This is the real deal... As a guest you will normally walk into a confusing situation but Jason's attention to the simple things "Labels" helped us immediately become comfortable with our surroundings. The property was very private and the enclose that Jason setup allowed our dog run free without any stress to us. If you're looking to disconnect this is the place.

This place is great! My husband, 2 friends and I stayed at Pinkys. Co-host Jackie was very attentive to any questions we had. Instructions to place was easy and clear. The place and the surrounding area of the property are beautiful and peaceful and it big enough for a hike. The place itself was cozy, and clean and had what you need. the jacuzzi was a plus and the night sky did not disappoint, my friend’s dog enjoyed the yard. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to enjoy the night sky, peaceful place. I would love to come another time maybe during shooting-star season.

We had an amazing time at this peaceful and private cabin retreat. The place was spotless and had everything we needed — plus a bunch of thoughtful extras the host provided that made our stay even better. It’s a very large cabin and property, tucked away on a quiet hillside, surrounded by trees, with beautiful views of the mountains and forest. So serene and relaxing! The host was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with, making sure we felt right at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals with ease. The Wi-Fi connection was perfect — strong and reliable, which was a pleasant surprise given the remote location. We also appreciated the comfortable bedding and the quality of the linens provided. If you’re looking for the perfect mountain escape, this is it. We’re already excited about coming back!

What an amazing experience! We hope Rick will be gracious enough to host us again in the future. Into The Woods was just the place to escape and really enjoy a romantic getaway in the extremely peaceful surroundings of the forest. The jacuzzi under the stars was an incredible experience in itself! The veiws from the deck and house are stunning at all times of day and a must to enjoy morning, noon and night! We really loved that the house was so well stocked with dishes, utensils, extra blankets, towls and all of the comforts of home. What a fabulous little getaway! The bed was really nice, small and cozy, but secluded. It was a wonderful place to stay. Make sure you read the instructions about the Flue on the fireplace if you use it! I didn't (typical dude and after watching my fire go out almost instantly, only then did I read the instructions and find the flue handle so that the fireplace could breath. Bring a hatchet/axe if you plan to use the fireplace. I would stay here again 100%!

Very nice private, spacious and quite home, You will see a lot of wild life across the span of 2 days I saw 15 deer and about 40 wild turkeys on the property, John is very responsive and has back up power if the power ever goes out, there was heavy winds that knocked out the power for the neighborhood but we never noticed because the power was always on for us. I highly recommend this cabin for a getaway from the city

It felt private, spacious living area and kitchen, lovely area to sit outdoors and look up at the sky, we would book the place again. Great host.

Wonderful cabin, close to Julian proper, but just up the road to be quiet with nature all around. Loved the upstairs bedroom en suite bathroom. Great deck and fireplace setup!

We had a wonderful time at T's Place! We were greeted by some unexpected Valentines Day treats, which was a thoughtful touch. We felt right at home from the moment we opened the door. We enjoyed the wildlife surrounding the cabin. The cabin itself is just as pictured in the listing and the kitchen is beautiful and functional. Far enough away from town to have that Julian country feel, but close enough to be downtown in less than 5 minutes and to hiking in about 10. We love the idea of the take a bottle/leave a bottle of wine-while we didn't take one, we left one from our favorite local cidery/winery we hope somebody will enjoy! We spend time in Julian frequently and have stayed at many different places-T's Place is by far our favorite and we can't wait to make a repeat visit. We'll see you soon!

We had the best family vacation. The game room is so much fun and kept us busy for hours.

This place is so beautiful!! It is very private and secluded which makes it very peaceful. I usually feel a little uncomfortable in airbnb/hotel beds but this was the first one where it felt so clean. Since it is a tiny house and like the host said, there is a very limited supply of hot water. Just a head up if a long hot shower is what you’re looking for. Since it is secluded, the wifi connection is a little shaky. Just fyi Incase you work from your computer like me. I highly recommend staying here :)

Came here for a getaway trip to relax - and genuinely one of the most coziest and relaxing places I've been to. This place is a gem and I highly recommend anyone to check it out if they want to get away from city. Rob was also an amazing, responsive host, thank you!

This place was fantastic. A little get away from the big city. Very peaceful. Lots of nature. Loved the well equipped kitchen as my girlfriend and I enjoy cooking. Loved the bed. Not sure where they got their mattress from, but it was quite firm and did wonders for my back! Would love to go back for a longer stay.

I hope this property stays on Airbnb for a good while…. Exceeded expectations. Absolutely loved the property and the cabin and of course, the town of Julian…. I’d like to thank Paul for providing such a beautiful place. We honestly are itching to come back already ❤️

Adorable cabin with incredible views! We came for an impromptu getaway and it was just the escape we needed. The location was absolutely perfect! Felt so private and secluded, but was always super convenient to downtown Julian and Ramona. Can’t wait to return!

My family truly enjoyed our stay at Lili’s house. There was a warm fire lit to greet us upon our arrival on a chilly day. Plenty of firewood was available on the grounds to replenish the fireplace and our kiddos had a great time being our helpers and exploring the yard. There were a couple of lights that didn’t come on but nothing that would deter from our experience. The whole home was a great space for our family, including our fur babies. We hope to be back again in the future.

This was such a special stay for my family and I! We were blown away by how beautiful this stay was. Vicky was a wonderful host and truly cared about how settled we were. I would love to take my family back here again in the future!

We had an incredible stay at this stunning log cabin to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday with close friends and family. The house is enormous, with plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The soaring ceilings, wooden beams, and large windows provided beautiful views of the property and made the space feel both luxurious and cozy. The master bedroom was a dream with a fireplace, and the master bathroom’s cobblestone tub and giant shower felt like a spa. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and gathering, and the bar/game room with arcade games, a pool table, and a cigar room was a favorite among our guests. Ana, the host, was so kind and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. This house truly made the celebration unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful, unique getaway!

This home was beautiful, inside and out. Just as described and all the amenities. The host was wonderful and made the process very easy. I would recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again.
