An amazing place that afforded the best opportunity to explore Malcesine and other close by towns. Location truly allowed for relaxation and enjoyment. Great access to the tram to Monte Baldo allowing access to many outdoor activities. The home was amazing and was exactly as described. We easily made meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the patio while eating, relaxing and napping. Beds were comfortable and provided a wonderful nights rest. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a family vacation at Davide house, there were five of us. The house is very conveniently located, quiet, cozy house, all the amenities. A luxurious garage, since we were by car, it was even a priority. Convenient entry into the underground parking. The house is very nice, two bedrooms and a living room. Very neat and beautiful territory around, a large table in the garden, we enjoyed having breakfast every morning. You could see the lake and enjoy the fresh air in silence. We liked everything very much, we felt at home. I am very grateful to Davide for his house and hospitality.

Our stay at Villa Nila was simply amazing. Nicola welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The property itself is so well-designed and functional, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful views of the lake and garden from the private terrace and from inside the property. There is a full kitchen with an espresso machine, stove, fridge/freezer, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary espresso and beverages that Nicola provided. And the rain showers in both bathrooms are a nice touch! The location of the property was perfect for our group (5 adults) — everything was just a short walk away. It was easy to take the ferry to other towns on the lake from Torno, and we especially enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice daily) coffee from Bar Italia near the ferry stop. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to return the next time we are in the Lake Como area.

Wir haben 11 Tage an diesem traumhaften Ort verbracht. Die Lage ist wunderschön mitten in den Weinbergen gelegen. Cisano und Bardolino sind mit dem Auto in 4 Minuten, aber auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Garten ist groß und die Ausstattung im Gartenhaus mit Waschmaschine und Spielgeräten jeglicher Art sowie vielen Sonnenliegen und Hängeschaukel einfach top. In der Residence befindet sich auch ein großer sehr sauberer Pool und Sportanlagen. Selbst ein Körbchen mit verschiedenen Badekappen findet man im Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und haben jeden Tag die schöne Terrasse mit dem Ausblick, der Ruhe und dem Sonnenuntergang genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war Spitze! Absolut freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Ganz lieben Dank auch für die tollen Aufmerksamkeiten bei Ankunft!

Great stay in an absolutely great location. By skipping the busiest parts of Lake Como (Bellagio and Como), we afforded ourselves a great deal in a super peaceful environment. The views of the lake are truly breathtaking....which we enjoyed daily from the balcony. The area is rustic and charming, with a terrific cafe at your front door (Umberto is a wonderful host!)...and another 5+ restaurants within walking distance. The drive to Bellagio and Como is no more than 30 minutes and Lecco is half that...we also ventured to the charming nearby wine country that was only 1 hour away. Very spacious accommodations with most everything you might need....and super large grocery stores nearby for anything you may have forgotten. Rafaella was super helpful and very communicative. All in all, an excellent stay, a great value and a place you'll remember for years to come!

Great place to stay, very homey and comfortable. Super clean and host was very nice and responsive. Had only two issues: 1- on a lake so mosquitos are to be expected, be aware. 2- wifi was spotty, but host tried and made all the efforts to fix/correct just took a bit. All in all we would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay in Christina’s home and will definitely be back. It is spotless with comfy beds and cool rooms for a good nights sleep. The balcony and use of the pool was brilliant in the hot weather. The free shuttle bus into Garda was also really handy and saved us a lot of time during our stay. Contact with Krissi was great and she went above and beyond to help us and recommend things. Thank you!

This was my second stay, and I enjoyed it just as much, if not more, than the first. The apartment is exactly as described—immaculately maintained and truly a home away from home. Rafaella has thoughtfully upgraded the bed, which was a much-appreciated improvement. The hosts are approachable, responsive, and always willing to assist. The apartment's location is ideal, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood filled with an array of food and beverage options. Additionally, the metro station is conveniently just a few steps away, making it perfect for exploring the city.

Marta and Stephen’s house was a lucky find - my Italian friends were so impressed to be so close to a beach that wasn’t all built up like much of Lake Garda, but peaceful and not too busy, so to clean water and a lovely bar. Marta’s mother next door was very friendly and helped us with a couple of teething problems very promptly. The house was quiet and the air con was a godsend! We had a really lovely holiday!
