The apartment was very nice and very clean. The property was also very clean and felt safe.

Showed up in town late Sunday night, one day ahead of schedule, post was willing and able to accommodate an extra night without issues. Great shared space w/ private bedroom and bath. quiet modern apartment with great access and good features. very good space if you don't mind sharing the kitchen and the living room. very responsive and proactive host.

The apartment was easy to figure out with the helpful instructions provided. We enjoyed the openness of the space. The beds were cozy and the apartment complex was quiet. We found everything we needed with close by shopping and restaurants.

Taya was always responsive and helpful, appreciated her helping us with our crazy schedule! we enjoyed going downstairs to the Abandoned Station for a drink/pizza. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood to other nearby restaurants. Thankful for allowing us to bring our dogs!

This place was perfect for a Socctober Fest tournament weekend. So much room for the family and the modern amenities were quite impressive. We would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. It is so convenient, modern, comfortable and within walking distance to the stadium for events. We love the host and how helpful they are. Recommend as a 10 out of 10.

Great place, perfect location for what we came there for. Right next to a walking trail which was great for a morning walk.

We were only there for a night but Alex was super easy to work with. He gave us exact instructions on how to check. The place was very close to what we were there visiting for! The place was just what we needed lots of room for the 6 of us that stayed.

We had a great stay here during the Big 10 Men’s Basketball tournament. Matt’s home had tons of character and was extremely clean and comfortable. We also loved the old, established neighborhood here where everything seemed well maintained. It was really nice to be in a pretty quiet neighborhood near Butler campus and Broad Ripple shops and restaurants. It is truly evident that Matt cares a lot about his home and his guests. We have family in Indy and would definitely consider staying in Matt’s home again!

We had an incredible stay at this fountain square home. Our group consisted of 9 guys and we had more than enough space for comfortable accommodations. Impressively clean, fantastic location, and the house is even better in person! 10/10 would recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in fountain square.

Very peaceful view! apartment living so you'll hear neighbors above you but overall a good stay.

The location is ideal for seeing events at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. As noted in other comments, the check-in process is a bit unique and the photos helped. There are several buildings in the same block with the same company name, but note that the unit was in the same building as the parking garage. This may or may not be obvious, but sometimes people think a parking garage is a standalone structure... I had to explain this to three older gentlemen who were having difficulty with the key cache and asked what building to go to after they got their keys.

the place we were given was slightly different from the photos but was along the same lines, stay was great, nice place/handy location. First time parking was a bit confusing to be sure to read the instructions carefully. Would recommend!

Nice enough place, good location. I did find the check in a. it confusing given the number of messages I had leading up to the stay. I would stay again.

Fantastic location, everything is very walkable in downtown.
