Host is very nice & response time are good. The house is very neat, clean & spacious.

Tien home very nice and modern for stay. She very fast responsive. Nearby area easy to find supermarket and food. Just only lack of rice cooker. Overall everything is fine for me.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The homestay is clean, comfortable beds,we would love to visit again and would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our family stay over the Chinese New Year celebrations. This property provides an authentic Kuching town home experience, whilst benefiting from a simple but elegant refurbishment. The ground floor twin bedroom was ideal for anyone struggling with stairs, and the living room/dining area was great for entertaining and hosting guests. The house has a fresh and neutral feel, with effective air conditioning in all bedrooms. Bathrooms were modern, clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood felt safe with convenient access to shops, restaurants and amenities near by in Saradise. The hire of a car has helped us learnt to navigate around the area and other suburbs. We found Stella to be a very accommodating and relaxed but professional host, clearly experienced at making people feel at home. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend both Stella and this property.

My family feels comfortable staying at the house. The amenities provided were as per listed and the house is very clean. The host is proactive and gives clear instructions as to how to check-in and out. Would not mind to come back and stay again.

어머니와 여동생을 데리고 여행을 왔어요 호스트 부부가 너무 친절하게 대응해줘서 시작부터 기분이 좋았습니다. 이마고몰에 위치한 숙소라 여기저기 쇼핑하기 편했네요 몇가지 팁을 작성해보면 1. 수영장, 웨이트장 이용시 숙소 나가자마자 왼쪽 끝 비상구를 이용하면 쉽게 이용가능합니다 수영장은 오전 9시부터 이용가능해요 2. 이마고몰 이용시 3a층 및 그냥 3층으로도 이동이가능합니다 3. 엘리베이터에서 내리면 위치가 헷갈리는데 소화기가 없는 쪽으로 가면 쉽게 찾을 수 있어요(숙소 및 이마고몰 입구 둘다 동일) 4. 쇼파가 딱딱해서 조심히 앉아주세요 전 첫날 너무 들뜬나머지 점프했다가 다칠뻔했어요 ㅋㅋㅋ ㅋㅋㅋ 5. 몰 가장 꼭대기 층에 현지 먹거리가 싸게 있습니다. 한 번 쯤 이용해도 좋을거 같아요 저희는 거의 마지막 말에 찾아서 안타까웠네요 6. 대부분 물에 대해서 파란, 초록뚜껑 마시라고 유튜브나 커뮤니티에서 봤을텐데 저희는 그냥 희뚜껑물 마셨어요 sasa라는 브렌드물 1주일 마셨는데 아무 이상 없었어요 참고로 전 장이 매우 약하답니다. 7. 무슬림이 많아 현지 술이나 담배가격이 비쌉니다 8. 택시를 부르거나 목적지로 설정할때 숙소로 바로 들어가려면 loft e residences로 설정하면 편하고 쇼핑몰을 이용하고 들어가려면 main entrance a로가면 쉽게 이동가능해요 9. 저는 샤워 필터 사용안했어요 문제는 없었습니다, 수압도 쎕니다 10. 전자레인지, 오븐, 커피포트, 세탁기, 스마트 tv가 있어요 이상으로 너무 즐거운 여행 마치고 갑니다 호스트 부부는 행복하세요 나중에 또 코타에 방문하면 여기로 할게요

Anthony always responsive and friendly. The house location is perfect for food, easy to get around and everything inside the house matches the description on the Airbnb web site. I already booked my next stay in Anthony's house later this month. This is a great place for 1 or 2 people and provides great value for your money.

this unit was highly recommended for short stay. host have few others units also which she recommend to u based on ur preferences. host was highly responsive. economical stay but comes with swimming pool n sunset view from rooftop.

Perfect Stay – Great for Families! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is super convenient, with a supermarket just downstairs. The bed was very comfortable, and the host was incredibly nice and welcoming. A big plus for us was the water purifier, which was especially helpful since we were traveling with our baby. Being right beside the swimming pool was also a great bonus! Overall, a wonderful experience—we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Cozy place! Recommend. But parking was very hard to find

Kelvin was very helpful and easy to communicate with. There was a short power trip during midnight but it was settled quickly. We get to check in early, appreciate it Kelvin. Other than one of the room and master bedrooms toilet window had a see through window, the place was excellent. Easy access to vivavcity mall.

We had an exceptional experience staying at this wonderful place and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight of the stay was the host’s amazing hospitality. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions almost immediately, and her helpfulness truly made a difference.

We, as a group of four, were fully happy with the accomodation, the location and the provided services! Thank you very much and we hope to be back.

I will highly recommend families with children below 12years old to stay here. It was a very very cute space and a spacious living room. My kids are 5 & 2 and they simply loved the slide. My younger one enjoyed the other two toys provided and kept pushing the activity cube all around the house. Amenities were well provided - body soaps & shampoos, laundry detergent as well as a fully charged vacuum cleaner. Drying rack for clothes are at the balcony and the sun could dry our clothes very fast. Check in and check out was absolutely fuss free and the mega mall offered a huge variety of food & shopping. Appreciate the little totoro stickers and puzzles and figurines placed everywhere. It was such a welcoming and comfortable stay!

이마고몰 위에 위치해 있으며 몰을 이용하기 쉬워 너무 편리했어요. 집도 넓고 뷰도 좋아 아주 만족합니다. 전자레인지가 없어 조금 아쉬윘지만 그외에는 모두 훌륭합니다. 전체적으로 매우 훌 륭한 숙소입니다. 재방무의사도 있습니다.

地方清整，冷氣夠涼，沙發坐得很舒服，睡床瞓覺非常舒適，樓下有很多食店，對面就是 Aeon Mall買東西很方便，下次來會再入住，屋主可以用中文溝通，她很好人。

Had a great stay with some stunning sunset beach walks. Great kitchen for home cooking. Clean and we'll functioning. Will come again when in Miri.
