Great amenities for a family. Tennis and fire pit and hot tub, outdoor games like croquet and a pool if warmer. Good layout. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking for a large group. Very peaceful surroundings. Responsibe host. Highly recommend

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

i was in need of a mental health gateway and that's exactly what I got. this was the perfect location. I love how secluded it was and being surrounded by nature.

My second stay and once again it was perfect!

The photos don’t do this place justice. The home was so comfortable - it had everything we needed. The yard is massive and the dogs enjoyed running around. The games in the garage and the barn were so entertaining and it kept my family and I busy. The beds are extremely comfortable and Courtney left us a small welcome tray which was incredibly thoughtful. Communication was great. Courtney is a fantastic host. We LOVED our time in her home and we made some very special memories. We can’t wait to come back!

This wonderful home is beautifully set in a working vineyard. Our first morning we woke up to see hot air balloons floating in a picture perfect blue sky. Jennifer, our host, had greeted us the day before and since this was our first ever experience with an Airbnb we had plenty of questions. She patiently answered and also gave recommendations for short excursions and restaurants. Jennifer also provided a binder that contain any necessary phone numbers and detailed instructions on the BBQ, fire pit and hot tub and we were to use/enjoy all three items!

What a fabulous little getaway! The bed was really nice, small and cozy, but secluded. It was a wonderful place to stay. Make sure you read the instructions about the Flue on the fireplace if you use it! I didn't (typical dude and after watching my fire go out almost instantly, only then did I read the instructions and find the flue handle so that the fireplace could breath. Bring a hatchet/axe if you plan to use the fireplace. I would stay here again 100%!

We stayed here for 3 days with our dogs and baby. Very comfortable with lots of room. Location is a studio, which was a bit harder for a baby, but we made it work since it is so spacious. There were all of the amenities we needed to make meals, and stay comfortably. I loved the location, as it was private and remote. The grounds are beautiful and were so peaceful to walk around with our pups.

Aaron, the host, was always quickly responsive!! The place was spotless, great indoor and outdoor space. Kitchen very well equipped. In a very quiet and well located place. The indoor decor was great, simple and well done. The beds were super comfortable. Overall, a really outstanding place!!

We had a great getaway at Wendy’s place! We wanted a quick trip to recharge and this was the perfect place for us. The peacocks were right outside our window! They weren’t noisy and neither were any of her other animals. We took our senior dog with us and even he had a great time with all the smells. The place feels private and we enjoyed looking at the stars at night from the wraparound porch. During the day, we drove to Julian for lunch. Wendy was very friendly & accommodating. We came back home feeling recharged & rested. We’d definitely stay here again!

loved the stay at rebecca's! it was cozy, comfortable, and felt like a blast from the past. rebecca is really friendly and responsive. it's a great location just south of julian and lots of great hiking. will absolutely return!

We love this place. This was our third say, and we have already reserved the fourth next year. It's a granny flat on the side of the house. One bedroom plus spacious living space with sunroom and access to back yard, were you might meet a wonderful dog (and perhaps Kristen). Excellent kitchen. Parking off-street right in front of the unit. Excellent location, pretty good for walking (although few sidewalks), fairly close by car to groceries and other necessities and some small parks. New in-unit laundry facilities. Tremendous place.

Our August stay in San Diego was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to our fantastic Airbnb host. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. When a small issue arose early in our stay, they were quick to address it, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The house itself was a gem, beautifully maintained and in a prime location. We loved exploring the neighborhood and being within easy reach of all the city’s attractions. We can’t thank our host enough for making our trip so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Estuvimos muy tranquilos, pasamos una navidad muy agradable, estamos muy agradecidos con la estancia así como también con Mary y Jim . 100% recomendado.

Mi estancia en Julian Station fue de lo más agradable. El anfitrión hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos cómodos y fue muy atento en todo momento. Además, fueron muy accesibles con nuestra salida, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más placentera. Sin duda, un lugar recomendable para hospedarse. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo!

Jayne’s place was very comfortable. The location was perfect for stargazing and Jayne was very responsive and even left a personal welcome note for my daughter’s birthday.

Sharon is a great host. She was always watchful that we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. House is amazing. Pictures dont fully describe how beautiful the house is. Full kitchen utensils. Bedrooms, Bathroom, everything complete like if you were home. Amazing outdoor area to excercise, spend time at the pool, jacuzzi, even working/reading. Great bbq area, awesome grill. Lots of pool and beach toys! Dont think twice about renting this place! Cant wait to go back next holidays.

We had a great time at Charles's place in Borrego Springs. It's nestled right underneath the picturesque mountains, located within the De Anza Country Club area. Beautiful scenery and lovely local flora. Charles was super communicative throughout our stay and we didn't have any issues. The house was well-equipped with kitchen and pool gear, and we had such a nice time relaxing on the back patio by the pool.

We were thoroughly impressed by how spotless and well-organized everything was, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Beautiful place to stay with the whole family for my brother’s wedding weekend. This was the perfect place to fit our family with a lot of fun things to do for all ages (3months old to 82 years old). We felt so comfortable and at home in this peaceful neighborhood.
