Our stay here absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and we would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable experience.

A very affordable place to stay. Stayed for 4 days and had no problem, arrived with cool welcome since the air conditioning had already been turned on as i walked in, very responsive owner and even accommodate with some food and drinks inside the fridge and drawer. Sooo spacious, enough for a family of 6. Water pressure is excellent and heater is working very well. Cooking amenities and washing machine available for use. 100% recommend this to guests.

We had such a great stay! Richard is a wonderful host, we had no issues the entire time we stayed and he regularly checked in to see how we were enjoying our stay and to see if there was anything we needed. The apartment is lovely and the bed is very comfy. I really liked the communal pool and gym, we used both of these every day which was great. The location is great, right next to Imago mall and there are loads of food options within 1-2 mins. It was a nice walk along the front to reach the main bit of KK, we like walking and took about a 20 mins. However if you need a grab, there were always loads available and they would be there within a few minutes. Would 1000% stay here again. Thank you Richard!!

Such a quaint place with great views that is only a few minutes walking to the waterfront, main bazaar, oldest food court, and diverse restaurants. With the covered walkways you can stay largely out of the rain. The loft area for the 3rd bed, though fun, is accessible only by a tall ladder, so not practical for privacy or if you need to bring anything to that area. Appreciate the hosts' flexibility for checking in and out!

This unit of C&R homestay totally 5star homestay. From the entrance to toilet, all furniture are luxurious 😂. Feels like living in a Mini castle .

Great location, clean, and good value... worth its

We were looking for a place near airport to stay. Aeropod location is perfect as we used to be KK locals. We drive all around town conveniently and this airbnb unit comes with free parking too. Car parking can get difficult and heavy traffic jam if we stayed in kk town area. Host is responsive and helpful in every way to make our stay comfortable.

I booked this unit as it’s the best place I found in Penampang for my trip. The place was cozy, super clean and tidy, complete with necessary appliances and the host also provided 3-in-1 sachets and instant noodles. I must say the bed was sooo soft I didn’t wanna get up haha The place is just above the mall so I could find all kinds of yummy food without a hassle. Another thing that made me love this place is the super kind and very helpful host. Kevin really helped me alot, from finding the parking lot to checking out, he was genuine and helpful, thanks so much Kevin. This place is so neat and I wish to stay here again. Love the view also. You can see the beautiful sunset from your window ❤️
