From the beginning, Beth has been absolutely lovely and a really responsive host. We were unfortunate (fortunately, I rather think) booked at a time where they were busy painting the exterior and due to a wet season, it was still in progress. Beth reached out and enquired about another house they have available and offered us that one, to still be able to enjoy our trip without any disturbances. The place was breathtaking, exactly as described and honestly. A little bit of a perfect getaway from home. We booked this place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and would definitely do so again! It is a little piece of treasure of a place on the Isle of Wight, great walking distance to Ryde for those liking to walk like my husband and I. If doubting to book, don't! We had a perfect little getaway during the week. Thank you Beth for such a lovely space and being such a perfect, accomodating host. She let us check in earlier and ever offered a later check out on top of everything else.

A great apartment, clean, everything you need, the welcome pack was more like a weekly shop 😁. I have stayed in a few air B& B’s now and this one is at the top for accommodation, price, extras, location etc.Will be back soon. Many thanks Roy.

Lovely spacious flat, very cosy. Kitchen was well equipped. The views are amazing and miles from busy villages. Nice touch with the breakfast hamper basket with bacon, eggs, homemade fresh loafs and milk. Will return in the future for a walking weekend.

It is a hidden gem tucked in the heart of Shanklin. The tranquil and homey apartment is super comfortable and quiet while still within walking distance from transportation, grocery stores and even the beach and old village. Host is ever communicative and flexible for early check-in.

Sally couldn’t have been friendlier and more welcoming . I had a couple of queries on the flat and she responded immediately , including finding a plumber at short notice to sort out the bath tap ! The flat was warm and cosy and in a great position to explore beautiful Arundel .There are some fairly steep stairs up to the flat for anyone whose mobility is limited and as mentioned by others parking can be a challenge anywhere in Arundel but there’s so much you can walk to , a car isn’t a necessity - hope you enjoy the flat & Arundel as much as I did :)

Apartment was very bright and airy and clean, stayed here with my wife and two kids and it was amazing the area is good too very close to the beach, only trouble was parking and Michael did try to help which we were grateful for

Visiting family, our family of 4 from Texas stayed at this home for three days. Sarah accommodated us last minute which was kind of her. The rental was such a cute, cozy space and very clean! The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook a few meals. It is in the town center so lots to walk to. Sarah kindly provided some snacks and basic necessities like milk and eggs. We appreciated the bedding and clean bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for family! Spent two nights and had the best time. Playground and lots of space to run for kids and dogs just around the corner. Would highly recommend!

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

What a lovely house! So beautifully kept and exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. Andrew was fantastic. Recommend The Wittering for Sunday lunch. Short walk to the beach and local shop. Particularly loved how comfortable the beds were and large the space was. Perfect for 6 adults and 2 dogs

We had a lovely stay Crossways. The house was clean and very cosy. Very comfortable beds and great to have TV's in the bedrooms. WIFI was fast and reliable. Off road parking was a bonus and it was lovely to sit out in the large garden after a day out. The house is located in a very quiet area, which we were surprised about considering the amount of properties there. Check in process was very easy and we had great communication from the hosts. Great base to explore the area.

Location is fantastic, close to bus, great little Co-op, Nick very responsive and patient with us. It's a very secure and safe flat. Found a perfect pub, The Florence for a smash-up Sunday dinner, it's on Florence street. The flat was very roomy, well kitted kitchen which we didn't use because we ate out. The view of the ocean was better than watching tv. We came during a stormy week and had a wonderful time. This is a good spot to do daytrips to Chichester and Winchester and of course Portsmouth is full of things to see even in a rainstorm. A fantastic stay.

We had a great short stay at Michelle’s beautiful apartment. Plenty of room for the 5 of us plus the dog and set in a great location, 5 minutes from the beach and some really nice restaurants. We would definitely return.

A great destination for a weekend away, but also for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

We liked our stay at Andrew's place. Very convenient location. The apartment is sunny and bright, clean, well organized, and has everything you need. We received very detailed and helpful instructions for everything.

Gorgeous place to spend a few days away from London. We travelled by train and it was fab that there’s a bus from Chichester Station which stops a few minutes from the apartment. We were lucky to be there on a sunny weekend & it was so lovely to spend the day walking along the beach and not need a car to get there! We loved the books & games in the apartment and the fact that a lot of love & care has clearly gone into making the place the way it is. Like other reviews have said it’s so well kitted out with anything you may need and unlike our own flat there is seemingly not one IKEA product in sight! Communication through the booking process was easy and friendly and the info in the welcome folder is clear and helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here! We would love to come back and next time bring our swimming stuff to get in the sea then the sauna on the beach!

We had a great stay and would highly recommend - quiet location but easily walkable to both the university and the sea front. Lots of choices for eating out nearby. Having 2 teens , we really appreciated all the grocery extras that Lucy provided ! Off street parking a real bonus for this area.

Deborah was the perfect host, and responded within minutes to queries and there was a lovely welcome pack at the apartment when we arrived. It was such a lovely relaxing space and the apartment looked very clean and new. The outdoor space was great for the kids, really safe and contained! And the view was amazing. We loved being able to use the back gate to get onto the cliff path and we were down at the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of lovely cafes between sandown and shanklin and plenty to do along the pier and gardens. We will definitely be back, it was such a quiet convenient location to be able to see the island or just get to the beach easily
