!

Very cozy and comfortable apartment in the centre of Kralendijk. Restaurants shops, all we needed was just few steps. Large outdoor terrace and open garden space under palm trees. We definitely love this quiet place with a lot of privacy. Desire is very helpful and kind owner. We felt like at home. As a scuba divers we appreciate a storage space for our equipment. Thank you so much much dear Des, we had awesome two weeks in Koko pa Kura apartment! 🌞🌴

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Simone und Jeroen. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Mit dem Scooter erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die Stadt, Strände, Natur oder auch die Supermarkets. Wir haben die Unterkunft in gepflegtem Zustand angetroffen und haben uns von Beginn an sicher und wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft bietet ausreichend Platz. Alle benötigten Utensilien waren vorhanden. Die Kommunikation zu Jeroen und Simon war sehr höflich, unkompliziert und speditiv. Sie konnten uns diverse Tips zu Schnorchelplätzen und Restaurants geben (welche übrigens super waren). Wir danken euch herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Liebe Grüsse Caroline & Arian

Great place as described, a very responsive and helpful host. The place is on a busy road but it has a privacy fence with a locking gate and I parked my scooter safely inside. The unit H is in the back side of the building away from the road, so it is quiet. The scienery from the roof, that is set up as a viewing area, is breathtaking, ocean side, mountain side or the town/port side. There is no straight passage to the water, only walking around the block, but the location is very close to the all amenities, restaurants, diving shops etc. The studio style kitchen is fully equiped with appliances: gas stove, refrigerator, microwave etc. Be aware, like in many places in Bonaire hot water is available only in the shower. AC unit works great and is located in the bedroom. If I visit Bonaire again, I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Do not let Christine’s place being next to the airport deter you from booking! Larger planes that you can hear only take off a couple times of day. The place was perfect for our needs. Such a great outdoor area with a view. We loved that she had a couple of small coolers, Tupperware, and beach towels that we used for the beach.

Thanks Corinne. We had a great time. The location was great. Close to town and easy to head south. The kitchen and bedrooms were exactly what we needed for our stay. The deck was perfect for morning coffee. The air conditioning worked perfect as it was pretty hot and humid. Snorkelling directly from the dock and to the right was good. We saw a turtle! It was fun to watch wildlife including an Osprey catching a fish right from our deck. It was so easy to get to the good snorkelling sites with our truck plus we were surprised how much there was to see and do on such a small island. Koos was super helpful. He gave us a map to get around and arranged for our truck rental. He met us at the airport and had arranged to pick up some groceries as we arrived late in the evening. He is a great guy. It was a nice communal area on the deck to meet fellow travellers and also owners. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks again for everything. Kevin and Brenda

We have stayed in multiple apartments at Sand Dollar and this one was our favorite. The space is large, including a massive screened porch. Owner was very quick to respond to an issue we had with the appliances and had someone out that day to address. The on site dive shop and pier are unparalleled. I would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Wonderful location: you can jump and snorkel literally from the door. Very clean and quiet resort. Has everything for cooking. Diving just around the corner. AC is in every room. We had a great week staying here!

We had a great stay, the place was nice and very clean and had everything we needed. Especially for the price it was absolutely perfect. The balcony is also a really nice addition, quiet and with a view of nature - and no mosquitos! The neighbourhood is friendly and neighbourly, and there are some nice local shops eg with selfmade punch and juice and a small bakery as well. Communication with Luck and Karen was also great, very responsive. Many thanks Luck and Karen!

One block from the water, 5 min walk to reasonably priced grocery store, the screened in porch was wonderful to keep the mosquito’s at bay. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to prepare a meal or bake Xmas cookies. I only used one of the 2 bedrooms but between the a/c and fan each night it was perfect for sleeping, comfy bed. The community pool was easily accessible and clean. Caroline was very helpful and responded to any questions quickly. She made me aware of the tourist tax that must be paid before you get thru customs. You can prepay this before you reach Bonaire making it an easy entry. I was on the island for a wedding but you are located between 2 Dive operators if that is your pleasure. Quiet but don’t be alarmed when you hear a donkey early in the morning. My only negative was purchasing an extra fan from the store “Famousa” it worked less than 24hrs and they wouldn’t exchange or refund, so stay away from this store… poor customer service.

This is our 2nd trip to Bonaire, and Ann's condo is the perfect place for us. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient for our diving. It provides easy access to the ocean, Bari Reef, and the dive company, Dive Friends. There are restaurants close by, and it is a very short drive into town. Thank you, Ann, for another wonderful vacation at your condo!

Debby was very helpful even before we booked the property. Once we booked, she also took care of our car rental and diving reservation. She made dinner reservations for us for our first night in Bonaire, and had many recommendations for places to eat and things to do. If you’re a diver, this is a great location. I highly recommend it! Debby is super responsive as well! Whenever I had a question, it was easy to get a hold of her.
