We were only in town for a short stay, so we did not get to enjoy the extras Cody’s place offered like the outdoor area. However, it was perfect for our needs. Cody was easy to communicate with. Loved the local recommendations. The home was a very convenient location, clean and nicely decorated. Thanks for a great stay!

We love this area of Indianapolis and we’re excited to come stay for a wedding weekend. It was in the perfect spot. Parking was easy, the house is old and charming. The hosts are extremely helpful and responsive! We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

We had a very nice stay in this clean and comfortable home! Jesse covers many details to make his guests’ stay easy and like home, things that have been missing when we’ve stayed in other vacation rentals such as sugar and creamer for the coffee, liquid hand soap at each sink, plastic dinnerware for those with young children, and firewood for the fire pit. During our stay, we were able to enjoy the Broad Ripple area and children’s museum during the day, and the fire pit in the evenings. A fun time was had by all :)

I've used AirBNB tons at this point so I know what to look for. Dennis does a great job -- and this is exactly why our vacation went so well. Big shout out to him!

This home was immaculate - very clean and beautiful. We appreciated the ability to book last minute when our plans unexpectedly changed. It was close to restaurants and in a nice, quiet neighborhood - which is exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

Carolyn was a great host, very responsive, easy instructions. The set-up of the house was great for our needs, fit everyone comfortably. Very close to restaurants, stores, and the Grand Park Sports Complex. I highly recommend staying here when you are in the area.

The house was very well maintained and everyone got a good nights rest. It was close to everything we needed. The house had plenty of towels and other amenities. I would definitely stay there if ever in this area again and recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay.

Perfect location close to the Monon and City Center restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay! The place is nice, cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Molly is an amazing host—thoughtful and welcoming. I especially loved the little details in the bathroom, the great shower, and the super comfortable bed. The space is peaceful and relaxing, yet conveniently located with easy access to many places and parking in front of the house. Highly recommend!

Had a Great stay. Was easy to get to and could walk everywhere. If you wanted to Uber it was super easy and affordable. The space was perfect size for us and our trip. The instructions for getting in were easy and clear.

This cabin was a wonderful place for a family gathering. My family and my sisters’ families got together for a wedding and it was the perfect location for us, as it was close to the wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner location. The cabin had very nice sized bedrooms with lots of space for everyone to sleep and relax, a cozy living area with a fireplace, and an ample kitchen and eating space. We loved it and would definitely recommend for others!

I had an incredible stay at this A-frame Airbnb! The cabin itself is charming, cozy, and beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and a serene atmosphere. It was the perfect retreat for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were outstanding—extremely responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions or offer helpful recommendations. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a unique and welcoming space!

We highly recommend this house as a place to stay. It was extremely clean, everything about it was top notch! It was above and beyond our expectations. Jarad was just outstanding and if we ever come back to this area we will definitely be staying here again! Jared was so thoughtful he even reached out to us when a storm was headed our way to let us know that they have a generator. The storm did knock out the power, but the generator automatically kicked on within a couple of seconds and we were able to enjoy the entire evening with full electricity. We can't say enough wonderful things about this house!
