What a find. Such a beautiful location for our little break. Such friendly hosts. Everything was wonderful and our children are already asking when we can go back! Both Suzanne and Mark were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our stay so special 😊

This is our second time staying here, we love how private and peaceful it is, especially sitting out on the balcony listening to the stream and the birds. Plenty of places to eat and enjoy locally. Excellent host. Highly recommended

What an incredible stay! Very convenient for our intended stay, and great value for money! Upon meeting Brian, he was very friendly and incredibly helpful in regards to showing us how to work everything in the home. It’s a lovely little secluded place with excellent restaurants and pubs in the area, and it’s right next to a walking track which could provide ample enjoyment for those who love to stretch their legs. Would love to come and stay again!

Lovely little cabin in the country of Yorkshire, close to Dalby forest. The cabin comes equipped with everything you would need. The highlight is the hot tub. If you turn off the fairy lights, the stars are visible through the sky. Perfect area to stay as its in between towns and not too far of a drive for shops etc but still out of the way to be peaceful. The cabin is at the back of a property, which isn't too far away so not as private as I initially anticipated, however with that being said it's a lovely place to stay and I would recommend ☺️

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be staying again. It’s something different and so peaceful! We sat outside and lit a fire and looked out at the amazing views. Thankyou so much for our stay we can’t wait to come back!

this stay was perfect. the drive past Barnard castle is beautiful with loads of little cafes/pubs/shops ect in the village. On arrival it was super easy to check in and everything we needed was provided. host Julia was so friendly and responsive and made both me and my partner feel so welcome. will be back again!

I stayed in flora at the garden rooms, it was an easy quick check in and was given a friendly welcome and informative instructions on the use of the log burner hot tub, its in a scenic spot and I had a great time, we were greeted with a welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of Prosecco, not many places go down to little details like this, absolutely perfect stay.

Wow, we have been absolutely blown away by our stay. Set in beautiful surroundings, peaceful and breathtaking. We were visited by the horses and the peacocks and there was bird song all day. We were so lucky with the weather as we were able to bbq both nights and sit around the fire pit and with the garden south facing it was like being abroad. The accommodation is beautiful, very stylish and really really comfortable and all utilities you need. We were also pleased to find that you can get an Uber to the hut from the pubs and after a hot day and a couple of lagers we paid £4:22 to get home rather than walk up the hills 🤗lazy, we know. Highly recommend this place, Nic you were fab and a great host

This place is so unique! A little cabin in the middle of nature, looking out at night at the stars was beautiful. Jordan was super friendly and helpful, he also gave us a lift up to the local village, which is also walking distance. The cabin had eveything you need for a cosy night away. Great stay.

We had the best stay here, the lodge was beautiful and had even better views. We loved every morning looking out at the views through the window above the bed. It had everything we needed and the guide was very helpful for local pubs and taxi information. Loved the selection of DVDs as well. We will be back!

My wife and I stopped here for two nights to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We were provided clear instructions and were pleased to see the place was spotlessly clean. The amenities were excellent which included washing up needs, Dyson airfan, coffee machine, slippers, dressing gown and a brilliant tv/sound system. The hosts made us feel like home and Fiona gave us some great recommendations in the area. We were even assisted with a lift to the nearest town when we struggled with taxis. I’d recommend anyone staying here to book taxis in advance. We were greeted each morning by a warm welcome from Blue, the friendly black Labrador who is not shy to sit and watch telly with you! 🐶 What a perfect place with friendly hosts and a lovely dog. We’d love to come back in the future. Thank you!

My son and I recently stayed at the cabin for an Easter break. The location was great for local walks and climbs but also close enough to Harrogate for a change of pace. The cabin itself was a great experience, my son especially loved roasting marshmallows on the fire. We also had our Labrador in tow, so the secure paddock for him to stretch his legs was an added bonus. On a sunny day it was perfect to sit on the seating area and take in the surrounding views. John as a host was brilliant, he set us up on arrival and was close by if we needed anything at all.

Brilliant little one night stay we wish we had longer but we will return. This is a a lovely little place very peaceful and private. Annabel was a great host thorough instructions during check in and very friendly. Highly recommend for a quirky stay

Jess and her lovely shepherd's hut were a dream, me and my partner had an amazing time! The unbelievably helpful host made our stay so lovely, from heating up the hot tub for us whilst we were out to bringing us fresh pastries each morning we couldn't have asked for any better. thankyou for your amazing hospitality, we can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our night away in our cosy little shepherds hut. The surroundings were stunning and our hut was absolutely spotless. It was in a great location. We enjoyed a lovely meal in a local pub only 10 minutes drive away. The hot tub was definitely worth the extra £50. It was lovely and hot as we kept adding the logs on the fire. It was a lovely relaxing experience and amanda was a great host. Very helpful and recommended places to eat nearby. We just wish we booked an extra night. We will be returning in the future. Lovely relaxing weekend spent here in mid March. Second visit after a few years gap and the return trip did not disappoint. Bruce is the perfect host, interesting and interested, a very warm and generous welcome - made to feel at home and then left to relax and unwind - exactly as I remembered from my first trip. Cosy wagon, comfortable bed, hot shower, incredible views. I would highly recommend a visit.

My partner and I had the most amazing stay: the facilities and surrounding environment were relaxing and tranquil. Anthony and Barbra were very welcoming and offered lots of support such as providing us with maps, a full tour upon arrival and local recommendations of what to do and where to go. Their hospitality and kindness really made our trip special. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway into nature.

Accomadtion, 'Brook'. Such a beautiful and private location, with unspoilt views and nature at its best. We felt so comfortable and at home instantly. We loved watching the squirrels and birds, right outside the door. The sound of the brook water peacefully running through and around our lodge was very grounding. The private outdoor shower was exhilarating, and such a pleasant experience. The lodge had a large comfortable bed with additional blankets if needed. A well resourced kitchen and log burner for chilly nights. We couldn't fault a thing! Absolutely enjoyed every second and would certainly love to return. 'Thank you' to our lovely hosts.
