Er und seine Familie sind sehr nett und höflich und auch die Nachbarn sind besser als die anderen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Gegend, in der alles leichter zu erreichen ist. Der Busbahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ruhig. Mein Rat ist, es einmal zu versuchen. Sie werden nicht zögern, ein zweites Mal wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank, Aikoto und seine Familie .

This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

Very clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long stay. There were a few instances with the water being cut off for a few hours during the midday due to construction, but not a big issue. Neighborhood felt safe. Close to a ton of restaurants and public transportation.

I hosted my family at Mr. Zak’s place and we stayed for about 10 days. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Had the smallest of amenities present. All spaces were extremely comfortable. Location was absolutely ideal; barely a minute’s walk to the metro station and Cevahir Mall. The hosts were very responsive and attended all our concerns in a timely and friendly manner. I would definitely stay again :)

I loved the neighborhood very local close to many attractions! pleasant stay. Remind its a wood house so you have some noises but nothing too bad. I loved there's Netflix and it's so pleasant to be chilling like at home!

I had an amazing Airbnb experience at Mr. Ali’s apartment in Istanbul. The location was absolutely prime—everything you need is just a stone’s throw away. On weekends, when you open the window at night, you’re treated to the most incredible music, creating a vibrant atmosphere. During the rest of the week, it’s perfectly peaceful with no noise disturbances. Mr. Ali is a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and always ready to help. Even if I had a question unrelated to the stay, like how to get to certain places, he would reply immediately! One of the highlights was on December 31st, when we returned to the apartment and found a bag hanging on our door. Inside was delicious Turkish baklava and a thoughtful card from Mr. Ali wishing us a Happy New Year. It was such a kind and memorable gesture. Everything about the stay was perfect, and I can confidently say this won’t be my last time staying here. Highly recommend!

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit in Elifs Wohnung im Viertel Beyoğlu auf der asiatischen Seite Istanbuls. Die Lage war perfekt für unseren ersten Besuch, da wir sowohl die Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch das authentische Leben der Stadt erleben konnten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft von Elifs Ehemann, der uns jederzeit mit hilfreichen Tipps und Empfehlungen unterstützte. Die Wohnung selbst war genauso wie auf den Bildern – modern, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke, jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer. Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, um uns selbst zu versorgen. Wir waren mit der Sauberkeit völlig zufrieden. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass die Wohnung etwas hellhörig war, was für empfindliche Schläfer ein Problem sein könnte. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung jedoch jedem empfehlen, der eine zentrale Lage und eine freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastfamilie schätzt.

Great location, walkable to breakfasts, plenty of activities around, very close to subway, simply the best place. Very cozy inside, neat and comfortable. Fatih was very nice and check-in/check out process was smooth. 100% recommended!

This is the PERFECT airbnb if you want to explore Istanbul. The location is very convenient with every mode of transportation available right out your door. Ulviye gave clear, concise instructions and responded quickly. There are tons of restaurants and small grocery stores within walking distance. The view overlooking the Bosphorus was amazing. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

We've been living in Airbnbs for years now and Lou's place was hands down one of the best stays in terms of value, view and location! Lou was super helpful, responsive and accommodating. Having the whole house to ourselves in such a beautiful town was just a magical feeling. The whole area felt like home even though our stay was only 3 days. It was also the cleanest Airbnb we've stayed at. We would recommend Lou's place for short and long stays. We wish to stay at her place again! Thanks for everything, Lou.

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Ideal accommodation for our party of 2 couples. Ideal not having to worry about transfer from airport, as Giorgio provided this. Easy access to accommodation. We ate out almost all the time, but with a well equipped kitchen , cooking would have been no problem. Great local restaurant next door, with friendly staff, (also a few others close by). Location is good, though uphill walk to tram lines may not suit elderly or people with mobility issues.

The most comfy beds, despite being so central -nice and quiet. Amazing water pressure. House nice and warm. Great bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes. Omer was proactive and a great communicator about the local protests which we had no idea about. Appreciated the coffee left for us. Simple check in with keys. Downstairs toilet didn’t flush and Omer fixed it ASAP. Great value for money and would 100% stay again. Thank you Omer 💕

The stay was absolutely amazing! The house was incredibly clean, and Andrea was so welcoming, friendly, and kind. I had a truly wonderful experience there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Es war alles super! Fethi ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war geräumig und in einer ruhigen Lage. Der Abschnitt mit vielen Essmöglichkeiten der großen Einkaufsstraße „Bağdat caddesi“, war in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Abschnitt der Straße, welche Shopping Möglichkeiten bietet ist weiter entfernt. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr sicher und in guten Händen gefühlt, konnten ohne Probleme kochen und waren mit der Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles funktionsfähig und sauber. Vielen Dank!! Gerne wieder!

Beautiful apartments. Everything is very clean. It smelled of wonderful perfume. All the furniture is new. It was very nice to receive a welcome basket. There was always hot water. Very comfortable bed. There is a washing machine with a dryer - very quiet. An amazing owner who answered all the questions. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and was very kind, and she also sent detailed instructions with photos and videos. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment when I'm in Istanbul again! Thank you very much, Berrak!

Очень хорошая квартира, в отличном состоянии, с хорошим расположением, есть всё, необходимое для жизни. Хороший дом с тихим двором и охранником внизу, было спокойно. Очень приятный хозяин, быстро отвечала и выдала четкие инструкции при заселении и выезде.

今回の滞在は本当に素晴らしく、Aaronさんはとても親切で丁寧なホストでした。滞在中に妻が足を痛めてしまったのですが、ちょうど「砂糖祭」の影響で薬局が閉まっていたにもかかわらず、彼は医療用テープやサポート用の包帯、冷却パックをわざわざ用意してくれました。そのおかげで妻の回復がとてもスムーズに進みました。また、到着前にはタクシーで使えるトルコ語の案内文まで送ってくれるなど、配慮が行き届いていて本当に助かりました。 建物は歴史ある雰囲気を残しつつも、見事にリノベーションされており、古さと新しさが程よく調和しています。ベッドルームが3つ以上あってとても広く、家族3人でも十分ゆったりと過ごせました。寝室だけでなくシャワールームも快適で清潔。さらにテラスからは素敵な教会が望め、その奥にはボスポラス海峡やアジア側の景色まで見渡せるという贅沢さです。観光地へのアクセスも便利で、公共交通機関が近いのに周囲は静かで落ち着いています。スーパーも複数あり、日々の買い物にも不自由しません。キッチンもフルキッチンで、いろいろな料理ができました。 さらに、近所にはかわいいネコちゃんたちがたくさんいて、散歩するだけでも楽しい気分になりました。 総合的に大満足の滞在でした。もしイスタンブールを再訪する機会があれば、ぜひまたここに宿泊したいと思います。Aaronさん、本当にありがとうございました！
