The house met our expectations and allowed us to visit, play, and eat together as well as swim and sleep at night. The Katy Trail area is beautiful and inviting, especially for those like us who like to be outside and enjoy surroundings.

Matt’s place is a true affordable luxury stay. The whole place was hand crafted with a creative mind set. Matt answered as soon as I called and gave me clear instructions on how to check-in. The master bed and bath is very nice, the pool table up stairs was a great bonus, and the sound system ready to connect made this stay perfect for our team to stay for our event. Highly recommend this if you are staying in the Sedalia area with a group.

Great place and area to stay in. Beautiful home ready with appliances and a touchscreen fridge our girls were absolutely ecstatic over. The neighborhood is very cute and neighbors super nice! Everything is about 15 min away!

Derek was a fantastic host, with excellent almost instant communication ! The hosts were very friendly and attentive. Check In and Check out were easy and quick. The house is beautifully maintained and in a lovely quiet neighborhood, but not far from shops and restaurants. Inside the house is spotless ,yet incredibly comfortable and cosy. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and had all the amenities you would need.The hosts were extremely thoughtful , even leaving dog food, treats and dog bowls ! They also left a delightful welcome gift for us of sparkling wine and delicious snacks ! Derek couldn’t have been a more hospitable host ! Nothing was too much trouble. Since it was Christmas, they even had beautiful decorations throughout the home and had set up and decorated a huge Christmas tree for us ! Their hospitality was amazing ! We enjoyed our Christmas and New Years at Derek’s house and would highly recommend staying here ! 5 Stars !

Me and my friend stayed here for a little getaway, and it was so relaxing and exciting. from the dogs and cats to the wonderful hot tub, we loved every minute of it!

This is a hidden jewel! It was like going back in time to grandmas house in many ways. Super comfy, everything we needed was there. Outdoor kitchen and firepit with furnished wood was a plus. Jack was very accommodating and quick to respond. Not far from restaurants or Columbia. Hope to re-visit! Highly recommend!!

One of the best homes we have stayed at. Location was perfect with lots of privacy. Everything was clean, and Susan had everything you could possibly need. My kids loved the trails and the paddle boats. I loved playing golf with my dad on the mini golf course. Everything was perfect! We can't wait to return! Thanks so much.

This place was affordable, immaculate, and super nice. If you're staying in that area, it's easily twice as cheap, three times as nice, and four times as roomy, compared to ANY 5 star hotel room. We were visiting our son at the Air Force base. We will definitely be back

The property worked well for our visit to Mizzou. Walkable to downtown Broadway restaurants and bars. 10 minutes to Mizzou Arena.

This was the perfect location for my family (very close to walmart and restaurants). The home had everything we needed and more, my kids enjoyed the playroom and tent in the basement. We walked down the street to the playground and pavilion area to enjoy the weather. Paula was a great host, all details and expectations were very clear. We will definitely look to book again in the future.

This was a great stay for us and close to State Tech where we were visiting. House was clean and the views were gorgeous. Keith was very helpful in suggesting places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely LOVED staying at Tina’s! The property is absolutely beautiful, we all wished it wasn’t raining as they have a beautiful outdoor space. Inside was very cozy and had lots to do! One of the kids was very excited about all the games available in the house. We all loved the coffee bar! A huge bonus for us was the most adorable Corgi named Sky that came out to greet us each day.

Beautiful house in close proximity to Jefferson City! Clean and spacious with all the amenities of home. Owner was friendly and responsive. We will be checking availability when visiting in the future.

House was beautiful, decor was amazing. We didn’t have enough time to explore the community. We were only in for a night, but Kristina was so helpful with any questions we had! Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be booking another stay soon!

We stopped here on our way down from Columbia, Mo. To say we were satisfied is an understatement! Erin was so sweet and extremely responsive. We absolutely adored the cute farmhouse overlooking an entire beautiful plot of land with what looks like a tree orchard right before “Weaver Lane” (which is one of the many places you can visit on their trails). Between 170 acres it’s the perfect place to get in a nice hike with your furry friends/family as well! It was so beautiful out here and we will definitely make our way back!

I woke up in the morning to a slow drizzle of rain and an owl hooting in the distance. I’ve not felt this relaxed and peaceful in a very long time. The house is gorgeous with everything we needed. Many thanks!

The Crest was warm and cozy. We were visiting family in the area and this house was where we all gathered for breakfasts and dinners and game nights. Many wonderful memories were made in that living room! There's a lot of floor space for kids to wiggle around, and comfy seating around the edges for the adults to stay out of the way :) The beds were good (one of the upstairs beds was a little saggy but okay) and the place was clean. This weekend is now an annual family tradition, would love to stay again next year!
