This place was amazing. Very easy to find and park. The views every evening and morning straight out to the mountains were just beautiful. The layout is perfect for family’s and the walk straight down the stairs to the middle of Thredbo couldn’t be better. We will definitely try and stay again here, perhaps even a yearly trip !!

A great little place to stay near the snow. We were allowed to drop our things in early on the way to ski fields. They also let us charge our electric vehicle from an outdoor power point. Very handy when only one charging station in Jindabyne was working! Alpacas were cute and some lovely birdlife around too.

Highly recommend a stay at Steve’s place - so much so I extended - great surroundings and the home was superb and welcoming with absolutely everything you could wish for !

Absolutely beautiful place. Marvellous view and quite private. We really appreciated all the little touches; made breakfasts extraordinarily easy. Also a great coffee machine and lovely balcony!

Nice big house with several rooms. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Lovely warm fireplace for winter and a great deck for summer evenings. Jake is a responsive host and instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

We had a fantastic stay in Crackenback at the cottage - the kitchen had everything we needed and lots of space for the whole family. The outlook over the fields was amazing with horses, kangaroos and deer to keep us all entertained. The location was great to explore the surrounding area and we especially enjoyed the Wild Brumby distillery just a few minutes away. The only downside was the proximity of the separate studio which meant we could hear everything from the family of 3 staying there with two very large dogs.

Tammy and Jason are great hosts and this place is rare gem. We as a group of 3 families enjoyed every moment at home . The house is huge and has everything from kitchen cutleries to kids toys . The pool is not deep and hence ideal to be stressfree with young kids. Amazingly maintained and pristine clean. would love to come back again to enjoy the serenity around

We found the house was exactly as described. It was roomy and well appointed. 10 of us fitted quite easily. Lots of windows with great views of the bush and nature - we saw deer and kangaroos early morning, much to the delight of our grandchildren . Warm with the underfloor heating and fireplace. Not far from either Thredbo or Jindabyne. A distillery to visit just down the road. Our hosts, Andrea and Greg, live seperately onsite, are lovely welcoming and friendly people, and are nearby in case of emergencies, and are happy to share local knowledge. We loved it.
