This home is walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants located in the Broad Ripple area. We did not have to drive to dinner and enjoyed being able to walk and get coffee and breakfast in the morning. We were able to easily get downtown by car in about 20 minutes. It was very easy to navigate getting back and forth. Parking options for the stay were easy to navigate and secure. The house was very spacious and clean. Exactly as listed. For our group of 4 adults this was more than enough space.

Andrew was very communicative, and had great local suggestions when asked about restaurants. The place is very well located with a few places just down the street and a larger little area of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. I would definitely come again.

We had a great stay at Adam’s place! Easy walk to Amelia’s and KanKan and close to many other things. We want to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor spaces!

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda's place. The fenced in yard was secure and plenty of space for my dogs to play ball. I appreciated the small personal touch of dog treats on the counter as well as clean water in the dog bowl. We would absolutely love to stay again.

We had a slight issue after we got to the house, but Michael was there within 10 minutes to take care of it, and was very responsive to messages. Being on crutches I had to rely on the kids to make sure the basement was cleaned.

Girls trip to Indianapolis for a long weekend! The 4 bedrooms were great! We loved the kitchen and dining room. Close to the trail and good restaurants and coffee!

Great stay for the Taylor Swift concert in Indy!! Had everything we needed & in a convenient location to the stadium. Felt safe staying here as two females!! And extra bonus for being pet friendly!!!

Christina was extremely kind and extremely responsive whenever we had a question. The apartment is charming, spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. She left us plenty of coffee and other goodies to use. The location is in a charming neighborhood just minutes from downtown which makes it very accessible to everywhere you want to go. Overall a wonderful place to stay, I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Beautiful home, everything you need to feel at home. The property has areas to just sit and relax. The bird feeders around the deck make for a peaceful time to just sit and enjoy nature. The owner has put in a lot of time and dedication to ensure you have an enjoyable place to just sit and enjoy nature and your friends/family. Not to mention it sits of the road a bit so the beautiful night sky is awesome to view from the deck. If you want to unwind and just do “ nothing “ but float in the pool and watch the clouds and life pass you by, this I your place. We spent a girls w/e there and had a beautiful time together.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!

Way better than the pictures! We stayed here for a long weekend and it was wonderful. The house has rustic charm with tons of amenities and upgrades. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Great swim spa. Also got a visit from a very cute friendly cat on the last day :) Would definitely stay again in the future.
