This place is great. Great location in regards to Mizzou and Downtown CoMo. The place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with supplies we needed for a great stay. Beds were comfortable, which is always such an important part of the stay. We loved the place and will definitely be staying here again on future visits to Columbia.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and close to the University and downtown. You can use the laundry and all the stuff in the house. Bedroom and restroom private and warm.

Very convenient to the Mizzou campus. No additional fees for parking. The room was clean and as described. Great value for the price. My first choice should I return to the area again.

Couldn’t ask for a closer location to downtown. Definitely will look to stay here again the next time I’m in Columbia

Very good price for a four bedroom. Definitely cheaper than getting two hotel rooms and it was nice having the kitchen to keep snacks and cook breakfast. We would stay here again for sure. Host was very responsive to messages.

This was a cozy little place that felt like home during my trip to Columbia. It had lots of character with the vintage and antique decorations and lighting. I’ll definitely look at staying here again during my trips to Columbia.

Wonderful place to stay for my visit to Columbia. The views of the city lights and horses in the pasture were peaceful and nice. Lovely patio area was beautifully lit and comfortable. The home was just like home: comfortable bed, nice fireplace, large eat-in kitchen. My hosts were so gracious and wonderful!

We have attended many events at Mizzou and Emily's place is one of my favorites I've stayed in near Mizzou. The parking garage is almost directly across the street, the unit is large, clean, and well-done. Emily was very responsive and helpful. The unit is in the middle of downtown Columbia and less than 1 block to Broadway and an easy walking distance to the Mizzou campus. It is very competitively priced and even a better bargain in my opinion than the hotels downtown considering the kitchen and extra space with the living room and dining area. We loved it and will try to stay there again.

Needed a last minute place to stay for some family matters. This was available, clean, and quiet.

Melissa was very responsive when we had an issue with the fridge. I messaged her early in the morning and she responded right away, she was at the Airbnb within the hour and had the fridge fixed. I appreciated her promptness.

Easy to find and exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay! We slept like kings! Doordash and Uber had no issues finding us and we felt right at home. Definitely worth every penny!

Apt was roomier than I imagined. An upstairs apt above a good sized garage with own entrance. I only stayed one night but you could set up for several of long term. Walkable neighborhood and Melissa is very friendly.
