We have been going to Marco in April for a few years. Joe's place is now our favorite! A great view of the ocean. Wonderful immaculate space with two beautiful balconies. So much natural light! Pristine! Spacious living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. Grounds are well kept with a beautiful pool and grill available. Beach is just across the street and it goes on forever. Joe was so accommodating and very responsive! We highly recommend!

This was our first true vacation as a family. Yvonne’s condo worked really well for our 14-month-old daughter’s first trip to the beach. We were easily able to get to the beach, run/walk from the condo, & relax at the condo. The condo was clean, well organized, & updated. We loved our time in Marco Island & will be back!

The place was as described. It had the best view of the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. It was the perfect place to stay and had everything we needed.

This was a great choice in a quiet community with view to the lake and screened cover balcony to enjoy. Very clean and upgraded unit. I will definitely book again on my next visits. Highly recommend.

Beautiful penthouse condo! We loved our stay at Fred's Marco condo. Everything as described and better -- from comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, beach access and equipment, convenient parking and incredible views. We walked Tigertail every day -- shelling, exercise or sunsets. Doreen's was a fun breakfast spot. Birthday dinner at Deep Lagoon was excellent.

Alex is a wonderful host. I always was able to communicate with him about anything I needed. He made my long term stay so easy!

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

We loved this condo! Everything was just like in the pictures, and even nicer! The place feels brand new, is beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated, and a perfect stay for a relaxing getaway for 2 or a family of 4 with stunning views and lots of daylight. The property, pool and waterfront area is nicely updated and very well maintained by friendly staff. The host Allison was so very nice and great in communicating with us, every question and inquiry was promptly replied to, many tips and suggestions provided for our first visit to SW Florida. We were sad to leave, but will definitely be back! Marco Island itself is also a beautiful location, especially where this condo was situated in Old Marco as it was quieter with great walking/biking opportunities, yet had authentic and relaxing restaurants and stores nearby. A gem of a place, one of our best AirBnB experiences!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Nancy was very communicative from the start. Her space was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being a two minute walk to the beach without having to cross over any major roads.

I came here for my 30th birthday and I left engaged! I couldn't have wanted a better place to stay it was exactly like the photos there was plenty of room for me and my boyfriend and she had every possible tool you would need to make any kind of food! the neighbors were friendly and it was very peaceful and damn near directly in the middle of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. really the perfect location to be able to explore everything you want within an hour distance. she was very kind very helpful and always responded when I needed! I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home- like atmosphere! Quiet, great bed and bedding. Tanya is extremely quick to respond and was very helpful. We would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful home and Cynthia was very friendly and responsive! It was the perfect location for our dog show and it and she was very accommodating of our dogs and even had a crib for my five month old daughter. ❤️

We enjoyed the condo-it was clean and centrally located. I also appreciate that the unit had beach chairs and towels, an umbrella and a cooler. It’s a bit pricey considering we were at the end of the season but you are paying for a central location and ability to walk to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! It’s the perfect location to stay for 2 teenage boys who love to fish. We would rent again.

One of my favorite Airbnb rentals to date. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed/wanted. On top of the space being great, Ken and Becky were amazing hosts. I usually stay in different places each time, but I'll be staying here anytime I'm in or near Fort Myers it's that good. 100% recommend booking with them !!

Jenifer and Wally were great hosts. Communication was proactive and very helpful. The condo was great. It had everything we needed and more including all kitchen essentials and beach essentials. The location is perfect being 15 minutes from either Marco Island or downtown Naples. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back. Thank you Jenifer and Wally for having us!

Place is as described. Great location and resort. Elena is a very responsive host. Bedding and linens very comfortable. Close to restaurants and activities. Pool was good for kids.

We had such a great time. the condo was the perfect size, so pretty and so clean. The heated pool and hot tub was perfect and we spent our down time on the screened in porch. We will definitely go back there when we go to Naples again.

Spartan kitchen and bedrooms. No dressers and no pool towels and uncomfortable couches. No access to regular tv- unable to watch bowl games. Clean place and near office. Wonderful resort And Josh and his team are 5 stars. If these issues are resolved it will be a great rental

We have used Naples Vacations a few times in the past and they have always been proactive and responsive. We had no issues with our stay and Jennifer was friendly and reached out personally before our arrival to provide check in and access details .

2nd time here at this little slice of Paradise! Great location, excellent communication, and you have everything you need and more for the best stay! Beautiful location, peaceful, but also close to many amazing restaurants as well…or take advantage & cook at “home” and eat outside on the lanai with the amazing views! We will definitely be back!

This is a great apartment with large bedrooms and comfy beds, a very very well equipped kitchen and a garage full of surprises including a gas grill and beach stuff. Stacey was great from the beginning and was very helpful and immediate with any question. We’ll decently stay again when in the area. Thanks Stacey!
