This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. Every little detail was thought of, from cozy linens to a fully stocked kitchen. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making sure we felt at home throughout our stay. The location was perfect close enough to everything we wanted to do, but still peaceful and private. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing retreat, or a home base for exploring, this is the spot. I honestly didn’t want to leave. 7 of us stayed at this house, and it was the perfect size. It’s close to a lot, we loved the games + fishing, and we liked that there was a washer and dryer. Definitely recommend this house.

This little piece of heaven was exactly what my family was looking for to escape the snow! The spacious, open home with a beautiful layout was very well appointed with lots of extras you often don't find in an Airbnb. The master bathroom with it's large shower and open feel was a welcome retreat after a day at the beach or lazing in the heated salt water pool. The neighborhood itself was quiet and only minutes away from fishing, nightlife, and delicious food. What stood out even more than the beautiful home was how responsive, accommodating and flexible the host was during our stay. Dan and his team went above and beyond to help turn a stressful day if travel into a seamless, relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this property (and likely any other managed by Dan and his team)!

Dean was extremely friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this host and house. It was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds, plenty of places to relax by the pool and the house layout was great!

Caitlin and Brandon were wonderful hosts and very responsive to all questions or concerns. We had a wonderful time enjoyed or stay.

Arthur’s space was exactly as described perfect location close to all amenities. I would certainly stay with him again.

L'Emplacement est remarquable pour profiter de la plage et de la mer en toute tranquilité. Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons pu observer au pied de l'appartement une multitude d'animaux ( Dauphin, poisson, lezards, oiseaux....). Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

5 Star Apartment, everything you need in a very nice place. Also highly appreciated was the great service from Daysi and her Husband during our vacation with Informations about great places nearby.

We stayed at Bear Necessities for 4 nights and had a great experience. The apartment is neat, private, tidy, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Charlotte and Ivan had prepared coffee capsules and even snacks for our arrival! The outside area is nice as well with a big table, bbq, and fire pit. The yard is surrounded by little forested patches. Charlotte and Ivan were extremely accommodating, making sure we got into the apartment alright and answering any questions we had. We’re pretty lucky to have found this gem and we will certainly stay here again if we’re back in the area. Thanks for everything!

This property is unique. Great location at end of cul-de-sac makes it easy to locate and is private. Right on a canal with wide view of the river, easy access. Kayaks ready to go. Bring your boat. Restaurant/store within walking distance with GREAT pizza and sandwiches, beer, pop, etc. Excellent location to parks, lot's of parks, bike park, walking parks, Manatee park. Accommodations are just down right comfortable. Everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Storage for your stuff so you aren't cluttering the living space. Host is as good as they get. Great communication, friendly, accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this property. Have stayed more than once because of these things and more.
