We had the best time and loved our view of the slopes from the porch! The pool and hot tub area was so nice and everyone was so friendly. Our son had a great time. It was a very kid friendly environment. Sherrie was an awesome communicator and very sweet. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay! It was great to be within walking distance to the sledding hill and playground for our kids, they also loved the amenities. Condo was clean and cute, happy there were extra blankets for the kids. Only reccomendation would be for a little larger rug at the front door to help catch water off of wet shoes, and the beds were SUPER firm, which isn't our preferred type, but doesn't take away from our 5 star review. Overall highly reccomend, we had a wonderful weekend stay!

Great place to stay and very quiet. It had everything I needed. Clear check-in instructions, and it was easy to come and go without the host needing to be there. Very clean! I will stay there again when in town.

This was a great little place to stay for a short stay. I will say, the place looks bigger than it actually is. There wasn't a dryer as mentioned or hair dryer. however it wasn't a big deal. I wouldn't bring more than 2 people here. Between having a 2 suitcases and 2 people, there wasn't much space. Again, its more of a short term stay for 2 minimalist people. Overall, it was a great place and great experience. The views were beautiful, the firepit/grill was big and lots of outdoor seating. private from other houses and very peaceful.

This bottom floor apartment was in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that was close to all the West Jefferson places we like to visit. It was clean and organized. I loved the little “extra thoughtful amenities” that were available if you forgot things from home. My favorite part was sitting on the porch drinking coffee relaxing while two hummingbirds hovered for a minute.

Great place exactly as described! Close to what we wanted to do but far away enough from noise well until the Speedway starts probably 🤣 Very responsive hosts answered all my questions promptly! Clean & spacious! 5 stars!

Very short distance to beech. 3 of us crashed here for one night, it’s outdated however we weren’t looking for an extravagant place. Very convenient location. No stove, and pullout bed was not comfortable. Maybe bring an air mattress if you plan to use the pullout. Name of the building is called the 4 seasons at Beech Mountain if you type into your maps. Check in was easy at the front desk and parked in the back to get to the 2nd/3rd floor. Would stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this adorable clean Airbnb. It brings back so many childhood memories of my grandparents home. As always we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ms. Eunice and Grace for your amazing hospitality.

This was our third time staying at Royal Oaks because we love the location and this was the nicest Airbnb unit we have stayed in. We hope it’s available next time we come to visit!

The condo was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. We loved all of the extra pillows and blankets available, since it was freezing outside. The amenities lodge is nicely kept and clean. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, pool table and ping pong. The game cupboard in the condo was nicely stocked; I only wish we had more time to play! We had a wonderful time and it really felt like home when we were there. Would love to visit again.

2nd time staying here and loved it just as much! They take so much time to make sure it’s as cozy as possible with extra blankets, fans, or space heaters. Little things like this make all the difference! Will be back!

Eduardo is a responsive and helpful host. His basement apartment was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Beech Mountain. Warm, cozy, with all comforts of home provided. Very close to ski resort. Absolutely loved seeing deer right outside. Great place at a great value.

Great place, close to Sugar Mountain.

We loved the place. It had everything and more. We felt right at home and it feels very cozy. The location was perfect. Close to everything you need and we took the free shuttle to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort a couple of times which was a plus. Very comfortable and spacious. Thank you for everything. We had great time during our stay.

Highly enjoyed my mountain stay! The view was spectacular, the driveway was bit rockery than anticipated but my Toyota Camry made it up fine! It was very clean and cozy! The hosts did an amazing job at communicating and accommodating our stay. The guest book was adorable and full of fun recommendations of activities to do. I really loved it here, will happily visit this same property on my next stay!! worth the money and the view!! Thanks again!!

Absolutely perfect spot for a ski getaway. We had a blast at Beech Mtn and loved being able to snuggle up next to a real fire after a wonderful day of skiing

The condo was perfect for skiing at Beech Mountain. Easy drive to and from. The condo offered a cozy feel that made the snowy days just right. Perfect for our winter break!

The instructions given by the host were clear and helpful. The staff at sugar mountain were also super friendly and helpful. I was sooooo glad we got to park at the building and didn’t have to mess with catching a shuttle and all :) so as the helpful notes the hosts sent says, it’s worth asking if you can park behind the building. The place was just as described. Really appreciated the standing fan that was provided. I also LOVED that they provided pool towels, most places don’t do that and that was such a blessing with little ones who love the pool. We also thought the bed was comfy. We hope to come back!

Edwin’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway for me and my fiancé. Super close to Beech Mountain Ski Resort. The host also recommended great places to rent gear, etc. We loved it and would recommend their place if you’re looking for a place to stay close to the ski resort!!
